Plastics are mainly composed of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and other organic or inorganic elements, the finished product is a solid and is a molten liquid in the manufacturing process, so that the plastic can be heated to melt, pressurized to flow and cooled to solidify, and various shapes are formed, and the huge and variable material group is called plastics. In order to connect the two shells symmetrically, the volumes of the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are preferably equal, and the opening is located at the opening of the U shape.
Preferably, the side 14 of the first housing 11 protrudes from the first housing 11 to form a rib structure, and the second housing 12 has the same side.
In the present embodiment, the non-side areas of the first and second housings 11 and 12 are coated with a decorative material 13, such as cloth or PU material. Preferably, the decorative material 13 fits flush with the side edges 14 after the non-side areas are fitted, that is, the side edges 14 protrude from the first casing 11 to form a rib structure with a thickness exactly equal to the thickness of the decorative material 13. The decorative material 13 can be selected from cloth with various patterns and colors, and is integrated with the shell, so that the shell is simple and beautiful.
The PU leather is the epidermis of Polyurethane components, is the abbreviation of Polyurethane in English, has the chemical name of Polyurethane in Chinese, is also a regenerated leather, and has soft hand feeling like genuine leather. The microfiber leather belongs to a high-grade leather newly developed and developed in synthetic leather, belongs to a novel leather material type, and becomes the most ideal choice for replacing natural leather. The PU leather is formed by processing two or three layers of inner leather and defective leather of natural leather by a special film making, sticking and pressing process method and covering a polyurethane PU surface layer on the surface of the leather, so that the surface of the leather presents various colors and patterns, the advantages of air permeability and folding resistance of the leather are not lost, and the PU leather has unique characteristics in appearance and waterproof performance.

The locking groove may also be deformable to achieve detachment of the buckle 122, and the structure of the locking groove 147 is described in detail below.
In general, a snap is a mechanism for the embedded connection or the integral locking of one part with another, usually for the coupling of plastic parts, the material of which is usually composed of a plastic material with a certain flexibility. The buckle connection has the greatest characteristic of convenient installation and disassembly, and can realize disassembly without tools.
When the buckle is installed, an operator judges whether the buckle is installed in place mainly through hand feeling and sound, so that the following points need to be noticed during design:
1) The appropriate amount of deformation is selected. The snap-fit is installed by deformation and rebound of the fastener. Too small deformation easily causes insecure installation; too large deformation easily causes difficult installation or even impossible installation, and damages the buckle.
2) During design, attention is paid to the fact that some obvious phenomena such as changes in sound and hand feeling occur when the buckle is installed in the leaning position.
3) When in design, the restraint quantity of the buckles is noticed, and the over-restraint condition cannot occur. And the constraint is excessive, and the requirement on the machining precision of parts is higher. During the actual assembly process, the installation is easy to be out of place or not installed.
