All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In an embodiment, a printing method is provided, and an execution subject of the printing method according to the embodiment of the present invention is a device capable of implementing the printing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the device may include, but is not limited to, a printing device, and more specifically, the printing device may include, but is not limited to, a financial printing device, where the financial printing device is a financial device with a printing function, and the financial device may include, but is not limited to, a self-service teller machine.
In an embodiment of the invention, the printing apparatus comprises a reciprocating printing mechanism comprising a print head.
The printing device comprises a transmission device, and the printing device controls the reciprocating printing mechanism to move through the transmission device. The transmission device may be a belt transmission device or a turbine transmission device, and is not limited specifically herein. When the reciprocating printing mechanism executes a printing task, pixel columns are printed, and for convenience of description, each printing column of the printing content is taken as an example. As shown in fig. 2, there are 4 print columns: "TYUKOPL", "ABCDEF", "xyku", and "DFVBG", the shuttle printing mechanism prints the print contents of each print column sequentially during execution of the print job, for example, first prints the "TYUKOPL" print column, then prints the "ABCDEF" print column, and so on. When a certain printing column is printed, the reciprocating printing mechanism prints one or more pixel points in the printing column once, and the reciprocating printing mechanism prints for many times the printing column, so that all the pixel points contained in the printing column are printed, and the printing of the printing content of the printing column is finished.
Wherein, print the shower nozzle, set up in reciprocal printing mechanism, in the actual printing process, when reciprocal printing mechanism removed a certain department, print the shower nozzle and spout to realize printing the function. Generally, the print head includes a plurality of print dots, and each time the reciprocating print mechanism moves, the print head can print a plurality of pixels through the plurality of print dots.
As shown in fig. 1, the printing method according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes:
step 102, when detecting a paper to be printed, determining a target printing area in the paper to be printed, wherein the target printing area is an area needing to print target printing content.
The paper to be printed is blank paper of the content to be printed. The printing device detects the paper to be printed, for example, a sensor is arranged in the printing device to detect the paper to be printed, that is, when a signal received by the sensor changes, the paper to be printed is considered to be detected; for another example, the printing apparatus, upon receiving a print command, considers that the paper to be printed is detected.
The target printing area corresponding to the paper to be printed is an area in the paper to be printed, and the area is specifically an area on which target printing content needs to be printed.
The target printing content is the content to be printed. The target print content may be content in a sheet to be copied or electronic content.
The target printing content is displayed on the paper to be copied, and the target printing content displayed on the paper to be copied is displayed on the paper to be printed, so that a printing task is realized. The target printing content displayed on the paper to be copied can occupy the whole paper to be copied or only occupy a small area of the paper to be copied. It can be understood that when the target print content occupies only a small area of the paper to be copied, the printing method according to the present invention has higher printing efficiency compared to the printing method in the prior art, because the printing method according to the present invention does not need to scan and print the whole paper, but only needs to print the area with the content.
The electronic content is content of an electronic version, for example, content displayed in a word document, content displayed in a PDF document, or content displayed in an electronic photo, and similarly, the electronic content may occupy one page of a display interface (word, PDF, etc.), or may occupy only a part of one page.
Step 104, according to the target printing area, determining a plurality of printing columns corresponding to the target printing area, wherein the plurality of printing columns comprise initial printing columns, and the column length of each printing column corresponds to the position of the printing content corresponding to the printing column in the target printing content.
Wherein, the printing column is a part of the target printing area. As shown in fig. 1, "XYZU", "DFVBG" is one print column. According to the target printing content needing to be printed, the target printing area is divided into a plurality of printing columns, and the printing content corresponding to each printing column is part of the printing content in the target printing content.
The initial print column is a print column to which the print content needs to be printed first among the plurality of print columns.
The column length of each printing column corresponds to the position of the printing content corresponding to the printing column in the target printing content, that is, if the position range of the printing content corresponding to the printing column in the target printing content is relatively large, the column length of the printing column is relatively long, and if the position range of the printing content corresponding to the printing column in the target printing content is relatively small, the column length of the printing column is relatively short.
And 106, controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move to the initial printing column, and controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move in the initial printing column so that the printing nozzle can print the printing content corresponding to the initial printing column.
