Technical Field

Background
Historically, wine bottles are mostly represented in front of people in a simple style of soy sauce bottle type, glass material, less information and no heavy decoration. In the earlier stage, the manufacturing technology of Chinese glass falls behind, and the wine bottles made of glass are basically imported and are 'shipping goods', so the early glass wine bottles are commonly called 'foreign rods'. In common colloquial, a bottle of wine is still called a foreign stick wine. And part of the wine bottles are made of ceramics, and during manufacturing, because the formed bottle openings are not easy to form a consistent circle, the bottle openings of the wine bottles need to be cut off and then connected with a uniform bottle opening.
At present, the mode of cutting off the bottleneck is usually placed on the carousel by the manual work with the beverage bottle of preliminary preparation, and the ceramic bottleneck of handheld cutting knife alignment is cut again, and above-mentioned mode comparatively consumes the manpower when the operation to need the manual work to hand the cutting knife and cut during the operation, the maloperation cuts the hand easily, can cause the incident.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a wine bottle opening cutting device for porcelain processing, which can save manpower in operation and can ensure the safety of workers.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
In order to overcome the defects that the manual labor is consumed during operation, the manual cutting knife needs to be held by a hand for cutting during operation, the manual cutting knife is easy to cut when the operation is improper, and safety accidents are caused, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the wine bottle opening cutting device for porcelain processing, which can save the manual labor during operation and can ensure the safety of workers.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a wine bottle opening cutting device for porcelain processing, which comprises a supporting seat, wherein the top of the supporting seat is connected with a bracket; the lifting component is arranged on the bracket; and the cutting assembly is arranged on the lifting assembly.
Preferably, the lifting assembly comprises a cylinder which is arranged at the top in the bracket, and a telescopic rod of the cylinder is connected with a connecting frame in a sliding manner; the compression spring is connected between the connecting frame and the telescopic rod of the air cylinder; the leading truck, it is a plurality of settings, and a plurality of leading trucks are along the even spaced setting of circumference placing the dish top, and the leading truck is connected with the link bottom, is connected with the arc connecting plate between two adjacent leading trucks.
Preferably, the cutting assembly comprises a guide frame which is connected to the guide frame in a sliding manner, and a certain resistance is arranged between the guide frame and the guide frame; the cutting knife is connected to the guide frame in a sliding manner, and the tail end of the cutting knife is connected with a guide rod which is in sliding fit with the guide frame; the connecting rod, it is many settings, and many connecting rods are connected between two adjacent guide frames.
Preferably, the device also comprises an insertion assembly, wherein the insertion assembly comprises two extrusion frames which are respectively connected to the guide frames on two sides; the guide rail is connected to the top of the supporting seat, and a wedge-shaped plate is connected to the guide rail in a sliding manner; the extrusion rod is connected to the telescopic rod of the air cylinder, and the wedge-shaped plate can be contacted with the extrusion rod; the limiting rod is connected to the top of the supporting seat and can be stopped by the extrusion frame; and the elastic piece is connected between the wedge-shaped plate and the guide rail.
Preferably, the support further comprises two ejector rods, and the two ejector rods are respectively connected to two sides of the top in the support; the inclined plate is connected to the lower portion of the support in a sliding mode, the inclined plate can be in contact with the extrusion frame, and return springs are connected between two sides of the inclined plate and two sides of the support.
(3) Advantageous effects
1. According to the wine bottle mouth cutting device, the lifting component and the cutting component are matched to operate to cut the bottle mouth of the wine bottle, so that the effect of cutting the bottle mouth of the wine bottle is achieved.
2. According to the wine bottle cutting device, the cutting assembly can be assisted to cut wine bottles through the inserting assembly, the cutting assembly does not need to be operated manually, and manpower is effectively saved.
3. The wine bottle placing device only needs to place a wine bottle during operation, and does not need to be directly contacted with the cutting knife manually during operation, so that the safety of workers during operation is effectively ensured.

First embodiment
A wine bottle opening cutting device for porcelain processing is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a supporting seat 1, a support 2, a driving motor 3 and a placing disc 4, wherein the support 2 is connected to the top of the supporting seat 1, the driving motor 3 is installed at the top of the supporting seat 1, an output shaft of the driving motor 3 penetrates through the supporting seat 1 to be connected with the placing disc 4, the wine bottle opening cutting device further comprises a lifting assembly 5 and a cutting assembly 6, the lifting assembly 5 is arranged on the support 2, and the cutting assembly 6 is arranged on the lifting assembly 5.
Lifting unit 5 is including cylinder 51, link 52, compression spring 53, leading truck 54 and arc connecting plate 55, cylinder 51 is installed at the top in the support 2, sliding connection has link 52 on cylinder 51's the telescopic link, be connected with compression spring 53 between link 52 and cylinder 51's the telescopic link, it is equipped with four leading trucks 54 to place dish 4 top along the even interval of circumference, wherein two leading trucks 54 in front and back are connected with link 52 bottom front and back both sides respectively, be connected with arc connecting plate 55 between two adjacent leading trucks 54.
