Claims (8)

1. A rust removal polishing device for processing metal pipes comprises a bottom plate (1) and is characterized in that two groups of first supporting mechanisms (3) are arranged above the bottom plate (1), a first rotating shaft (4) is arranged above the first supporting mechanisms (3), two groups of first screw rods (5) are fixed at the ends, close to each other, of the first rotating shafts (4), a first fixed sleeve ring (6) is sleeved on the outer ring of each first screw rod (5) in a sliding mode, two groups of first telescopic mechanisms (7) which are symmetrical along the central axis of each first fixed sleeve ring (6) are fixed at the sides, far away from each other, of the two groups of first telescopic mechanisms (7), a first limiting mechanism (8) is sleeved on the first telescopic mechanisms (7) in a sliding mode, two groups of first fixing rods (9) which are symmetrically distributed along the central axis of each first fixed sleeve ring (6) are fixed at the side, far away from the first telescopic mechanisms (7, the other end of the first fixing rod (9) is connected with a second fixing rod (11) in a sliding manner, one end, close to each other, of each of the two groups of second fixing rods (11) is connected with the same group of second fixing lantern rings (10) fixedly connected with the outer ring of the first screw rod (5) in a rotating manner, the other end of each of the two groups of second fixing rods (11) is connected with a second telescopic mechanism (12) in a rotating manner, one side, far away from each other, of each of the two groups of second telescopic mechanisms (12) is provided with a first clamping plate (13), the first clamping plate (13) is in threaded connection with a third screw rod (14), one side, close to each other, of each of the two groups of first clamping plates (13) is fixedly provided with a first connecting pipe (15), the outer ring of each of the two groups of first connecting pipes (15) is sleeved with a first fixing plate (16) with the same group of hollow structure in a sliding, the other side of the limiting sleeve ring is provided with second fixing plates (17) which are connected with the inner wall of a first fixing plate (16) in a sliding manner, one side, close to each other, of each of two groups of second fixing plates (17) is fixedly provided with a first connecting rod, the other end of the first connection is fixedly provided with a third fixing plate (18), the other side of each of the third fixing plates (18) is fixedly provided with a fifth fixing plate (20), one end, close to each other, of each of the two groups of fifth fixing plates (20) is connected with the same group of fourth fixing plates (19) in a sliding manner, the fourth fixing plate (19) is sleeved with a first push block (21) in a sliding manner, one end, close to each other, of each of the two groups of first push blocks (21) is fixedly provided with a spring plate (22), the other end of each first push block (21) is fixedly provided with a first push rod (23), the other end of the first limiting rod is rotatably connected with a top block (24) which is in sliding sleeve joint with the first screw rod (5).

The rust removing and polishing device for processing the metal pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first telescopic mechanism (7) comprises a first connecting shaft fixed with the first fixed lantern ring (6), the other end of the first connecting shaft is slidably connected with a second connecting shaft, and the other end of the second connecting shaft is slidably connected with the adjacent first supporting plate (2).

The rust removing and polishing device for processing the metal pipes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first limiting mechanism (8) comprises a first limiting block (25) slidably sleeved with the first connecting shaft, two groups of first limiting blocks (25) are provided with one ends away from each other and slidably sleeved with a second limiting block (27) of a hollow structure, one end of each first limiting block (25) extending into the corresponding second limiting block (27) is fixed with a spring, one side, away from the first fixing plate (16), of each first limiting block (25) is fixed with a second push rod (26), the other end of each second push rod (26) is slidably sleeved with a third push rod of the hollow structure, and the other end of each third push rod is fixed with the adjacent first supporting plate (2).

The rust removing and polishing device for processing the metal pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second telescopic mechanism (12) comprises a third connecting shaft which is fixed with the outer wall of the first connecting pipe (15) and has a hollow structure, a fourth connecting shaft is sleeved in the third connecting shaft in a sliding manner, and the other end of the fourth connecting shaft is rotatably connected with the second fixing rod (11).