Since the target printing areas corresponding to different target printing contents are different, the reciprocating printing mechanism needs to move to the initial printing column corresponding to the current target printing content before executing the printing task.
When the reciprocating printing mechanism does not start to execute the printing task, the printing content corresponding to the printing column is empty; after the reciprocating printing mechanism executes the printing tasks corresponding to the printing columns, the printing contents corresponding to the printing columns are completely printed, and at the moment, the printed printing contents are displayed in the target printing area on the paper to be printed.
And 108, when the printing of the printing content corresponding to the initial printing column is finished, controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to print the printing content corresponding to the next printing column in the plurality of printing columns until all the printing contents corresponding to the plurality of printing columns are printed.
The next print column is a print column excluding the initial print column from the plurality of print columns. In order to improve the printing efficiency, it is preferable that the next printing column is the printing column closest to the initial printing column, and as shown in fig. 2, it is assumed that "TYUKOPL" is the initial printing column and the printing column closest to the initial printing column is "ABCDEF", and thus "ABCDEF" is the next printing column.
When the printing of the printing content corresponding to the initial printing column is completed, the reciprocating printing mechanism needs to print the printing content corresponding to the next printing column, which includes two cases, specifically as follows.
In one embodiment, the paper to be printed is stationary and the reciprocating print mechanism can move in either the X or Y direction. Specifically, when the reciprocating printing mechanism moves along the X direction and finishes printing the printing content of a certain printing column in the X direction, the reciprocating printing mechanism is controlled to move towards the Y direction, the position of the reciprocating printing mechanism is aligned with the next printing column in the plurality of printing columns, and therefore after the position of the reciprocating printing mechanism is aligned with the next printing column in the plurality of printing columns, the reciprocating printing mechanism is controlled to print the printing content corresponding to the next printing column in the plurality of printing columns. The above process is repeated continuously until all the printing contents corresponding to the plurality of printing columns are printed.
In one embodiment, the paper to be printed is moved and the reciprocating printing mechanism is moved in the X direction only. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the printing apparatus further includes a paper feed mechanism.
The paper feeding mechanism is a mechanism for controlling the movement of paper, the moving direction of the paper feeding mechanism is perpendicular to the moving direction of the reciprocating printing mechanism, as shown in fig. 2, the reciprocating printing mechanism moves along the X direction, and the paper feeding mechanism moves along the Y direction, wherein the X direction and the Y direction are two directions perpendicular to each other. Of course, the reciprocating printing mechanism may be moved in the Y direction, and the paper feeding mechanism may be moved in the X direction.
In the process of actually executing a printing task, when the reciprocating printing mechanism moves along the X direction and finishes printing the printing content of a certain printing column in the X direction, the printing device controls the paper feeding mechanism to feed paper, realizes the movement of the paper to be printed in the Y direction by controlling the paper feeding mechanism to feed paper, and simultaneously realizes the position alignment of the reciprocating printing mechanism to the next printing column in a plurality of printing columns, so that after the position alignment of the reciprocating printing mechanism to the next printing column in the plurality of printing columns, the reciprocating printing mechanism is controlled to print the printing content corresponding to the next printing column in the plurality of printing columns. The above process is repeated continuously until all the printing contents corresponding to the plurality of printing columns are printed.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, when printing of the print content "TYUKOPL" corresponding to the initial print column is completed, the printing apparatus controls the paper feeding mechanism to feed paper, and the position of the reciprocating printing mechanism is to correspond to the next print column in the plurality of print columns by the paper feeding mechanism, and at this time, controls the reciprocating printing mechanism to continue printing of the print content corresponding to the next print column "ABCDEF" until all the print contents corresponding to the plurality of print columns are completely printed.
When all the printing contents corresponding to the plurality of printing columns are completely printed, which means that all the target printing contents to be printed are completely printed, the target printing area displays the printed target printing contents.
