技术领域
本发明涉及超声换能器用电缆领域,具体地说,是涉及一种超声换能器电缆。
背景技术
目前超声流量计和超声热量表使用的过程中,在转换器与换能器间的信号传输,需要采用连接电缆来实现。本发明专利的目的就是要解决上述问题,提供一种超声换能器电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提供一种超声换能器电缆,实现换能器和转换器之间的信号传递。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的:
一种超声换能器电缆,应用于换能器与转换器之间信号的传递,包括同轴电缆,同轴电缆上设置有固定同轴电缆的固定部,固定部朝向换能器的一端设置有压接管、压头、内导体和内导体固定部,换能器信号通过压头和内导体经电缆线传输到转换器。
进一步地,所述固定部为压盖,压盖穿过同轴电缆固定同轴电缆。
进一步地,所述压头为T型铜压头,T型铜压头的轴部插入到同轴电缆的屏蔽层中,压接管穿到屏蔽层外,将屏蔽层与T型铜压头压紧。
进一步地,所述压接管外穿有弹簧。
进一步地,所述内导体固定部包括内导体固定头Ⅰ和内导体固定头Ⅱ,内导体固定头Ⅰ与压头固定连接,内导体固定头Ⅱ与内导体固定头Ⅰ固定连接。
进一步地,所述内导体固定头Ⅰ由固定头头部和固定头轴部组成,固定头轴部与T型铜压头连接,固定头头部与内导体固定头Ⅱ连接,内导体固定头Ⅱ压紧到内导体固定头Ⅰ中,内导体从固定部中穿过后折弯固定于内导体固定头Ⅱ。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明用于超声流量计和超声热量表使用的过程中,在转换器与换能器间传输信号。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种超声换能器电缆,应用于换能器9与转换器10之间信号的传递,包括同轴电缆1,同轴电缆1上设置有固定同轴电缆1的压盖2,压盖2朝向换能器9的一端设置有压接管4、压头、弹簧3、内导体8和内导体固定部,换能器9信号通过压头和内导体8经电缆线传输到转换器10。
所述压头为T型铜压头5,T型铜压头5的轴部插入到同轴电缆1的屏蔽层中,压接管4穿到屏蔽层外,将屏蔽层与T型铜压头5压紧,弹簧3穿在压接管4外。
所述内导体8固定部包括内导体固定头Ⅰ6和内导体固定头Ⅱ7,内导体固定头Ⅰ6与压头固定连接,内导体固定头Ⅱ7与内导体固定头Ⅰ6固定连接。上述固定连接采用过盈配合或螺纹连接均可,为本领域技术人员能够实现的技术手段。内导体固定头Ⅰ6由固定头头部和固定头轴部组成,固定头轴部与T型铜压头5连接,固定头头部与内导体固定头Ⅱ7连接,内导体固定头Ⅰ6和内导体固定头Ⅱ7连接好后压紧,然后在从中间穿过内导体8,将内导体8一头折弯后固定于导体固定头Ⅱ。
制作方法:
1.根据需求裁出对应长度的同轴电缆1;
2.将压盖2、弹簧3、压接管4依次穿到同轴电缆1上;
3.将T型铜压头5、内导体固定头Ⅰ6、内导体固定头Ⅱ7依次穿进内绝缘保护层,同轴线屏蔽层包住T型铜压头5轴部,将内导体8压平,卡紧内导体固定头Ⅱ7;
4.将压接管4穿到屏蔽层上,然后用压线钳压紧。

Claims (6)

1.一种超声换能器电缆,应用于换能器与转换器之间信号的传递,包括同轴电缆,其特征在于:同轴电缆上设置有固定同轴电缆的固定部,固定部朝向换能器的一端设置有压接管、压头、内导体和内导体固定部,换能器信号通过压头和内导体经电缆线传输到转换器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声换能器电缆,其特征在于:所述固定部为压盖,压盖穿过同轴电缆固定同轴电缆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声换能器电缆,其特征在于:所述压头为T型铜压头,T型铜压头的轴部插入到同轴电缆的屏蔽层中,压接管穿到屏蔽层外,将屏蔽层与T型铜压头压紧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种超声换能器电缆,其特征在于:所述压接管外穿有弹簧。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种超声换能器电缆,其特征在于:所述内导体固定部包括内导体固定头Ⅰ和内导体固定头Ⅱ,内导体固定头Ⅰ与压头固定连接,内导体固定头Ⅱ与内导体固定头Ⅰ固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种超声换能器电缆,其特征在于:所述内导体固定头Ⅰ由固定头头部和固定头轴部组成,固定头轴部与T型铜压头连接,固定头头部与内导体固定头Ⅱ连接,内导体固定头Ⅱ压紧到内导体固定头Ⅰ中,内导体从固定部中穿过后折弯固定于内导体固定头Ⅱ。
