Abstract
The invention relates to a nasogastric tube structure, which comprises a hollow tube body, wherein the front end and the rear end of the tube body, which correspond to each other, are provided with openings, a blocking ring is arranged on the tube wall adjacent to the opening at the rear end, and a caulking groove is arranged on the tube wall adjacent to the blocking ring; the clamping piece comprises two corresponding positioning sections, a binding ring section is arranged between the two positioning sections, and the binding ring section is embedded in the caulking groove; a positioning piece can be sleeved and fixed on the two positioning sections; therefore, the nasogastric tube can be sleeved outside the nasogastric tube and is bound and positioned between the nasogastric tube and the nasogastric tube by the binding of the clamping piece, so that the nasogastric tube can be delivered to the stomach of a patient through the nasogastric tube.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nasogastric tube structure, in particular to a nasogastric tube structure which can be delivered to the stomach by a nasogastric tube.
Background
When a human or an animal has the problems of chewing and swallowing disorder and choking, or has the phenomena of malnutrition, insufficient electrolyte or insufficient water due to too long eating time and too little eating amount, even is unconscious, and can not be matched with swallowing, a doctor can insert a nasogastric tube into a patient or an animal with the conditions so as to directly convey the nutrient components of the fluid to the stomach of the patient or the animal through the nasogastric tube, reduce the choking caused by eating of the patient or the animal, maintain the life of the patient or the animal, and save the time and labor for the caregivers to feed the patient or the animal.
Although nasogastric tube belongs to a vitamin tube capable of being fed rapidly, the nasogastric tube is required to enter the stomach from the nasal cavity through the esophagus, and belongs to invasive medical treatment, so that the risk of infection is brought about, and particularly when a patient or an animal is unconsciously inserted into the bronchus, medical staff is unconscious because the patient or the animal is unconscious, and the patient or the animal is seriously affected by the inhalation pneumonia after feeding into the lung. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a nasogastric tube structure which is combined on a nasogastric tube, and can smoothly deliver the nasogastric tube to the stomach by utilizing the lens of the nasogastric tube and the controllability of the advancing direction of the nasogastric tube. The nasogastric tube comprises a hollow first tube body 1, a clamping piece 2 and a positioning piece 3; wherein:
the front and back ends of the first tube body 1 are provided with openings 11 and 12, the opening 11 at the front end is in a necking shape, so that a lens penetrating through the front end of the nasogastric lens 4 in the first tube body 1 is exposed but does not protrude out of the opening 11, more than one through hole 13 penetrating through the tube wall is formed in the first tube body 1 and adjacent to the front end opening 11, a blocking ring 14 is arranged on the tube wall of the tube body 1 adjacent to the rear end opening 12, a plurality of through holes 141 are formed in the blocking ring 14, and a caulking groove 15 is formed in the tube wall of the first tube body 1 adjacent to the blocking ring 14;
the clamping piece 2 comprises two corresponding positioning sections 21, a beam ring section 22 with a C-shaped section is connected and arranged between the two positioning sections 21, and the beam ring section 22 is correspondingly embedded and clamped at the embedding groove 15 of the first pipe body;

When the nasogastric tube is to be sent into the stomach, the first tube body 1 of the nasogastric tube can be sleeved outside the nasogastric tube 4, and the lens at the front end of the nasogastric tube 4 is exposed at the front end opening 11 of the tube body 1, and as the caliber of the opening 11 is smaller than that of the front end of the nasogastric tube 4, the nasogastric tube 4 cannot protrude from the opening 11; then, the collar section 22 of the clamping piece 2 is looped around the caulking groove 15 of the tube body 1, and then the two positioning sections 21 of the clamping piece 2 are fixed by the positioning piece 3, so that the first tube body 1 and the nasogastric tube 4 are fixed together by utilizing the binding positioning of the clamping piece 2 and the positioning piece 3, thus, when the nasogastric tube is placed, medical staff can shoot the returned picture through the lens of the nasogastric tube 4 to monitor the position of the nasogastric tube and further serve as the basis for controlling the advancing direction of the nasogastric tube by the nasogastric tube 4, and smoothly send the nasogastric tube to the stomach. In addition, besides the nasogastric tube of the present invention can enter the stomach through the nasal cavity, the nasogastric tube of the present invention can be covered and fixed outside the mouth like a wearing mask by matching with a limiting mask 7 as shown in fig. 23, and then the nasogastric tube with the nasogastric tube 4 already penetrated inside can be penetrated into the oral cavity by the perforation 71 of the limiting mask 7 and enter the stomach (as shown in fig. 24).