According to the printing method, firstly, when the paper to be printed is detected, a target printing area in the paper to be printed is determined, wherein the target printing area is an area needing to print target printing content; then determining a plurality of printing columns corresponding to the target printing area according to the target printing area; and finally, the printing nozzle realizes the respective printing of the printing contents corresponding to the plurality of printing columns, thereby realizing the printing of the whole target printing content. In the whole printing process, only the area containing the target printing content is printed, and the printing task is not executed for the area not containing the target printing content, so that the printing efficiency of the printing equipment is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the print column closest to the reciprocating print mechanism is taken as the initial print column so that the reciprocating print mechanism moves quickly to the print column that needs to be printed first and starts to execute the print job, improving the printing efficiency. Step 104, determining a plurality of print columns corresponding to the target print area according to the target print area includes:
and determining an initial printing column in the plurality of printing columns according to the target printing area and the area where the reciprocating printing mechanism is located currently.
Specifically, firstly, according to the target printing area, determining a plurality of printing columns corresponding to the target printing area; and then determining an initial printing column in the plurality of printing columns according to the current area of the reciprocating printing mechanism.
For example, in fig. 2, the plurality of print columns corresponding to the target print area are determined as "TYUKOPL", "ABCDEF", "XYZU", and "DFVBG" according to the target print area, and assuming that the area where the reciprocating printing mechanism is currently located is as shown in fig. 2, it is known that the print column closest to the reciprocating printing mechanism is "TYUKOPL", and thus "TYUKOPL" is determined as the initial print column.
Referring again to fig. 3, the print column closest to the reciprocating print mechanism is "DFVBG", and thus "DFVBG" is determined as the initial print column.
In one embodiment, to achieve accurate printing, the print columns are marked with coordinates. Step 104, determining a plurality of print columns corresponding to the target print area according to the target print area includes:
according to the target printing area, determining a plurality of printing columns corresponding to the target printing area and a coordinate range corresponding to each printing column, wherein the coordinate range comprises a column starting coordinate and a column ending coordinate;
correspondingly, the step 106 of controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move to the initial printing column and controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move in the initial printing column includes:
and controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move to the column starting coordinate corresponding to the initial printing column, and controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move from the column starting coordinate corresponding to the initial printing column to the column ending coordinate corresponding to the initial printing column.
The coordinate range corresponding to the printing column reflects the specific position condition of the printing column in a coordinate mode.
The column start coordinate is the position where the printing column starts, i.e. the position in the printing column where the reciprocating printing mechanism needs to initially print.
The column end coordinate is the position where the printing column ends, that is, the position in the printing column where the reciprocating printing mechanism needs to print last.
As shown in fig. 4, first according to the purposeMarking area, determining multiple printing columns corresponding to the target printing area and coordinate range [ X ] corresponding to each printing columnmin,Xmax]Wherein X isminIs the column start coordinate, XmaxIs the column end coordinate; suppose that the coordinate position of the area where the shuttle printing mechanism is currently located is XcurControlling the reciprocating printing mechanism from XcurMove to the column start coordinate X corresponding to the initial print column "XYOKLminI.e. the coordinate where the letter "L" is located; then controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to print the printing content in the coordinate range corresponding to the initial printing column 'XYKL', namely controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to start the coordinate X from the column corresponding to the initial printing columnminMove to the column end coordinate X corresponding to the initial print columnmaxAfter the printing of the print contents in the coordinate range corresponding to the initial print column "XYOKL" is completed, the paper feed mechanism feeds the paper in the Y direction, so that the reciprocating print mechanism starts printing the print contents corresponding to the next print column "XPOKZ".
In one embodiment, in order to realize accurate printing, so as to prevent the printing nozzle from printing redundant content, the number of pixel points to be printed when the printing nozzle prints the printing content corresponding to the print column to be processed for the last time needs to be determined. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes:
step 510, determining the total number of pixel points corresponding to the print column to be processed according to the coordinate range corresponding to the print column to be processed, where the print column to be processed is any one of the plurality of print columns.
The print column to be processed is any one of the plurality of print columns, that is, the print column to be processed may be an initial print column or a print column excluding the initial print column from the plurality of print columns.
For example, the print column to be processed corresponds to a coordinate range of [ X ]1,Xn]And the total number of the pixel points corresponding to the printing row to be processed is n.
