Abstract
The invention provides a novel cage type filtering centrifuge, relates to the technical field of centrifuges, and solves the technical problems that a conventional three-phase horizontal spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge is easy to block and the recovery rate of waste oil is low. The novel cage type filtering centrifuge comprises a machine cover (3), a cage type rotary drum (4), a pushing spiral (5), a coupler (8), a machine base (10) and a main motor (12). The novel cage type filtering centrifuge is suitable for solid-liquid separation operation in multiple fields of kitchen industry and the like. The solid phase larger than the gap of the screen seam is intercepted by the screen (43) on the cage type rotary drum (4), the pushing spiral (5) continuously operates to scrape the solid phase deposited on the screen (43) and push the solid phase out to the slag discharge port, the storage tank at the bottom of the machine base (10) collects the liquid phase thrown out from the screen seam and a small amount of solid phase smaller than the screen seam, the feeding requirement of the three-phase horizontal spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge is effectively guaranteed, and the oil content and the water content of the separated impurities are greatly reduced.

Background
At present, the kitchen waste is usually treated by adopting a high-temperature hydrolysis mode for solid-liquid separation, the treatment process usually comprises screening, crushing, magnetic separation, pulping, screw extrusion, solid-liquid separation by a three-phase horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge, oil extracted by the three-phase horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge is used as biodiesel, industrial raw materials and the like, waste water is treated by the two-phase horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge, and a slag phase can be used for biogas power generation by anaerobic fermentation. The invention aims to provide a novel cage type filtering centrifuge, which intercepts a solid phase larger than a gap between screen seams through a screen on a cage type rotary drum, scrapes the solid phase deposited on the screen by the continuous operation of a pushing spiral and pushes the solid phase to a slag discharge port, collects a liquid phase thrown out from the screen seams and a small amount of solid phase smaller than the screen seams through a storage tank at the bottom of a machine base, effectively provides guarantee for the feeding requirement of a three-phase horizontal spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge, and greatly reduces the oil content and the water content of separated impurities. The technical problems that the conventional three-phase horizontal spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge is easy to block and the recovery rate of waste oil is low are solved. The technical effects that can be produced by the preferred technical scheme in the technical schemes provided by the invention are described in detail in the following.

the pushing screw is arranged in the cage type rotary drum;
one end of the pushing spiral is provided with a feeding pipe, and the other end of the pushing spiral is connected with an output shaft of the differential mechanism;
the cage type rotary drum is connected with the differential shell;
one end of the cage type rotary drum is also provided with a plurality of slag discharging openings;
a scraper is arranged at the outer circle of each slag discharging port;
the bottom of the machine base is also provided with a storage tank.
