Abstract
The invention discloses a control method for discharging residual water of a water tank, which specifically comprises the following steps: starting a drainage program, acquiring the height of the current water level through a water level detection unit, and calculating theoretical time required for draining the water tank according to the height and the drainage flow of a drainage valve of the water tank; then, opening a drain valve to start draining, acquiring the change of the water level height in real time within the theoretical time, and if the current time is not changed compared with the previous time, alarming the water tank for abnormal draining, otherwise, continuing draining until the theoretical time is finished; the invention also discloses a water tank component and a steam cooking device applying the water tank component; the invention solves the problems of potential food safety hazards caused by the fact that drainage faults cannot be found timely and excessive residual water in the water tank exists in the prior art through the water level detection unit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steam cooking equipment, and particularly relates to a control method for discharging residual water in a water tank, a water tank assembly and a steam cooking device.
Background
The existing detection of the residual water in the water tank mostly adopts the way that a magnetic suspension liquid level sensor is arranged in the water tank, but the magnetic suspension liquid level sensor can only indicate the state of full water or water shortage of the water tank, and the magnetic suspension liquid level sensor can float only after a certain amount of water is needed, so that the alarm water level is too high, the residual water is too much, and the food safety hazards of bacterial breeding, peculiar smell generation and the like exist; moreover, when foreign matters exist in the water suction pump, the electromagnetic switch valve or the drainage pipeline, or even the water suction pump or the electromagnetic switch valve is damaged, the problem of slow drainage or even non-drainage occurs, whether the current water level reaches the emptying water level cannot be judged, and faults cannot be found in time.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a control method for discharging residual water in a water tank, which solves the problems that the discharge fault cannot be found in time and the residual water in the water tank is excessive to cause food safety hidden troubles in the prior art through a water level detection unit.

Preferably, the obtaining of the height of the current water level by the water level detection unit specifically includes:
the height of the current water level is detected by a capacitive sensor arranged outside the water tank.
Preferably, the calculating the theoretical time required for emptying the water tank according to the height and the drainage flow of the drainage valve of the water tank specifically comprises:
the volume of the residual water is calculated according to the height of the water level, and the quotient of the volume and the drainage flow is the theoretical time required for emptying the water tank.
A water tank assembly applies the water tank residual water discharge control method and comprises a water tank body, a water level detection unit, a water discharge unit and a controller, wherein the water level detection unit is arranged on the outer side of the water tank body and used for detecting the water level height in the water tank body, the water discharge unit is arranged below the water tank body and used for discharging residual water in the water tank body, and the controller is connected with the water level detection unit.
Preferably, the water level detection unit comprises a fixing plate, a first detection module and a second detection module, one end of the first detection module and one end of the second detection module are arranged on the outer side of the water tank body, the other end of the first detection module and the other end of the second detection module are connected through the fixing plate, and a loop is formed on the outer sides of the fixing plate, the first detection module, the second detection module and the water tank body together.

