In the embodiment, the plastic product is taken into consideration of the self weight of the product, so that the operation of a user is more convenient, but the service life of the plastic product is greatly shortened after the plastic product is exposed to the sun for a long time and is soaked in water. From the viewpoint of the mechanism by which aging generally occurs, one of the main causes of aging is the change in the polymer structure. Therefore, the ability to improve aging resistance by studying and modifying the structure of the polymer chain is a major solution to the problem. Such as: although the purpose of rubber vulcanization is to generate crosslinking and reduce unsaturated bonds, a plurality of unsaturated double bonds exist in the vulcanized rubber, and the vulcanized rubber products are inevitably subjected to the action of oxygen, sunlight, ozone in the atmosphere and the like in application, and the chemical and photochemical actions are to generate an aging phenomenon of the vulcanized rubber. Therefore, the anti-aging is mainly achieved by reducing unsaturated double bonds on a high molecular chain of vulcanized rubber, for example, the rubber is modified by using some branched chains, unsaturated bonds are saturated by using a special chemical reaction, so that the anti-aging capability is improved from the aspect of a molecular structure, the aging is delayed, and the service life is prolonged. Secondly, an anti-aging agent is added in the rubber and plastic processing process. Such as: an ultraviolet light stabilizer, a mildew inhibitor, a heat stabilizer and the like are added in the formula of the vulcanized rubber, and an antioxidant for preventing the aging caused by ozone or oxygen is added. Again, methods to increase the physical protection of the coating and protective film may also be used, such as dip coating of the antioxidant solution, painting, metallization, and the like.