And step 512, determining the number of the pixel points to be printed when the printing nozzle prints the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed for the last time according to the total number of the pixel points corresponding to the printing column to be processed and the number of the pixel points corresponding to the printing nozzle in single printing.
The number of the corresponding pixel points is printed by the printing nozzle at a single time, and the number of the maximum pixel points which can be printed by the printing nozzle at a time is the number.
For example, the total number of the pixel points corresponding to the print column to be processed is n, the number of the pixel points corresponding to the single printing of the printing nozzle is n1, and the number of the pixel points to be printed when the printing nozzle prints the print content corresponding to the print column to be processed for the last time is: the remainder of n/n1, for example, if n is 28 and n1 is 5, the remainder is 3, that is, the number of pixels that the print head needs to print when printing the print content corresponding to the print column to be processed the last time is 3.
And 514, controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move in the printing column to be processed according to the total number of the pixel points corresponding to the printing column to be processed, the number of the pixel points corresponding to the printing nozzle in single printing and the number of the pixel points needing to be printed when the printing nozzle prints the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed for the last time, so that the printing nozzle prints the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed.
Continuing with the above example, assuming that the total number of the pixel points corresponding to the print column to be processed is 28, and the number of the pixel points corresponding to a single printing by the print head is 5, the print head needs to print 6 times in total, when the print head prints for the first 5 times, the print head prints 5 pixel points, when the print head prints for the last time, that is, when the print head prints for the 6 th time, the print head prints only 3 pixel points, and controls 2 print points in the print head not to eject ink.
In existing printing schemes, the print head performs a print job at a maximum time interval (i.e., a time corresponding to a maximum print density) each time. For example, the maximum printing density is 5, that is, the maximum time interval is 5, the printing density corresponding to a certain target printing content or printing column is 3, the printing head does not move immediately after ejecting ink three times (the time consumed at this time is 3), but remains stationary, continues to wait until the time interval reaches 5, moves, and starts to print next time. Therefore, the printing efficiency is low because the printing nozzle waits for redundant time.
In one embodiment, in order to improve printing efficiency, when different target print contents are printed, printing is performed according to the print density corresponding to the target print contents, instead of printing at the same maximum print density (i.e., maximum time interval) every time different target print contents are printed. Specifically, the method further comprises:
acquiring the printing density corresponding to the target printing content;
and controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move in the printing column to be processed so that the printing nozzle can print the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed according to the printing concentration corresponding to the target printing content.
The print density corresponding to the target print content is acquired, namely the print densities of the plurality of print columns in the target print content are acquired, and the print densities of the plurality of print columns in the target print content are the same as the print densities corresponding to the target print content. The printing nozzle prints the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed according to the printing concentration corresponding to the target printing content, namely the printing concentration corresponding to the target printing content is what, and the printing nozzle correspondingly ejects ink for several times when printing the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed.
In one embodiment, for a plurality of printing columns corresponding to the target printing content, the printing density corresponding to each printing column may be different, so that printing is performed according to the printing density required by the printing column at each printing time, thereby realizing finer printing. As shown in fig. 6, the method further includes:
step 610, obtaining the printing density corresponding to the printing column to be processed, where the printing column to be processed is any one of the plurality of printing columns.
The printing density is the density of the printing content and is in positive correlation with the ink jet times of the printing nozzle, the more the ink jet times of the printing nozzle are, the larger the printing density is, the less the ink jet times of the printing nozzle are, and the smaller the printing density is.
And 612, controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move on the printing column to be processed so that the printing nozzle can print the printing content corresponding to the printing column to be processed according to the printing concentration corresponding to the printing column to be processed.
For example, firstly, the printing density corresponding to the printing column to be processed is acquired, for example, the printing density is 3, and the number of times of ink jetting by the printing nozzle is determined to be 3 according to the printing density 3; and controlling the reciprocating printing mechanism to move in the printing column to be processed, wherein after each movement, the printing nozzle needs to jet ink for 3 times to realize the printing density of 3, and after the 3-time ink jet of the printing nozzle is finished, the reciprocating printing mechanism continues to move to print the rest printing content in the printing column to be processed.