A steam cooking device applies the water tank assembly and the steam cooking device body, and the water tank assembly is arranged in the steam cooking device body.
Compared with the prior art, after the drainage program is started, the height of the current water level is obtained through the water level detection unit, and the theoretical time required for draining the residual water in the water tank is calculated according to the height and the drainage flow of the drainage valve of the water tank; then, opening a drain valve to start draining, acquiring the change of the water level height in real time within the theoretical time, and if the current time is not changed compared with the previous time, alarming the water tank for abnormal draining, otherwise, continuing draining until the theoretical time is finished; the method solves the problems that the drainage fault can not be found in time and the food safety hidden trouble is caused by excessive residual water in the water tank in the prior art.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for controlling discharge of remaining water in a tank, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step 1, starting a drainage program;
step 2, acquiring the height of the current water level; the method specifically comprises the following steps: detecting the height of the current water level through a capacitance sensor arranged outside the water tank;
step 4, opening a drain valve to start draining;
step 5, acquiring the change of the water level height in real time within the theoretical time;
and 6, judging whether the water level is the same as the previous time at the current time, if so, alarming the abnormal drainage of the water tank, and otherwise, continuing to drain until the theoretical time is finished.
In the embodiment, the height of the current water level is obtained through the water level detection unit, and the theoretical time required for emptying the residual water of the water tank is calculated according to the height and the drainage flow of the drainage valve of the water tank; then, opening a drain valve to start draining, acquiring the change of the water level height in real time within the theoretical time, and if the current time is not changed compared with the previous time, alarming the water tank for abnormal draining, otherwise, continuing draining until the theoretical time is finished; by the method, the problem that the drainage fault cannot be timely found whether the actual residual water in the water tank is emptied or not can be avoided.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a water tank assembly, as shown in fig. 2, which includes a water tank body 1, a water level detection unit 2, a drainage unit 3 and a controller, wherein the water level detection unit 2 is disposed outside the water tank body 1 and is used for detecting a water level height in the water tank body 1, the drainage unit 3 is disposed below the water tank body 1 and is used for draining residual water in the water tank body 1, and the controller is connected to the water level detection unit 2;
thus, with the above structure, the water level detection unit 2 detects the water level height in the water tank body 1 and transmits the water level height to the controller, and the controller calculates the time required for emptying the residual water according to the water level height, the flow rate of the drainage unit 3 and the size of the water tank body 1; and then the drainage unit 3 works, in the process, the water level detection unit 2 detects the water level height in real time, the water level height at the current moment is the same as the water level height at the previous moment, the controller controls the water tank to alarm abnormal drainage, and otherwise, the drainage is continued until the theoretical time is over.
As shown in fig. 3, the water level detection unit 2 includes a fixing plate 21, a first detection module 22 and a second detection module 23, one end of each of the first detection module 22 and the second detection module 23 is disposed at the outer side of the water tank body 1, and the other end is connected through the fixing plate 21;
thus, the fixing plate 21, the first detecting module 22, the second detecting module 23 and the outer side of the tank body 1 together form a loop, and the capacitance of the loop can correspond to the water level in the tank body 1.
As shown in fig. 3, each of the first detection module 22 and the second detection module 23 includes a detection sheet 221 and a metal sheet 222, the detection sheet 221 is disposed closely to the outer side of the water tank body 1, one end of the metal sheet 222 is fixed on the fixing plate 21, and the other end of the metal sheet is in contact with the detection sheet 221.
The detection sheet 221 is a conductive sheet, has corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has a height equal to the height of the highest water level.
The water level detection device further comprises an electric control board 4, wherein the electric control board 4 is electrically connected with the water level detection unit 2 and is used for receiving water level information fed back by the water level detection unit 2.
The principle that the water level detection unit 2 detects the residual water amount in the water tank body 1 is as follows: the first detection module 22, the second detection module 23 and the outer side of the water tank body 1 form a loop together, which is equivalent to a capacitance sensor, and different capacitances correspond to different water level heights.
The drainage unit 3 comprises a drainage pipe 31, a drainage valve 32 and a mounting seat 33, one end of the drainage pipe 31 is communicated with the water tank body 1, the other end of the drainage pipe is connected with the mounting seat 33, and the drainage valve 32 is arranged on the mounting seat 33.
The working process is as follows: the water level detection unit 2 detects the height of the residual water in the water tank body 1 according to the capacitance, and calculates the time required for emptying the residual water through a controller; then the drain valve 32 is opened to start draining; and the water level detection unit 2 detects the water level height in real time in the drainage process, if the water level height at the current moment is the same as the water level height at the previous moment, the controller controls the water tank to alarm abnormal drainage, and otherwise, the water is continuously drained until the theoretical time is over.
Example 3
In addition, the steam cooking device in the embodiment may be a steam box, a steam oven, a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, or the like.

2. The method for controlling the discharge of the residual water in the water tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the current water level by the water level detecting unit comprises the following steps:
the height of the current water level is detected by a capacitive sensor arranged outside the water tank.
3. The method for controlling the discharge of the residual water in the water tank according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the calculating the theoretical time required for emptying the water tank according to the height and the discharge flow of the discharge valve of the water tank comprises:
the volume of the residual water is calculated according to the height of the water level, and the quotient of the volume and the drainage flow is the theoretical time required for emptying the water tank.

A water tank assembly characterized in that it employs the water tank residual water discharge control method of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising a water tank body (1), a water level detecting unit (2), a water discharging unit (3), and a controller, wherein the water level detecting unit (2) is disposed outside the water tank body (1) for detecting a water level height inside the water tank body (1), the water discharging unit (3) is disposed below the water tank body (1) for discharging residual water inside the water tank body (1), and the controller is connected to the water level detecting unit (2).

A water tank assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the water level detection unit (2) comprises a fixing plate (21), a first detection module (22) and a second detection module (23), one end of each of the first detection module (22) and the second detection module (23) is arranged outside the water tank body (1), the other end of each of the first detection module and the second detection module is connected through the fixing plate (21), and the fixing plate (21), the first detection module (22), the second detection module (23) and the outside of the water tank body (1) form a loop together.

A water tank assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that the first detection module (22) and the second detection module (23) each comprise a detection sheet (221) and a metal sheet (222), the detection sheet (221) is arranged outside the water tank body (1), one end of the metal sheet (222) is fixed on the fixing plate (21), and the other end of the metal sheet is contacted with the detection sheet (221).
7. A water tank assembly according to claim 6, characterised in that said detection plate (221) is an electrically conductive foil.
8. A water tank assembly according to claim 7, further comprising an electric control board (4), wherein the electric control board (4) is electrically connected with the water level detection unit (2) for receiving the water level information fed back by the water level detection unit (2).

A cistern assembly according to claim 8, wherein the drain unit (3) comprises a drain pipe (31), a drain valve (32) and a mounting seat (33), one end of the drain pipe (31) communicating with the cistern body (1) and the other end being connected to the mounting seat (33), the drain valve (32) being provided on the mounting seat (33).
10. A steam cooking device, characterized in that it comprises a water tank assembly as claimed in any one of claims 4-9 and a steam cooking device body, said water tank assembly being arranged within the steam cooking device body.
