Background
The shower screen is a product gradually evolved from an integral shower room, comprises a multifunctional shower of the shower room, but also overcomes the defects of complex installation, heaviness and space occupation of the shower room, and is an ideal product of a modern small-sized household bathroom; the existing shower screen can provide instant hot water for a user, so that the waiting time of the user during bathing is avoided, and the bathing efficiency of the user is greatly improved; however, although such a water supply method can provide hot water to a user immediately, the used hot water is discharged into the drain pipe, which causes loss of heat energy and waste of water and electricity resources; in addition, when the existing shower screen discharges water, the water discharge amount is usually large and the water discharge position is high, for children, the water impact force is large due to the fact that the water discharge amount is too large, the shower screen is not suitable for the children to use, meanwhile, the water discharge position is high, the use of the children is not facilitated, in the water discharging process, certain loss of heat energy exists, and the energy saving is not facilitated; in addition, usually, a user needs to place a non-slip mat at a bathing position during bathing so as to achieve the non-slip effect, and the non-slip mat needs to be manually dried and stored by the user after being used, so that the user needs more preparation work during bathing, and the bathing efficiency of the user is not improved; in summary, there are drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide an anti-skidding energy-saving shower screen device, which controls the size of the water discharge and the height of the water discharge position in a treading mode, so as to provide more appropriate bathing experience for different people; meanwhile, the heat energy in the used hot water can be recycled, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the anti-skid energy-saving shower screen device comprises a water spraying module, a heat energy recovery module and a treading module; the water spraying module comprises a fixed plate, wherein the fixed plate is arranged on a wall body of a shower area, a water pipeline is arranged in the fixed plate and comprises a hot water pipeline and a cold water pipeline, an electric water mixing valve is arranged on the water pipeline, and the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline are hermetically connected with the water inlet end of the electric water mixing valve; the water spraying module comprises a low-pressure water spraying plate and a high-pressure water spraying plate, wherein low-pressure water spraying holes distributed in an array mode are formed in the outer side of the low-pressure water spraying plate, low-pressure water outlet holes are formed in the upper side of the low-pressure water spraying plate, and low-pressure water inlet holes are formed in the lower side of the low-pressure water spraying plate; the low-pressure water inlet hole is communicated with the water outlet end of the electric water mixing valve in a sealing way; the outer side of the high-pressure water spraying plate is provided with high-pressure water spraying holes distributed in an array mode, and the lower side of the high-pressure water spraying plate is provided with high-pressure water inlet holes; the high-pressure water spraying plate is arranged above the low-pressure water spraying plate, and the water inlet end of the high-pressure water spraying plate is hermetically communicated with the water outlet hole above the low-pressure water spraying plate through a pressure release valve; the heat energy recovery module comprises a positioning plate which is fixed on the ground of the bathing area; a heat exchange groove is formed in the positioning plate, positioning holes are formed in two ends of the heat exchange groove, and the cold water pipeline penetrates through the heat exchange groove through the positioning holes; the treading module comprises a treading plate, symmetrical treading grooves are formed in the treading plate, and the bottoms of the treading grooves are communicated with the heat exchange groove; the top of the treading groove is provided with a hollowed-out supporting plate, the lower end of the supporting plate is provided with a pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor is communicated with the electric water mixing valve.
Preferably, the outer sides of the high-pressure water spray hole and the low-pressure water spray hole are provided with guide pipes, the rear ends of the guide pipes are provided with spherical joints, the outer sides of the high-pressure water spray hole and the low-pressure water spray hole are provided with corresponding spherical grooves, and the guide pipes are rotatably assembled in the high-pressure water spray hole and the low-pressure water spray hole.
Preferably, the upper end of the supporting plate is provided with a treading sponge, the treading sponge is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, and the hardness of the treading sponge on the upper layer is smaller than that of the treading sponge on the lower layer.
Preferably, the upper surface of the pedal is provided with conical holes distributed in an array manner, and the lower ends of the conical holes are communicated with the heat exchange groove.
