assembling the other end of the battery pack body into the lower end cover through the second mounting strip for primary positioning, then screwing a compression screw by using a tool to connect the battery pack body and the lower end cover, and meanwhile, pressing a corresponding I-shaped sealing ring by the battery pack body and the lower end cover;
thirdly, clamping one end of the panel into the L-shaped groove through the flanging, then penetrating the light-transmitting plate through the mounting hole in the panel, and clamping the other end of the panel into the L-shaped groove through the flanging to complete the mounting of the panel;
step four, mounting the guide block on the upper end cover;

The invention also provides an assembling method of the electric bicycle battery body tube, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, assembling one end of the battery pack body 13 into the upper end cover 14 through a first mounting strip 36 for preliminary positioning, and then screwing a compression screw 39 by using a tool to connect the battery pack body 13 and the upper end cover 14, wherein meanwhile, a corresponding I-shaped sealing ring 38 is compressed by the battery pack body 13 and the upper end cover 14;
assembling the other end of the battery pack body 13 into the lower end cover 15 through a second mounting strip 37 for primary positioning, then screwing a compression screw 39 by using a tool to connect the battery pack body 13 and the lower end cover 15, and simultaneously compressing a corresponding I-shaped sealing ring 38 by the battery pack body 13 and the lower end cover 15;
step three, clamping one end of the panel 16 into the L-shaped groove 30 through the flanging 29, then penetrating the light-transmitting plate 26 through the mounting hole 27 on the panel 16, and clamping the other end of the panel 16 into the L-shaped groove 30 through the flanging 29 to complete the mounting of the panel 16;
step four, mounting the guide block 17 on the upper end cover 14;
step five, the end part of the first pressing plate 11 is firstly installed on the upper cover 4, then the second pressing plate 12 is slid to one side of the first pressing plate 11, the second pressing plate 12 is installed at a proper length position in a matching mode with the lower cover 5, the first pressing plate 11 and the second pressing plate 12 are installed in the first groove 8, and meanwhile the upper cover 4 and the lower cover 5 are installed at corresponding positions in the automobile body tube 1;

One end of the battery pack body 13 is matched with the upper end cover 14 through the first mounting strip 36 for preliminary positioning, when a user screws the compression screw 39 with a tool, the compression screw 39 is connected with one end of the battery pack body 13 and the upper end cover 14 in a downward mode and is matched with the adjusting hole 43 in the connecting block 42 to reduce the gap between the one end of the battery pack body 13 and the upper end cover 14, and the I-shaped sealing ring 38 is compressed to improve the sealing performance; the other end of the battery pack body 13 is matched with the lower end cover 15 through the second mounting strip 37 for preliminary positioning, when a user screws the compression screw 39 with a tool, the compression screw 39 is connected with the other end of the battery pack body 13 and the lower end cover 15 in a downward mode, the compression screw is matched with the adjusting hole 43 in the connecting block 42 to reduce the gap between the other end of the battery pack body 13 and the lower end cover 15, and the I-shaped sealing ring 38 is compressed to improve the sealing performance.
The panel 16 is then installed: one end of the panel 16 is firstly clamped into the L-shaped groove 30 through the flanging 29, then the light-transmitting plate 26 passes through the mounting hole 27 on the panel 16, and the other end of the panel 16 is clamped into the L-shaped groove 30 through the flanging 29 to complete the mounting of the panel 16. In the second embodiment, when the line pressing plate 10 is mounted on the upper cover 4 and the lower cover 5, the user firstly mounts the first pressing plate 11 in a matching manner with the fixing convex strip 34 on the upper cover 4 through the fixing hole 33, then slides the second pressing plate 12 to one side of the first pressing plate 11, so that the second pressing plate 12 is mounted in a matching manner with the fixing convex strip 34 on the lower cover 5 through the fixing hole 33 at a proper length position, finally mounts the first pressing plate 11 and the second pressing plate 12 in the first groove 8, and simultaneously mounts the upper cover 4 and the lower cover 5 at corresponding positions in the body tube 1, and the line pressing plate 10 can implement various surface treatment modes, such as paint, anode, wire drawing and the like.
Finally, one end of the battery pack body 13 with the upper end cover 14, the lower end cover 15 and the panel 16 installed is inserted into the second assembling groove 23 on the lower cover 5 through the discharging column 21 on the lower end cover 15, and then the guide block 17 on the upper end cover 14 is installed into the first assembling groove 19 on the upper cover 4. The tension disc 10 can perform various surface treatment modes such as painting, anodizing, drawing and the like; line chamber and battery chamber are kept apart to line ball board 10, improve the security performance, and line ball board 10 is formed by clamp plate one 11 and two 12 sliding connection of clamp plate simultaneously, is favorable to adjusting the length of line ball board 10 in order to satisfy the assembly demand through clamp plate one 11 and two 12 clamp plates according to the difference of battery capacity, has reached the lower purpose of manufacturing cost.
The vehicle body tube 1 is provided with a battery box lock, and when the battery pack is mounted in the vehicle body tube 1, the battery box lock is beneficial to improving the safety and the theft prevention of the battery pack.
During charging, a user only needs to insert an external charging plug into the second charging port 22 to charge the battery pack body 13; the discharge end on the discharge column 21 is matched with the discharge jack 24 and is electrically connected with a driving module in an external circuit of the bicycle, so that the bicycle is conveniently powered.
The electric quantity indicating lamp post displays the electric quantity of the battery pack 2, and a user can directly see the change of the electric quantity indicating lamp post through the light-transmitting plate 26, so that the battery pack 2 can be charged in time when the electric quantity is exhausted; the switch button 28 is mounted on the transparent plate 26, which not only facilitates the appearance of the device, but also facilitates the user to turn off the circuit through the switch button 28 in time when the user finds that the power is about to be exhausted.

thirdly, clamping one end of the panel (16) into the L-shaped groove (30) through the flanging (29), then penetrating the light-transmitting plate (26) through the mounting hole (27) in the panel (16), and clamping the other end of the panel (16) into the L-shaped groove (30) through the flanging (29) to complete the mounting of the panel (16);
step four, mounting the guide block (17) on the upper end cover (14);
