In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent transportation systems, sensor network technologies, network communication technologies, and the like, on-board devices and on-board functions of vehicles have become more and more abundant and complex. For example, vehicles are often equipped with navigation, drive assist, audio and video entertainment, and air conditioning functions.
In a use scenario of a vehicle, not only the driver needs to use these vehicle-mounted functions, but also other passengers on the vehicle except the driver often have a need to use the vehicle-mounted functions. However, control devices of the vehicle, such as an in-vehicle touch screen or control buttons, are typically disposed near the primary driver seat area. This results in the control device of the vehicle being inconvenient for other passengers to use.
In the prior art, methods have been proposed to improve the control of on-board functions.
Along with the trend of vehicle machine system intellectualization, for better visual interaction experience and content carrying, the screen size has also changed greatly, and the large screen of on-vehicle central control is popularizing on more and more motorcycle types. The vehicle-mounted central control large screen has better expansibility, can display more contents and has strong self-defining capability. The size of the vehicle-mounted central control large screen is larger and larger, and the touch control of the touch screen integrates more and more function control. In view of the above, CN109614001A proposes a control method for touch operation authority of a vehicle-mounted screen, where the control method includes: detecting whether a person sits on the assistant driver seat; when people are detected to take the assistant driver seat, sending an instruction of the assistant driver and an inquiry whether to give authority to the assistant driver to the main driver; and presetting the function operation authority corresponding to the auxiliary driver based on the authority type contained in the authority endowing request of the main driver responding to the indication and inquiry feedback. This control method is limited to giving the secondary driver the right to use the on-board screen.
CN109572702A relates to a vehicle control apparatus mounted on a vehicle for recognizing a voice of a passenger on the vehicle, the vehicle having a voice input unit, an audio output unit, and a display, and a vehicle including the vehicle control apparatus. The vehicle control apparatus may include: a communication unit configured to communicate with at least one of the voice input unit, the audio output unit, and the display; and a processor configured to control the communication unit to output a message for causing an in-vehicle passenger to speak in at least one of an audible manner and a visual manner upon occurrence of a preset event, and to identify the passenger based on receipt of a response of the passenger to the message through the voice input unit, and to perform different functions based on the identified passenger.
CN106570382A discloses an intelligent control method for in-vehicle equipment, which comprises the following steps: s1, pre-storing the identity authentication information of the legal user in the vehicle ECU, wherein the identity authentication information comprises fingerprint identification information, voice identification information and iris identification information; s2, setting the use authority of different legal users, and configuring the authority values of the use authority of different legal users; s3, receiving an in-vehicle device control instruction sent by a user; verifying the identity of a user according to identity verification information of a legally used user which is prestored in an ECU of the vehicle; when the verification is passed, jumping to step S4; when the verification fails, ending the flow of the control method; s4, judging whether the user sending the control instruction has the use authority according to the use authority of different legal users; when the usage right is possessed, it jumps to step S5; when the user does not have the use right, ending the flow of the control method; s5, judging whether the use authority of the user sending the control instruction is overdue according to the authority values of the use authorities of different legal users, and jumping to the step S6 when the use authority of the user sending the control instruction is not overdue; when the control method is overdue, ending the flow of the control method; and S6, controlling the in-vehicle equipment according to the control command sent by the user.
CN106878292A proposes a control method, a control apparatus, an in-vehicle device, and a transportation means for managing service usage authority of a user. The control method comprises the following steps: verifying a user identity based on the user input; detecting a vehicle identification; invoking a service interface parameter based on the user identity and the vehicle identification; and determining the service use authority of the user in the service function corresponding to the called service interface parameter based on the user identity and the vehicle identification. Thus, service interface parameters can be preselected based on the login of different users on different vehicles, and service authority can be provided.
The intelligent mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are interconnected, so that the mobile terminal can control the vehicle-mounted terminal gradually. At present, a vehicle-mounted terminal on an automobile is generally connected with a mobile phone in a Bluetooth pairing connection mode through a vehicle ECU, password verification is required to be carried out during initial connection, and the mobile phone can be automatically connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal during subsequent use. The existing mode of adopting bluetooth to pair and connecting can realize the connection of cell-phone and vehicle, nevertheless because be the car owner or different passengers all have the same vehicle control authority after connecting, this will undoubtedly bring certain risk for the use of vehicle. Moreover, the vehicle-mounted terminal in the existing connection mode is single in function, and cannot provide personalized and intelligent services for different passengers.
In this regard, CN109720354A discloses a vehicle function using method based on interpersonal relationship, which includes the following steps: s1, scanning the two-dimensional code by the passenger through the intelligent mobile terminal, and entering a vehicle function control interface; s2, identifying passenger information, and judging the intimacy level between the passenger and the vehicle owner according to the information mark in the intelligent mobile terminal of the vehicle owner or the contact frequency of the passenger and the vehicle owner; s3, opening corresponding control authority to the passenger on the vehicle function control interface according to the intimacy level; and s4, establishing a communication connection between the passenger intelligent mobile terminal and the vehicle ECU of the vehicle owner so that the passenger can control the vehicle function with the opened authority.
However, the prior art still suffers from a number of deficiencies, particularly in terms of passenger convenience and safety in using vehicle-mounted functions.
