The working principle of the PVC plate production and processing system is as follows: firstly, stretching the telescopic inserted rods 10 at two sides of the bottom plate 1 to a proper length, then stretching the inner telescopic columns 21 in the middle of the hydraulic press 7 to an equal width distance, and simultaneously adjusting the bolt installation distance between three groups of transmission rotating rollers in the second transmission structure 13 to the equal width, wherein the transverse distance between each part can be changed by rotating the depth of the bolt connecting rod between each part extending into the part, so that the transverse conveying area of the second transmission structure 13 is enlarged to ensure the full transmission conveying of the plates, wherein the second transmission structure 13 is formed by a first rotating roller 131, a second rotating roller 132 and a third rotating roller 133; then, the rubber raised lines 1321 are arranged on the surfaces of the three parts, and the friction between rubber and PVC can be increased, so that the slipping phenomenon in the plate conveying process is effectively avoided; the left coaming 3 and the right coaming 5 are arranged at two sides of the bottom plate 1 through the telescopic inserted bar 10, wherein the distance between the left coaming 3 and the right coaming 5 can be increased by utilizing the extension length of the telescopic inserted bar 10 at two sides of the bottom plate 1, so that the overall transverse operation space of the equipment is enlarged, and convenience is provided for the equipment to process wider plates; the PVC plate is placed on the first transmission structure 9 by the starting motor 8, wherein the top-mounted plate body 6 is arranged between the left enclosing plate 3 and the right enclosing plate 5 through the cross arm rods 17 on the two sides, then the telescopic body column 18 is telescopic in the related rotating leg 19, the auxiliary clamping roller 20 is moved downwards onto the PVC plate 11, the vertical position of the PVC plate 11 is limited under the condition that the first transmission structure 9 and the second transmission structure 13 are matched and limited up and down, and the vertical position of the related rotating leg 19 on the telescopic body column 18 is adjusted to change the vertical distance between the bottom of the auxiliary clamping roller 20 and the surface of the second transmission structure 13, so that PVC plates with different thicknesses can be transmitted in a limited mode, the PVC plates are prevented from shaking, and meanwhile, the equipment is beneficial to common processing of plates with different models; the jack 4 is matched with the telescopic inserted link 10, the first belt 12 enables the motor 8 to be linked with the first transmission structure 9, the support rolling rod 134 provides powerful support for the bottom of the second transmission structure 13, the support rolling rod is enabled to be located on the same horizontal plane with the first transmission structure 9 and the second transmission structure 13, the second belt 16 enables the first transmission structure 9 and the second transmission structure 13 to be connected and arranged in a movable mode, the telescopic connecting rod 23 effectively provides an auxiliary effect for expanding the effective area in the middle of the cutting table 22, and the cutting part and the bottom plate 1 are stably arranged through the footstool 24; the plate is conveyed to the position of the rear baffle 2 through the second transmission structure 13, the hydraulic press 7 is started to drive the hydraulic cutter bar 26 to move to the cutting table 22, and finally, the plate can be vertically cut and micro-perforated under the driving of the hydraulic press 7 through the hydraulic cutter bar 26, so that three functions of micro-perforation, conveying and cutting of the plate by the production and processing system are realized; the production and processing of the PVC plate are completed through the operation. Because the scraper is arranged on one side close to the associated rotating leg through the matching of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod.
