In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and needs of the prior art, the present invention provides a weight-bearing device capable of reducing metabolic consumption, wherein the weight-bearing device is capable of moving up and down relative to the center of mass of the human body when the device is used under the condition of bearing the same weight, so as to reduce the acting force of the load on the human body.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the weight device capable of reducing metabolic consumption according to the present invention includes a frame assembly 1, a gravity balance assembly 2, a weight assembly 3 and a single-axis driver assembly 4, wherein the gravity balance assembly 2 and the single-axis driver assembly 4 are respectively disposed on the same side of the frame assembly 1, and the weight assembly 3 is respectively connected to the gravity balance assembly 2 and the single-axis driver assembly 4. Wherein, the gravity balance component 2 is used for balancing the gravity of a carried heavy object, and the load component 3 is used for carrying the heavy object; the single-axis driver assembly is used for limiting the up-and-down movement of the weight.
The frame assembly 1 comprises a base plate 7, and two shoulder straps 6 and a waist belt 8 which are arranged on the base plate 7 at intervals, wherein the shoulder straps 6 and the waist belt 8 are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the base plate 7. One end of the second elastic cord 18 is fixed on the base plate 7 through the third cord fixing member 19 and the fourth cord fixing member 20, and the other end thereof passes through the second pulley assembly 15 and the fourth pulley assembly 17 in sequence and then is connected to the load frame 28.
In this embodiment, the first elastic cord 11 and the second elastic cord 18 are symmetrically disposed about the load frame 28; the fourth pulley assembly 17 and the third pulley assembly 16 are spaced apart along a horizontal direction, the first pulley assembly 14 and the second pulley assembly 15 are spaced apart along another horizontal direction, and both the fourth pulley assembly 17 and the third pulley assembly 16 are located between the second pulley assembly 15 and the first pulley assembly 14; the load frame 28 is a symmetrical structure.
The structure of the first pulley assembly 14, the structure of the second pulley assembly 15, the structure of the third pulley assembly 16, and the structure of the fourth pulley assembly 17 are the same. In this embodiment, a single-axis driver is used to limit the up-and-down movement of the weight, but in other embodiments, other structures may be used, such as a combination of a linear bearing and a polish rod; similarly, the elastic rope is adopted for balancing the load gravity, and other modes can be adopted, such as elastic elements like springs; the shape of the backpack body can be customized according to specific load, and only a matching vacancy between the backpack body and the load bearing frame needs to be reserved.
The embodiment reduces the acting force of the heavy object on the shoulder, the back, the hip and the like by keeping the load suspended in the human body movement process through the elastic rope and the single-shaft driver, thereby lightening the burden of a user and achieving the aim of reducing the metabolic consumption of the user.
