(2) the inclination angle of the oil collecting conduit 3 can be adjusted through the first adjusting mechanism 1, so that the oil collecting conduit 3 is obliquely arranged, the oil collecting tank 4 is positioned at the lower end of the oil collecting conduit 3, oil in the scrapped distribution transformer 6 flows into the oil collecting conduit 3 through the oil outlet valve, and the oil collecting conduit 3 which is obliquely arranged enables the oil to gradually flow into the oil collecting tank 4 under the action of gravity, so that the flowing speed of the oil in the oil collecting conduit 3 can be increased, and the oil collecting efficiency of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 can be improved;
(3) the inclination angle of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 can be adjusted through the second adjusting mechanism 2, so that the scrapped distribution transformer 6 is arranged obliquely, the oil outlet valve of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 is positioned at the lower end of the scrapped distribution transformer 6, and oil at the bottom of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 can be discharged through the oil outlet valve, so that residual oil at the bottom of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 is greatly reduced, and the oil collecting efficiency of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 is improved;
(4) the oil collecting guide pipe 3 and the scrapped companions in one row divide the space into two parts, one side is used for placing an oil pumping vehicle, the other side is used for arranging a station for oil distribution and transformation to be drained, the distribution and transformation can be arranged in a straight line shape during oil pumping operation, each station operates independently, the stations are not influenced, and waiting waste is reduced. The other side of the scrapped distribution transformer 6, which is far away from the oil collecting device, is used for carrying a loading and unloading area 8 by a forklift and is communicated with a scrapped distribution transformer storage area 9, so that synchronous and uninterrupted loading, unloading, carrying and recycling of oil pumping are realized, and the waste time of oil pumping waiting is greatly reduced;
(5) the oil in the scrapped distribution transformers 6 is recovered through the same oil collecting conduit 3 and the same oil collecting tank 4, the oil pumping pipe 71 does not need to be transposed for multiple times, the phenomena of dripping, leakage and the like of residual transformer oil on the oil pipe, which are easily caused in the transposition process, are avoided, and the leakage risk is effectively reduced;
(6) the oil sprayed from the oil outlet valve of the scrapped distribution transformer 6 is blocked by the inner side wall of the oil collecting conduit 3, so that the oil flows back into the inner cavity of the oil collecting conduit 3, and the oil pressure is difficult to control when the oil outlet valve is unscrewed, and the pollution accident caused by spraying is effectively avoided.

1. A scrapped distribution transformer oil collecting device is characterized by comprising a first adjusting mechanism, a second adjusting mechanism and an oil collecting mechanism;
the oil collecting mechanism comprises an oil collecting conduit and an oil collecting tank;
the side wall of the oil collecting conduit is provided with an oil collecting port extending along the length direction of the oil collecting conduit;
the arc length of the cross section of the oil collecting conduit is 2/3 of the circumference of a concentric circle;
the oil collecting port is higher than the lowest point of the inner wall of the oil collecting conduit;
the first end of the oil collecting conduit is provided with an oil baffle plate, and the oil collecting tank is arranged at the second end of the oil collecting conduit;
the first adjusting mechanism is arranged below the oil collecting guide pipe and is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the oil collecting guide pipe;
the second adjusting mechanism is arranged below the scrapped distribution transformer and is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the scrapped distribution transformer.
2. The scrapped distribution transformer oil collecting device according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen is arranged inside the oil collecting conduit.
3. The scrapped distribution transformer oil collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the first adjusting mechanism comprises a supporting frame and an adjusting piece;
the supporting frame comprises a plurality of supporting legs, and the bottom of each supporting leg is provided with the adjusting piece;
the adjusting piece is in threaded connection with each supporting leg.
4. The scrapped distribution transformer oil collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the second adjusting mechanism comprises a tray and a lifting mechanism;
the lifting mechanism is connected with the tray and used for lifting one end, far away from the oil collecting pipe, of the tray.
5. The scrapped distribution transformer oil collecting device according to claim 4, further comprising a working platform, wherein the tray is arranged on the top of the working platform;
the working platform is provided with an anti-slip stopper which is positioned on one side of the tray close to the oil collecting conduit.
6. The scrapped distribution transformer oil collecting device according to claim 5, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a first screw and a second screw;
the driving assembly is connected with the first screw rod and drives the first screw rod to rotate;
a limiting cavity is arranged inside the operation platform, and a rotating part is arranged in the limiting cavity;
the first screw rod is rotatably connected with the operation platform, and the rotating part is meshed with the first screw rod;
the second screw rod is vertically and rotatably installed on the operation platform, and the bottom of the tray is in contact and abutted with the top end of the second screw rod;
the second screw rod penetrates through the limiting cavity, and the rotating part is sleeved on the second screw rod in a threaded manner.

the oil guide funnel is arranged at the position of the scrapped oil outlet valve of the distribution transformer and used for guiding the oil discharged by the oil outlet valve to flow into the oil collecting guide pipe.
