The invention discloses a special deburring device for an intersecting line of a deep long pipe and a cutter thereof, wherein the special deburring device for the intersecting line of the deep long pipe comprises a linear module, a stepping motor, a speed reducing motor, a bracket and a pressing sleeve, wherein the bracket is welded on the pressing sleeve, and the pressing sleeve is fixed on the deep long pipe through a locking screw; the linear module is fixedly arranged on the bracket, and a cutter is arranged at the output end of a rotating shaft of the speed reducing motor; the cutter comprises a cutter head, a cutting edge, a top head, a top rod, an adjusting screw and a cutter body. The invention realizes axial and radial positioning through the positioning pin and the pressing sleeve, and has accurate and reliable positioning and high precision. The selected motor module can accurately control the feeding speed and the feeding amount, burrs at the through holes are removed by a mechanical method, compared with chemical removal, the speed can be improved by more than 30%, the burr removal rate can be improved by more than 20%, and the device is simple in structure, easy to operate and high in precision.

The gun barrel is used as a key part of the gun barrel, a nozzle needs to be arranged on the gun barrel in actual use, so that gas can be quickly discharged when a shell is launched, burrs are generated at the intersection of the inner wall hole and the inner wall hole of the deep long pipe by opening the deep long pipe, and the burrs at the intersection are removed to meet the requirement of the deep long pipe during working and improve the processing quality of the intersection hole. For another example, in some engine cases, a hole needs to be formed in the deep long pipe to facilitate oil injection and lubrication, and if burrs at the intersecting part are not removed, the efficiency of the engine is affected, and even danger is caused. during operation, the adjusting screw is rotated to compress the ejector rod and the spring, the ejector head is pushed to prop the ejector head against the groove of the cutter head, and the elastic force of the spring is controlled through the screwing-in depth of the adjusting screw, so that the cutting edge is controlled to remove burrs.

The cutter 5 is structured as shown in fig. 3, and the cutter 5 is composed of a cutter head 10, a cutting edge 11 on the cutter head, a top 12, a spring 13, a cutter body 14, a top rod 15 and an adjusting screw 16. In the cutter body 14, the adjusting screw 16 is rotated to compress the mandril 15 and the spring 13, the top head 12 is pushed to push the top head 12 into the groove of the cutter head 10, the elastic force of the spring 13 is controlled by rotating the screwing-in depth of the adjusting screw 16, and then the convexity of the cutting edge 11 is controlled, and the cutting edge 11 is used for removing the burr 17.
The process of deburring at the intersection of the nozzle of the deep and long pipe is shown in figure 4, a cutter 5 is arranged at the front end of a speed reducing motor 3, a pressing sleeve 9 is fixed at a hole position to be machined, and the machining position is determined by a positioning pin 4. After the deburring is carried out, the smooth transition arc-like deburring effect is obtained.
