1) When the locomotive or the motor train unit runs to a dead zone, when the ground switching automatic passing neutral section, the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section and the manual passing neutral section are all failed, the vehicle controller detects that the network voltage is too low, the main circuit breaker is protected and controlled to be switched off, and the vehicle slides through the dead zone by inertia.
2) When the vehicle controller detects that the network voltage is recovered to be normal, the main circuit breaker is automatically controlled to be switched on; when the on-track mark is observed, a driver can manually control the main breaker to be switched on;
3) and finishing the vehicle protection passing phase separation program.
When the vehicle is in an excessive phase, if the speed is too low, inertia can not pass through the phase separation area, and the excessive phase speed is recommended to be not lower than a fixed value. The lowest speed of the passing phase is determined: according to the traction braking characteristic of the train, the required minimum speed when the train runs for a certain distance under the idle working condition (the length of a phase separation zone, the safety distance before the phase separation zone and the safety distance after the phase separation zone) is calculated, and meanwhile, the minimum speed when the train runs for a certain distance (the length of the phase separation zone) under the emergency braking working condition is calculated by considering the condition that the emergency braking is applied to the train in the phase separation process, so that the train can smoothly pass through a non-electricity zone under the harshest environment.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle-ground cooperative passing neutral section control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the locomotive or the motor train unit passes through the electric split-phase area, if the ground split-phase equipment has normal functions, the vehicle-mounted main circuit breaker does not perform brake splitting and pass the split phase, so that ground conversion and automatic split phase passing are realized;
when the ground switching automatic passing neutral section function fails and the passing neutral section related signal transmission between the train-ground equipment is normal, controlling the main circuit breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit to open or close the brake, and realizing vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section;
when the ground switching automatic passing neutral section function and the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function are both failed, operating a manual passing neutral section switch to control the opening or closing of a main breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit so as to realize manual passing neutral section;
when the ground switching automatic passing neutral section, the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section and the manual passing neutral section are all failed, the main breaker is controlled to be opened; and when the network voltage is recovered to be normal, the main breaker is automatically or manually controlled to be switched on.
2. The vehicle-ground cooperative passing phase control method according to claim 1, wherein the specific implementation process of the vehicle-mounted automatic passing phase comprises the following steps:
1) the ground passing neutral section equipment sends a ground conversion automatic passing neutral section function failure signal to ground signal equipment;
2) the ground signal equipment sends a ground conversion automatic passing neutral section failure signal, vehicle position information and an electric neutral section length signal to vehicle-mounted signal equipment;
3) the vehicle-mounted signal equipment calculates and sends a passing neutral section command high level to a vehicle controller according to the ground conversion automatic passing neutral section function failure, the vehicle position information, the electric phase separation neutral section length signal and the train speed; or the vehicle-mounted signal equipment calculates according to the speed of the train and sends an over-phase command low level to the vehicle controller;
4) the vehicle controller receives the high level of the phase passing command and controls the main circuit breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit to open; or when the vehicle controller receives the passing neutral section command low level, the main breaker is controlled to be switched on, and vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section is realized.
3. The vehicle-ground cooperative passing phase control method according to claim 1, wherein the implementation process of manual passing phase comprises:
the ground passing neutral section equipment sends a ground conversion automatic passing neutral section function failure signal to the trackside indicator; the vehicle-mounted signal equipment sends a vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function failure signal to a vehicle-mounted indicator;
and operating a manual neutral-section passing switch according to the indication of the trackside indicator and the indication of the vehicle-mounted indicator, and controlling the opening or closing of a main breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit to realize manual neutral-section passing.
4. The vehicle-ground cooperative passing neutral section control method according to claim 3, wherein in the step A), the trackside indicator indicates that the ground switching automatic passing neutral section function fails; the vehicle-mounted indicator indicates that the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function fails.
5. The vehicle-ground cooperative passing neutral section control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein when the vehicle slides through the neutral section by inertia, the passing neutral section speed is not lower than a set value.
6. A ground-based cooperative passing phase-split control system, comprising:
the ground passing neutral section equipment is used for realizing the ground conversion automatic neutral section passing function when the locomotive or the motor train unit passes through the neutral section passing area, so that the vehicle-mounted main circuit breaker does not brake and pass neutral sections;
the manual passing neutral section switch is used for controlling the main circuit breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit to open or close when the ground switching automatic passing neutral section function fails and the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function fails, so as to realize manual passing neutral section;
the vehicle controller is used for controlling the main breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit to open or close when the ground passing neutral section equipment fails and the vehicle-mounted signal equipment is normal in function, so as to realize vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section; when the ground automatic passing neutral section function and the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function are both failed and the manual passing neutral section function is normal, controlling the main breaker of the locomotive or the motor train unit to open or close so as to realize manual passing neutral section; when the ground automatic passing neutral section, the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section and the manual passing neutral section are all failed, controlling the main breaker to open; and when the network voltage is recovered to be normal, the main breaker is automatically or manually controlled to be switched on.
7. The ground-over-ground cooperative split-phase control system according to claim 6, further comprising:
the ground signal equipment is used for receiving a ground conversion automatic passing neutral section failure signal when the ground conversion automatic passing neutral section failure function fails, and sending the ground conversion automatic passing neutral section failure signal, the vehicle position information signal and the electric phase separation neutral section length signal to the vehicle-mounted signal equipment;
the vehicle-mounted signal equipment is used for calculating and sending a passing split phase command high level to the vehicle controller according to the ground conversion automatic passing split phase function failure, the vehicle position information, the electric split phase neutral section length signal and the train speed; or the vehicle-mounted signal equipment calculates according to the speed of the train and sends an over-neutral phase command low level to the vehicle controller.
8. The ground-over-ground cooperative split-phase control system according to claim 6, further comprising:
the trackside indicator is used for receiving a ground conversion automatic passing neutral section function failure signal and prompting that the ground conversion automatic passing neutral section function fails;
and the vehicle-mounted indicator is used for receiving the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function failure signal and prompting the vehicle-mounted automatic passing neutral section function failure.

The ground-vehicle cooperative passing phase-splitting control system according to any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising a main circuit breaker; the main circuit breaker is connected with the vehicle controller through a hard wire or a network, and when a phase passing command high level is received, or a manual phase passing command is received, or the vehicle controller detects that the network voltage is too low, the main circuit breaker is controlled to be switched off; and when the low level of the over-phase separation instruction is received and the vehicle controller detects that the network voltage is recovered to be normal, controlling the main breaker to be switched on.
