Abstract
The invention discloses a filtering device and a cooling liquid circulating and filtering system of a grinding machine. A filtering device comprises a filtering box, a fine filtering net arranged at the liquid inlet end of the filtering box and a power pump arranged at the liquid outlet end of the filtering box; the filter box is characterized in that a plurality of partition plates are arranged on the inner side of the filter box, so that the filter box is divided into a plurality of filter cavities. The invention has simple structure, good filtering effect, cyclic utilization and no environmental pollution.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of filtering equipment, in particular to a cooling liquid circulating and filtering system of a filtering device and a grinding machine.
Background
In the production of the PCB, a steel plate is required as a production tool, and the flatness of the steel plate influences the quality of the PCB. Therefore, the steel plate needs to be ground and leveled on a grinding device. In the process of steel plate grinding, a large amount of heat and grinding scraps are generated, and at the moment, grinding scraps and heat are taken away by grinding fluid. The existing filtering device matched with the grinding equipment is poor in filtering effect, cannot be effectively recycled, and often influences the grinding quality and efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a cooling liquid circulating and filtering system of a filtering device and a grinding machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a filtering device comprises a filtering box, a fine filtering net arranged at the liquid inlet end of the filtering box and a power pump arranged at the liquid outlet end of the filtering box; the filter box is characterized in that a plurality of partition plates are arranged on the inner side of the filter box, so that the filter box is divided into a plurality of filter cavities.
The further technical scheme is as follows: the magnetic filter is arranged at the liquid inlet end of the filter box; the magnetic filter is used for primarily filtering the recovery liquid so that the recovery liquid flows to the fine filter screen.
The further technical scheme is as follows: a coarse filter screen is arranged between the magnetic filter and the fine filter screen; one side of the coarse filter screen is provided with a discharge hopper for discharging filtered materials.
The further technical scheme is as follows: the coarse filter screen is arranged above the filter box through an installation plate; the magnetic filter is arranged on the upper side of the mounting plate.

The further technical scheme is as follows: the installation position of the filtering device is lower than that of the water collecting hopper.
The further technical scheme is as follows: the filtering device and the grinding machine body are designed in a split mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the recovery liquid is filtered by the magnetic filter and the fine filter screen, then flows to the filter box for precipitation and filtration, and then is pumped to a required part by the power pump to take away grinding scraps or cool, and then flows to the filter device for filtration, and the process is circulated. The invention has simple structure, good filtering effect, cyclic utilization and no environmental pollution.

Fig. 1 to 5 are drawings of the present invention.
The present embodiment provides a filtering apparatus 10, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, which includes a filtering tank 11, a fine filtering net 12 disposed at a liquid inlet end of the filtering tank 11, and a power pump 13 disposed at a liquid outlet end of the filtering tank 11. The inner side of the filter box 11 is provided with a plurality of partition plates 14, so that the filter box 11 is divided into a plurality of filter cavities 111. The cavity in the filter box 11 is used for fully filtering and precipitating the recovered liquid through a plurality of partition plates 14.
Wherein, the device also comprises a magnetic filter 15 arranged at the liquid inlet end of the filter box 11. The magnetic filter 15 is used for preliminarily filtering the recovery liquid so that the recovery liquid flows to the fine filter mesh 12. The magnetic filter 15 can recover ferrous or magnetic substances.
A coarse filter screen 16 is arranged between the magnetic filter 15 and the fine filter screen 12. One side of the coarse filter screen 16 is provided with a discharge hopper 17 for discharging filtered materials. The coarse filter screen 16 performs coarse filtration on the recovered liquid, and the filtered impurities are discharged to a collecting container through a discharge hopper 17.
Specifically, the coarse filter screen 16 is disposed above the filter box 11 through a mounting plate 18. The magnetic filter 15 is provided on the upper side of the mounting plate 18. The recovered liquid is firstly filtered by the magnetic filter 15, then flows to the coarse filter screen 16 to filter coarse impurities, then flows to the fine filter screen 12 by the self gravity of the liquid so as to further filter the recovered liquid, and finally flows to the filter box 11 to be precipitated and filtered.
Preferably, the upper end of the filter box 11 is detachably connected with a box cover 19, so that the inside of the filter box 11 can be conveniently treated, such as cleaned.
The filter box 11 is provided with a liquid level sensor 20, so that liquid in the filter box 11 can be monitored conveniently.
The lower end of the filter box 11 is provided with a plurality of casters 21 to facilitate movement of the filter device 10.
A cooling liquid circulation filtering system of a grinder, please refer to fig. 1, 4 to 5, which comprises the above-mentioned filtering device 10, a grinder body 30. A water collection hopper 31 is provided at the lower side of the grinder body 30. The water collecting hopper 31 is connected with the liquid inlet end of the filtering device 10. The grinder body 30 is provided at an upper side thereof with a plurality of water nozzles 32. The water nozzle 32 is connected with the liquid outlet end of the power pump 13. Wherein, the outlet of the water nozzle 32 faces the grinding part of the grinder body 30, and the liquid carries away the grinding dust and cools.
The installation position of the filtering apparatus 10 is lower than that of the water collecting hopper 31.
The filter device 10 is of a split design with the mill body 30, typically the filter device 10 being located on one side of the mill body 30.
After the liquid flowing out from the grinder body 30 is filtered and precipitated by the filtering device 10, the liquid is continuously pumped to the water spray nozzle 32 by the power pump 13 to cool the grinding part of the grinder body 30 and take away grinding scraps, and a circulation is formed.
Compared with the prior art, the recovery liquid is filtered by the magnetic filter 15 and the fine filter screen 12, then flows to the filter box 11 for precipitation and filtration, is pumped to a required part by the power pump 13 to take away grinding scraps or cool, then flows to the filter device 10 for filtration, and circulates in the way. The invention has simple structure, good filtering effect, cyclic utilization and no environmental pollution.

Claims (10)
1. The filtering device is characterized by comprising a filtering box, a fine filtering net arranged at the liquid inlet end of the filtering box and a power pump arranged at the liquid outlet end of the filtering box; the filter box is characterized in that a plurality of partition plates are arranged on the inner side of the filter box, so that the filter box is divided into a plurality of filter cavities.
2. The filtration apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a magnetic filter disposed at the inlet end of the filter box; the magnetic filter is used for primarily filtering the recovery liquid so that the recovery liquid flows to the fine filter screen.
3. A filter arrangement according to claim 2, wherein a coarse filter screen is provided between the magnetic filter and the fine filter screen; one side of the coarse filter screen is provided with a discharge hopper for discharging filtered materials.
4. A filter device according to claim 3, wherein the coarse filter screen is arranged above the filter box by means of a mounting plate; the magnetic filter is arranged on the upper side of the mounting plate.
5. The filtering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cover is detachably connected to the upper end of the filtering box.
6. A filter device according to claim 1, wherein the filter tank is provided with a level sensor.
7. A filter device according to claim 1, wherein the filter box is provided with a plurality of casters at its lower end.
8. A cooling liquid circulating filter system of a grinding mill, comprising the filter device of any one of claims 1 to 7, a grinding mill body; a water collecting hopper is arranged at the lower side of the grinder body; the water collecting hopper is connected with the liquid inlet end of the filtering device; a plurality of water nozzles are arranged on the upper side of the grinding machine body; the water spray nozzle is connected with the liquid outlet end of the power pump.
9. A grinding mill coolant circulation filter system according to claim 8, wherein the filter unit is installed at a position lower than the installation position of the water collection hopper.
10. A cooling liquid circulation filter system for grinding mills according to claim 8, characterized in that the filter device is designed separately from the mill body.