Referring to fig. 10-13, different aspects of the potting heads 16a, 16b, 16c are shown; wherein, the end cap 16a forms a top surface 16a1 at the front end, and a cross-shaped cutting groove 16a2 is arranged on the top surface 16a1, which can also prevent the nasogastric lens 4 from protruding from the front end opening 11. The end sleeve 16b is connected with the circular tube section 16b2 in the backward direction of the conical section 16b1, and the effect of preventing the nasogastric lens 4 from protruding out of the front end opening 11 is achieved by using the opening caliber of the conical section 16b1 to be smaller than the tube diameter of the nasogastric lens 4. The end cap 16c engages the tubular segment 16c2 rearwardly of the tapered segment 16c1 and forms a top surface 16c3 at a forward end thereof, with a cross cut 16c4 provided in the top surface 16c 3.

Fig. 18 illustrates the flexible section 17 as being provided in the case where the first pipe body 1 is the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3; fig. 21 shows the flexible section 17 being disposed in the state of the first tube 1 being the embodiment shown in fig. 14; fig. 22 shows the flexible section 17 in the case where the first pipe body 1 is the embodiment shown in fig. 15 to 17.
In the embodiment of the nasogastric tube described in fig. 1 to 22, the nasogastric tube further comprises a second tube body 5 and a coupling member 6, wherein the rear end of the first tube body 1 is a first coupling end 18, the front end of the second tube body 5 is a second coupling end 51, the coupling member 6 is a hollow annular body, the inner wall surface of the coupling member 6 is provided with a coupling portion 61, and the front end and the rear end of the coupling member 6 are fixedly coupled with the first coupling end 18 and the second coupling end 51 by the coupling portion 61.
Through the characteristic that the combining element 6 can be movably combined with or separated from the first pipe body 1 and the second pipe body 5, a patient can combine the first pipe body 1 and the second pipe body 5 with or remove the second pipe body 5 according to actual conditions, for example, when the patient is not feeding, the second pipe body 5 can be dismantled, the situation that the appearance of the patient is caused by different side eyes because the second pipe body 5 is vertically arranged outside the nose is avoided, and the patient can further wear a mask directly after the second pipe body 5 is dismantled, so that the patient cannot be perceived by other people to wear the feeding pipe, and the self-confidence of the patient is improved.

the nose gastroscope is characterized by comprising a hollow first tube body, a second tube body and a first tube body, wherein the hollow first tube body can be used for sleeving the nose gastroscope, the front end and the rear end of the first tube body are provided with openings, the opening at the front end is in a necking shape capable of preventing the nose gastroscope from penetrating forwards, more than one through hole penetrating through the tube wall is formed in the first tube body and adjacent to the opening at the front end, and a caulking groove is formed in the tube wall of the first tube body adjacent to the opening at the rear end;
the clamping piece comprises two corresponding positioning sections, a beam ring section with a C-shaped section is arranged between the two positioning sections, and the beam ring section is correspondingly embedded and clamped at the embedded groove of the first pipe body;
the positioning piece can be synchronously sleeved with the two positioning sections, so that the two positioning sections are attached to each other as much as possible, and the binding ring section generates binding fixing force for binding and fixing the nasogastric lens sleeved on the first pipe body.

A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 1 wherein the outer surfaces of two of said positioning segments are provided with external threads and said positioning member is provided with internal threads, said external threads being correspondingly keyed to said internal threads to secure said positioning member to both of said positioning segments.
3. A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 1 wherein said positioning member has a nest aperture which nests with two of said positioning segments to secure said positioning member to said two positioning segments.
4. A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein a stop ring is provided on the wall of said first tube adjacent said rear opening such that said caulking groove is adjacent said stop ring, said stop ring having a plurality of perforations.
5. A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein an end cap is provided corresponding to said front opening, said end cap having a photosensitive layer disposed on a surface thereof.
6. The nasogastric tube structure of claim 5, wherein the tube diameter of the front section of the first tube body is smaller than the tube diameter of the rear section of the first tube body, or the tube diameter of the front section of the first tube body gradually decreases from front to rear along the axial direction and then gradually increases, so that the tube body of the section is formed into an arc-shaped concave shape.
7. A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 6 wherein said first tube body is formed with a flexible section at the anterior section thereof which is bendable.
8. A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 7 wherein said flexible section is a serpentine tube body having a serrated or arcuate cross section.
9. The nasogastric tube structure of claim 8, further comprising a second tube body and a coupling member, wherein the rear end of the first tube body is a first coupling end, the front end of the second tube body is a second coupling end, the coupling member is a hollow annular body, the inner wall surface of the coupling member is provided with a coupling portion, and the front end and the rear end of the coupling member are respectively coupled and fixed with the first coupling end and the second coupling end by the coupling portion.

A nasogastric tube structure according to claim 1, 2 or 3 and further comprising a second tube body and a coupling member, wherein the rear end of said first tube body is a first coupling end, the front end of said second tube body is a second coupling end, said coupling member is a hollow annular body, the inner wall surface of said coupling member is provided with a coupling portion, and the front and rear ends of said coupling member are respectively coupled and fixed to said first coupling end and said second coupling end by said coupling portion.
