Description

Folder, folder sheet, and folder set
Technical Field
The invention relates to a file, a file clamping sheet and a file set.
Background
A known folder is one in which a front sheet and a back sheet are connected to each other so as to be openable and closable, and a housing portion is provided between the two sheets (for example, patent document 1). Such a folder can accommodate a notebook, a printed material, and the like in the storage section. The file folder can be placed in a bag (particularly, a schoolbag) in a longitudinal direction or stored in a file cabinet, for example. For example, a storage unit of one folder stores files such as a notebook, a printed material, and a textbook for one subject. In this case, the weight of one folder becomes heavy, and it is difficult to take out the folder from a storage place such as a bag. In addition, in the case where a plurality of folders are put together, it is not easy to identify each folder, so that it is difficult to quickly find a folder desired to take.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the folder 1 has a front cover sheet 10 and a back cover sheet 20, and the front cover sheet 10 and the back cover sheet 20 are connected together by a connecting portion 30.
As shown in fig. 1, the cover sheet 10 is rectangular as a whole and is made of a transparent or translucent resin material through which the documents in the folder can be viewed. Since the cover sheet 1 is made of a transparent or translucent resin material through which the documents in the folder can be viewed, an identification sticker for indicating information of the documents stored in the folder can be attached to the inside thereof and can be viewed from the outside. Generally, the identification sticker is generally attached to the upper side edge of the cover sheet 10 so as to be easily viewed by the user. The long side of the right side in the figure of the front cover sheet 10 is connected to the back cover sheet 20 by a connecting portion 30. A finger hook 12 is formed on an edge of the upper short side, the finger hook 12 is higher than the edge of the upper short side of the cover sheet 10, the finger hook 12 has a hole 121 for hooking a finger, and a cover 122 is formed on the edge of the hole 121. The hood 122 is made of synthetic resin, has a certain hardness, and is deformable. A pocket 13 for accommodating a notebook is formed in the lower left corner of the cover sheet 10, and the pocket 13 is fixed to the cover sheet 10 by thermocompression bonding. As shown in fig. 1, the left and lower sides of the pocket 13 are fixed to the left and lower sides of the cover sheet 10 by thermocompression bonding, respectively, and thus opening portions are formed at the right and upper sides of the pocket 13. When the folder is closed, an opening is formed only on the upper side, and the direction in which the pocket opens is set as a first direction. A small pocket 14 is also formed in the pocket 13, and the pocket 14 is fixed to the pocket 13 by thermocompression bonding in the same manner. The pocket 14 may be used to receive relatively small files such as notes.
As shown in fig. 1, the back sheet 20 has the same shape as the front sheet 10 and is made of a transparent or translucent resin material through which the documents in the folder can be viewed. The finger hook portion 22 is provided at a position corresponding to the finger hook portion 12, and has a hole 221 for hooking a finger like the finger hook portion 12, and a cover 222 is formed at an edge of the hole 221. A pocket portion 23 and a pocket portion 24 for storing printing paper are formed in the lower right corner of the back sheet 20, and the pocket portions 23 and 24 are fixed to the back sheet 20 by thermocompression bonding, similarly to the pocket portion 13.
As shown in fig. 2, when the folder 1 is closed, the finger hook 12 overlaps the finger hook 22, and the hole 121 and the hole 221 together form a hole for hooking a finger.
As shown in fig. 3, when the folder 1 needs to be taken out, the folder 1 can be easily taken up by inserting a finger into the finger hook part 12 and the finger hook part 22. Since the finger hook part 12 (not shown) and the finger hook part 22 are hooked with a finger, the folder 1 can be easily taken out even if a large number of documents such as textbooks, notebooks, and printed materials are stored in the folder 1. Further, since the cover portions 122 and 222 are provided in the holes 121 and 221 of the finger hook portions 12 and 22, respectively, even if a large number of documents are stored in the folder 1 and the weight is increased, the pressure applied to the fingers is dispersed by the cover portions 122 and 222, and thus a large burden is not imposed on the fingers. And because the finger hook 12 and the finger hook 22 protrude from the upper end of the folder 1, the finger hook 12 and the finger hook 22 can be found very easily. Even when the folder 1 is stored in a place such as a bag where it is difficult to observe, the finger hook portion 12 can be found by touch, and the folder 1 can be easily taken out from the storage place such as a bag.
In addition, as described above, since the pocket portion is formed with an opening only at the upper side when the folder 1 is closed, and the pocket portion is always directed upward when the folder 1 is lifted up by the finger hook portion, the document does not fall off from the folder 1, and the folder 1 can be used conveniently.
Next, a folder group composed of a plurality of folders will be explained. As shown in fig. 3, one folder group is constituted by four folders 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, the respective finger-hooking portions 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d of the folders 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d are provided at fixed intervals, the positions of the finger-hooking portions of different folders are different, and the cover portions of the respective finger-hooking portions have different colors. The folders in the folder group can be easily distinguished by the color of the cover part and the position of the finger hook part. When the folder group is placed in a storage place such as a schoolbag, a folder to be taken can be easily found out from the folder group, and the folder group is very convenient to take. In addition, since the positions of the finger hooks of the different folders are different, even when the folders are placed in a storage place where the user cannot easily observe and confirm the folders, the user can find out the folder to be taken by touching and confirming the positions of the finger hooks, and the user does not need to take out all the folders or completely open the folders for confirmation. The number of folders in the folder group is not limited to four, and the folders can be flexibly configured according to the use requirement.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and alterations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the case where the folder has the front cover sheet and the back cover sheet has been described, but as shown in fig. 5, the folder may have only one sheet 40, and the finger hook 41, the pocket 42, and the pocket 43 similar to those of the folder 1 of the above embodiment may be formed on the sheet 40, and the protruding finger hook 41 formed on the upper portion of the sheet may also achieve the technical effect of the present invention that the folder can be easily taken out from the bag by the finger hook 41.
In the above embodiment, the case where the finger hook portions are formed at the same positions on both the front and back sheets has been described, but the finger hook portions may be formed only on one of the front and back sheets, and the folder may be easily taken out and each folder may be easily recognized although the stability at the time of taking is inferior to that of forming the finger hook portions on both the front and back sheets.
In the above embodiment, a plurality of pockets as the storage portions have been described, but the pocket of the folder according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made according to actual needs. For example, the pocket portion may be provided only on one of the front and back sheets, or the number of pocket portions may be increased so as to accommodate a plurality of types of files in one folder.
In the above embodiments, the case where the pocket portion is formed in the sheet and the textbook, the notebook, the printed material, and the like are stored in the pocket portion has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The front cover sheet and the back cover sheet may be joined together on two or three sides to form a storage space in which a textbook, a notebook-type printed material, or the like can be directly stored. Therefore, the pocket portion described in the above embodiment may not be provided.
