The inner end of the feeding pipe 3 of the vertical mill is obliquely fixed at one side of the lower opening of the feeding hopper 20 and is communicated with the interior of the feeding pipe 13.
The lower extreme edge of mill 5 still is fixed with a plurality of scrapes flitch 6 that angular distribution such as along the circumferencial direction, and the downside of a plurality of scrapes flitch 6 all mutually supports with founding mill discharging pipe 7.
A main speed reducer 9 is further arranged below the shell 4, an output shaft of the main speed reducer 9 is connected with the grinding disc 5 and can drive the grinding disc 5 to rotate, a main motor 8 is further arranged on one side of the main speed reducer 9, and a rotating shaft of the main motor 8 is connected with an input shaft of the main speed reducer 9.
An external circulation finish grinding vertical mill also comprises a grinding roller component, wherein the grinding roller component comprises a rack 10, a hydraulic cylinder 11 and a grinding roller rocker arm assembly 12, the rack 10 is arranged at the other side of a main speed reducer 9, the grinding roller rocker arm assembly 12 is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the rack 10, the fixed end of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is rotatably connected to the rack 10, and the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is obliquely and upwards arranged and rotatably connected to the lower end of the grinding roller rocker arm assembly 12; the upper end of the grinding roller rocker arm assembly 12 extends into the shell 4 and is pressed on one side above the grinding disc 5.
The working principle is as follows: the main motor 8 drives the grinding disc 5 to rotate in the shell 4 through the main speed reducer 9, when materials are fed into the feed hopper 20 through the vertical grinding feed pipe 3 and fall onto the grinding disc 5 through the feed pipe 13, the materials can rotate along with the grinding disc 5, under the action of centrifugal force, the materials are thrown to the lower part of the grinding roller rocker arm assembly 12 to be ground, and the ground materials are thrown to the bottom of the shell 4, are driven by the scraping plates 6 to be discharged outwards through the vertical grinding discharge pipe 7 and enter the V-shaped static powder concentrator to be roughly sorted.
The roughly separated materials are discharged from the V-shaped static powder concentrator together with air to form dust-containing air, the materials in the dust-containing air are material particles with the particle size below 2mm, the dust-containing air is fed above a feed hopper 20 through an air inlet 14 of the powder concentrator, a driving unit 16 drives a plurality of moving blades 15 to rotate by means of a main shaft 17, the dust-containing air flows through a plurality of static blades 2 and then contacts with the moving blades 15, the dust-containing air is discharged outwards through an air outlet 1 of the powder concentrator under the drive of the moving blades 15, the materials discharged from the air outlet 1 of the powder concentrator are qualified fine powder and can be directly collected and collected into a finished product warehouse, the unqualified coarse powder falls into the feed hopper 20 due to gravity and then returns to a grinding disc 5 through a feed pipe 13 to be ground continuously, and a circulation is formed.
The powder selecting assembly is simple in structure, small in height and occupied area, and the powder selecting assembly is arranged on the shell 4, so that a frame does not need to be additionally built, and the construction cost is reduced; in addition, although the invention drives the material to feed by wind power, the air flow resistance is smaller, so the energy consumption is lower.
