one end of the connecting rod 16 is rotatably connected to the eccentric position of the eccentric wheel 15, the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the lower end of the pull rod 17, and the inserted rod 22 is fixed to the upper end of the pull rod 17;
when the transmission shaft 9 rotates, the eccentric wheel 15 is driven to rotate, the rotating eccentric wheel 15 drives the connecting rod 16 to drive the pull rod 17 to ascend and descend along the nesting 18, so that the inserted rod 22 is driven to ascend and descend, and the chute 23 is matched to drive the tail arm 19 to rotate around the mounting piece 20, so that the function of driving the upper cover 3 to overturn is realized.