Preferably, an impeller is arranged in the heat exchange tank, and the impeller is driven to rotate by a motor; the cold water pipeline inside the heat exchange tank uses a circuitous pipeline.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the anti-skidding energy-saving shower screen device is used, when a child uses the device, the weight of the child is light, so that when the child steps on the pedal, the pressure sensor receives a pressure signal and regulates and controls the water mixing valve to be opened, the low-pressure water spraying plate starts to spray water, and the child can use the bath water for bathing; the treading groove can limit the feet of the children, so that an anti-skidding effect can be generated during bathing, and bathing water can flow into the heat exchange groove along the feet of the user after being used, so that the water can be preheated along with the cold water pipe, and the effect of energy conservation and heat exchange is achieved; in addition, because the low-pressure water spraying plate uses the large water discharge holes, the water pressure is lower, the impact on children is smaller, and the low-pressure water spraying plate is suitable for the bathing of the children; when an adult uses the device, the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor is higher due to the heavy weight of the adult, so that the water yield of the water mixing valve is higher, and the pressure relief valve is opened due to the higher water pressure, so that the bath water is sprayed out of the high-pressure water spraying plate, the bath water at a higher position can be improved for a user, the full-longitudinal bath water outlet can be improved for the user, and the bath experience is further improved; in addition, because the high-pressure water spraying plate uses the high-pressure water spraying holes, the high-pressure water spraying plate can spray water flow with high water pressure, and is suitable for bathing of adults.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples:
as shown in the embodiments of fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the anti-skid energy-saving shower screen device controls the size of the water discharge amount and the height of the water discharge position in a treading manner, so as to provide more suitable bathing experience for different people; meanwhile, the device can recycle the heat energy in the used hot water so as to achieve the energy-saving effect, and comprises a water spraying module 1, a heat energy recycling module 2 and a treading module 3; the water spraying module 1 comprises a fixing plate, wherein the fixing plate is arranged on a wall body of a shower area, a water pipeline is arranged in the fixing plate and comprises a hot water pipeline and a cold water pipeline 21, an electric water mixing valve is arranged on the water pipeline, and the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline 21 are hermetically connected to the water inlet end of the electric water mixing valve; the water spraying module 1 comprises a low-pressure water spraying plate 11 and a high-pressure water spraying plate 12, wherein low-pressure water spraying holes distributed in an array mode are formed in the outer side of the low-pressure water spraying plate 11, low-pressure water outlet holes are formed in the upper side of the low-pressure water spraying plate, and low-pressure water inlet holes are formed in the lower side of the low-pressure water spraying plate; the low-pressure water inlet hole is hermetically communicated with the water outlet end of the electric water mixing valve; the outer side of the high-pressure water spraying plate 12 is provided with high-pressure water spraying holes distributed in an array manner, and the lower side of the high-pressure water spraying plate is provided with high-pressure water inlet holes; the high-pressure water spraying plate 12 is arranged above the low-pressure water spraying plate 11, and the water inlet end of the high-pressure water spraying plate 12 is hermetically communicated with the water outlet hole above the low-pressure water spraying plate 11 through a pressure release valve 13; the heat energy recovery module 2 comprises a positioning plate which is fixed on the ground of a bathing area; a heat exchange groove is formed in the positioning plate, positioning holes are formed in two ends of the heat exchange groove, and the cold water pipeline 21 penetrates through the heat exchange groove through the positioning holes; the treading module 3 comprises a treading plate, symmetrical treading grooves are formed in the treading plate, and the bottoms of the treading grooves are communicated with the heat exchange grooves; the top of the treading groove is provided with a hollow supporting plate 31, the lower end of the supporting plate 31 is provided with a pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor is communicated with the electric water mixing valve.
When the anti-skidding energy-saving shower screen device is used, when a child uses the device, the weight of the child is light, so that when the child steps on the pedal, the pressure sensor receives a pressure signal and regulates and controls the opening of the water mixing valve, the low-pressure water spraying plate 11 starts to spray water, and the child can use the bath water for bathing; the treading groove can limit the feet of the children, so that an anti-skidding effect can be generated during bathing, and bathing water can flow into the heat exchange groove along the feet of the user after being used, so that the water can be preheated along with the cold water pipe, and the effect of energy conservation and heat exchange is achieved; in addition, because the low-pressure water spraying plate 11 uses the large water discharge holes, the water pressure is low, the impact on children is small, and the low-pressure water spraying plate is suitable for the bathing of the children; when an adult uses the device, the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor is higher due to the heavy weight of the adult, so that the water yield of the water mixing valve is higher, and the pressure relief valve 13 is opened due to the higher water pressure, so that the bath water is sprayed out of the high-pressure water spraying plate 12, the bath water at a higher position can be improved for a user, the bath water in the whole longitudinal direction can be improved for the user, and the bath experience is further improved; in addition, because the high-pressure water spray plate 12 uses the high-pressure water spray holes, the high-pressure water spray plate 12 can spray water flow with high water pressure, and is suitable for adult bathing.
As shown in fig. 3, guide pipes are disposed outside the high pressure water spray hole and the low pressure water spray hole, a spherical joint is disposed at a rear end of each guide pipe, corresponding spherical grooves are disposed outside the high pressure water spray hole and the low pressure water spray hole, and the guide pipes are rotatably assembled in the high pressure water spray hole and the low pressure water spray hole. The user can be through manual regulation the play water direction of stand pipe changes the play water direction of bathing water, further improves the bathing and experiences.
As shown in fig. 4, a trampling sponge is arranged at the upper end of the support plate 31, the trampling sponge is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, and the hardness of the trampling sponge at the upper layer is smaller than that of the trampling sponge at the lower layer. The treading sponge can improve good wrapping performance of the feet of a user, further improve the anti-skidding effect, and meanwhile can provide a warm-keeping effect for the feet of the user through absorbing and storing hot water, so that the stress reaction caused by low ground temperature when the user bathes in winter is avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, tapered holes are distributed in an array on the upper surface of the pedal, and the lower ends of the tapered holes are communicated with the heat exchange groove. The taper hole can discharge redundant bath accumulated water into the heat exchange tank, waste of heat energy is avoided, and potential danger of slipping caused by the accumulated water to a user is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an impeller is arranged in the heat exchange tank, and the impeller is driven to rotate by a motor; the cold water pipe 21 inside the heat exchange tank uses a circuitous pipe. The impeller drives the hot water in the heat exchange tank to stir, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the cold water pipeline 21 can be further improved, and the loss of heat energy is reduced.
