Description

A rehabilitation device for hand
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rehabilitation equipment, in particular to a rehabilitation device for hands.
Background
Nowadays, in society, the stroke patient increases gradually, can accompany multiple sequela form after treating, in all sequela of stroke patient, hand dysfunction is one of the most common obstacle of stroke patient, hand rehabilitation training then plays crucial effect to hand dysfunction patient's recovery, if the stroke patient does not in time carry out hand motion function rehabilitation, will lead to the hand joint to be stiff, this just needs to look for suitable method, makes the stiff degree of hand joint reduce. The information communication mode among human cells is transmitted by electric signals, and the physiological activities of people cannot be separated from the electric signals, so that the electric stimulation treatment is introduced to stimulate the neuromuscular of hand joints. When the electrical stimulation acts on peripheral nerves and muscles, the stimulation is conducted to the muscles through the nerves to cause muscle contraction, and the functions lost by finger joints are induced, meanwhile, electrical stimulation signals and muscle functional contraction and contraction signals can be conducted to spinal cords and brains along afferent nerves, and functional recombination is promoted at the level above the spinal cord segments and the spinal cords, and a relearning process is established, so that the hand joint stiffness degree is reduced, and the rehabilitation efficiency of patients with hand dysfunction is improved.
The electrical stimulation described above is common in two categories:
1. neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation NMES) Stimulation of Neuromuscular Electrical impulses is used to relax muscle spasms, prevent muscle atrophy, increase blood circulation, maintain or increase range of motion, and at the same time serve a Neuromuscular system re-education function. A physical therapist is often used to help the injured or post-operative muscles contract, helping the post-operative or post-operative recovery to the previous state more quickly.
2. Functional Electrical Stimulation (Functional Electrical Stimulation FES) such pulses are used to relax muscle spasms, prevent muscle atrophy, increase blood circulation, maintain or increase range of motion, and at the same time serve a neuromuscular system re-education function. Essentially similar to NMES, but FES is more focused on neurorehabilitation because the pulse directly stimulates the muscle to make it perform a given action, usually in conjunction with an exercise or galloping device, to maximize the effect.
At present, the electric stimulation instrument on the domestic market is mainly applied to the aspects of treatment, massage, auxiliary exercise and the like. In the aspect of treatment, low-current stimulation treatment is less in hospital application, and in China, because the electric stimulation instrument has strict requirements on parameters such as the size and the frequency of current, the instrument in the market is not very strict on the parameters, and the country does not have relevant standard regulations, the electric stimulation instrument used in the field of rehabilitation is relatively less, which is the limitation of the existing electric stimulation treatment.
For example in prior art, application number is 201920435101.X, and the patent name is the utility model patent of hand rehabilitation training device, and it discloses a hand rehabilitation training device, include controlling means and the recovered gloves that are linked together through the trachea, still be provided with electro photoluminescence output module in the controlling means, be provided with electro photoluminescence output interface on controlling means's the panel, electro photoluminescence output interface passes through the electrode slice of electrode line connection on the forearm. The utility model discloses can increase the rehabilitation training of adversary wrist and little arm on the basis that the realization carries out rehabilitation training to the finger, further improve hemiplegia patient's recovered effect.
However, the existing electrical stimulation is stimulated by a patch, and can be only used on large muscle groups, and for some small-area parts or special parts, such as partial areas of hands and feet, the targeted electrical stimulation cannot be performed, so that the rehabilitation of patients cannot be well assisted.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new rehabilitation device for hands to solve the above problems in the prior art.
