Claims (8)

1. The utility model provides a position and angularly adjustable ball cage holder's grinding apparatus which characterized in that: the base (1) comprises vertical supporting legs (101) and a toothed ring (102), the base (1) is integrally formed by welding and combining a central circular chassis and six vertical supporting legs (101) supported in an annular array, L-shaped positioning clamping jaws are welded and supported at the top ends of the six vertical supporting legs (101), and the toothed ring (102) is rotatably mounted on the six L-shaped positioning clamping jaws; a motor (2) is vertically and tightly locked and installed on the middle section of the two vertical supporting legs (101) on the left side, a driving gear is sleeved on a rotating shaft at the top end of the motor (2), and the driving gear is correspondingly contacted and meshed with the gear ring (102); a central rotating shaft (3) is rotatably arranged on the circular chassis of the base (1) through a vertical support; the central rotating shaft (3) comprises a supporting plate (302) and a vertical support positioning shaft (303), the top end of the central rotating shaft (3) is welded with a round supporting plate (302), the center of the top end of the round supporting plate (302) is welded with a vertical support positioning shaft (303), and the ball cage retainer (4) is placed at the top end of the round supporting plate (302) and is sleeved and inserted on the periphery of the circumference of the vertical support positioning shaft (303); the upper half part of the vertical support positioning shaft (303) is formed by welding a thread section and a hexagonal prism section together, wherein a gland (5) is sleeved and inserted on the hexagonal prism section, and the gland (5) is locked and pressed on the top end opening of the ball cage retainer (4); a polishing rotating shaft (6) is rotatably inserted into the top end sections of the six vertical supporting legs (101), and two transmission key strips are arranged on the polishing rotating shaft (6); the top end section of the central rotating shaft (3) is sleeved with a star-shaped positioning frame (7) in a sliding mode, and six vertical supporting positioning frames (8) are sleeved with the star-shaped positioning frame (7) in an annular array in a sliding mode.

The grinding tool for the ball cage retainer with adjustable position and angle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the central rotating shaft (3) further comprises a pull rod (301) and a nut (304), the middle section of the central rotating shaft (3) is supported and welded with the pull rod (301), and the nut (304) is screwed and locked on the thread section of the vertical support positioning shaft (303) and pushes the gland (5) to lean against the contact.

The grinding tool for the ball cage retainer with adjustable position and angle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the motor (2) comprises a swing plate (201) and a connecting rod (202), the tail end of a rotating shaft at the bottom of the motor (2) is supported and welded with the swing plate (201), the swing plate (201) is connected with the connecting rod (202) in a rotating mode, and the tail end of the connecting rod (202) is connected with the pull rod (301) in a rotating mode.

The grinding tool for the ball cage retainer with adjustable position and angle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the grinding rotating shaft (6) comprises shaft sleeves (601), six grinding rotating shafts (6) are connected with one shaft sleeve (601) in a sleeved and sliding mode, the front end sections of the six shaft sleeves (601) are respectively provided with a wire drawing and polishing wheel in a locking and sleeving mode, and the six wire drawing and polishing wheels are opposite to six rectangular windows on the ball cage retainer (4) at intervals.

The grinding tool for the ball cage retainer with adjustable position and angle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the vertical supporting positioning frame (8) comprises a triangular top frame (801), the top end shaft collars of the six vertical supporting positioning frames (8) are correspondingly connected with the middle sections of the six shaft sleeves (601) in a sleeved and rotating mode, and one side of the bottom section of each of the six vertical supporting positioning frames (8) is provided with one triangular top frame (801) in a supporting and welding mode.