Cutting assembly 6 is including guide frame 61, cutting knife 62, connecting rod 63 and guide arm 64, and the leading truck 54 outside sliding connection has guide frame 61, has certain resistance between guide frame 61 and the leading truck 54, and sliding connection has cutting knife 62 in the leading truck 54, and cutting knife 62 outer end is connected with guide arm 64, guide arm 64 and guide frame 61 sliding fit, is connected with connecting rod 63 between two adjacent guide frames 61.
When the bottle mouth of a wine bottle needs to be cut, the device can be used, firstly, a user places the wine bottle on the top of the placing disc 4, then, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 51 is started to extend, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 51 extends to drive the connecting frame 52 to move downwards, the connecting frame 52 moves downwards to drive all devices on the connecting frame to move downwards together, when the connecting frame 52 moves downwards to the limit, the cutting knife 62 just aims at the position of the bottle mouth of the wine bottle, which needs to be cut, then the guide frame 61 is pulled to move upwards, the guide frame 61 moves upwards to drive the cutting knife 62 to move towards the wine bottle through the guide rod 64, when the guide frame 61 moves upwards to the limit, the cutting knife 62 just inserts into the position of the bottle mouth of the wine bottle, at the moment, the driving motor 3 can be started to drive the placing disc 4 to rotate, the placing disc 4 rotates to drive the wine bottle to rotate, and the bottle mouth of the wine bottle can be cut through the cutting knife 62 when rotating, cut the back with the beverage bottle bottleneck, restart cylinder 51 extension drives link 52 rebound again, takes out the beverage bottle after will cutting and puts into new beverage bottle again, takes out the bottleneck of cutting again, just can cut the bottleneck of beverage bottle.
Second embodiment
On the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the insertion assembly 7 is further included, the insertion assembly 7 includes an extrusion frame 71, a guide rail 72, an extrusion rod 73, a limiting rod 74, a wedge plate 75 and an elastic member 76, the extrusion frame 71 is connected to the guide frames 54 on the front side and the rear side, the guide rail 72 is connected to the front side of the top of the support seat 1, the extrusion rod 73 is connected to the expansion rod of the air cylinder 51, the limiting rod 74 is connected to the top of the support seat 1, the limiting rod 74 is located on the right side of the guide rail 72, the extrusion frame 71 is blocked by the limiting rod 74, the wedge plate 75 is connected to the guide rail 72 in a sliding manner, the wedge plate 75 can be in contact with the extrusion rod 73 and the front side guide frame 61, and the elastic member 76 is connected between the wedge plate 75 and the guide rail 72.
The connecting frame 52 drives the extrusion frame 71 to move downwards through the guide frame 54 when moving downwards, after the extrusion frame 71 moves downwards to be in contact with the limiting rod 74, the connecting frame 52 does not move downwards any more, at the moment, the cutting knife 62 is also aligned with the position of the opening of the wine bottle to be cut, at the moment, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 51 continues to extend to drive the extrusion rod 73 to move downwards, the compression spring 53 is compressed, the extrusion rod 73 moves downwards to extrude the wedge-shaped plate 75 to move backwards, the elastic piece 76 is stretched, the wedge-shaped plate 75 can push the guide frame 61 to move upwards when moving, when the wedge-shaped plate 75 moves to the limit, the cutting knife 62 just inserts the position of the opening of the wine bottle to be cut, and therefore, the guide frame 61 does not need to be pulled to move upwards manually, and manpower is effectively saved.
As shown in fig. 7, the device further comprises a top rod 8, an inclined plate 9 and a return spring 10, wherein the top left side and the top right side in the bracket 2 are connected with the top rod 8, the lower part of the bracket 2 is connected with the inclined plate 9 in a sliding manner, the inclined plate 9 is contacted with the extrusion frame 71, and the return spring 10 is connected between the left side and the right side of the inclined plate 9 and the left side and the right side of the bracket 2.
The telescopic rod of the air cylinder 51 further drives the extrusion frame 71 to move upwards when retracting, when the extrusion frame 71 moves upwards to be in contact with the inclined plate 9, the extrusion frame 71 continues to move upwards to push the inclined plate 9 to move leftwards through the inclined surface of the inclined plate 9, the reset spring 10 on the left side is compressed, the reset spring 10 on the right side is stretched, when the extrusion frame 71 moves upwards to be no longer in contact with the inclined plate 9, the inclined plate 9 resets under the action of the reset springs 10 on the two sides, when the guide frame 61 moves upwards to be in contact with the ejector rod 8, the guide frame 61 does not move upwards, at the moment, the cutting knife 62 moves upwards to be capable of being far away from the cut bottle mouth through the guide rod 64, the bottle mouth loses the support of the cutting knife 62 and falls on the inclined plate 9, and therefore, the bottle mouth is taken out and the guide frame 61 is pressed to reset and move without manual work.
