As shown in fig. 3, the water level detection unit 2 includes a fixing plate 21, a first detection module 22 and a second detection module 23, one end of each of the first detection module 22 and the second detection module 23 is disposed at the outer side of the water tank body 1, and the other end is connected through the fixing plate 21;

As shown in fig. 3, each of the first detection module 22 and the second detection module 23 includes a detection sheet 221 and a metal sheet 222, the detection sheet 221 is disposed closely to the outer side of the water tank body 1, one end of the metal sheet 222 is fixed on the fixing plate 21, and the other end of the metal sheet is in contact with the detection sheet 221.
The detection sheet 221 is a conductive sheet, has corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has a height equal to the height of the highest water level.
The water level detection device further comprises an electric control board 4, wherein the electric control board 4 is electrically connected with the water level detection unit 2 and is used for receiving water level information fed back by the water level detection unit 2.
The principle that the water level detection unit 2 detects the residual water amount in the water tank body 1 is as follows: the first detection module 22, the second detection module 23 and the outer side of the water tank body 1 form a loop together, which is equivalent to a capacitance sensor, and different capacitances correspond to different water level heights.
The drainage unit 3 comprises a drainage pipe 31, a drainage valve 32 and a mounting seat 33, one end of the drainage pipe 31 is communicated with the water tank body 1, the other end of the drainage pipe is connected with the mounting seat 33, and the drainage valve 32 is arranged on the mounting seat 33.
The working process is as follows: the water level detection unit 2 detects the height of the residual water in the water tank body 1 according to the capacitance, and calculates the time required for emptying the residual water through a controller; then the drain valve 32 is opened to start draining; and the water level detection unit 2 detects the water level height in real time in the drainage process, if the water level height at the current moment is the same as the water level height at the previous moment, the controller controls the water tank to alarm abnormal drainage, and otherwise, the water is continuously drained until the theoretical time is over.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a steam cooking apparatus including the water tank assembly of embodiment 2 and a steam cooking apparatus body, the water tank assembly being within the steam cooking apparatus body.
