【技术领域】
本发明指一种生理状态判断系统,尤指一种可判断用户的生理参数的正常和异常门坎值的生理状态判断系统。
【背景技术】
如何判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常,是业界的新兴问题。单就生理量测装置所得到的结果(心律、血压、呼吸速率等),无法正确反映用户当下的生理状态为正常或异常,因为生理状态的正常与否,和个人身体状态(性别、年龄、肥胖指数)、医疗病史、用药纪录和当下的疲劳指数息息相关。因此,在数据不齐全的情况下,用户的生理状态为正常或异常或多或少存有些许争议。
在实际应用中,对于司机或驾驶员等需长时间专注的工作而言,在行前接受生理状态的检测来判断生理状态实为重要,目的是为了确保行车安全。因此,如何准确判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常来确保行车安全,实为业界的重要课题。
【发明内容】
因此,本发明的主要目的即在于提供一种生理状态判断系统及相关方法,用来准确判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常。
本发明揭露一种生理状态判断系统,包含一生理量测装置,用来量测一用户的至少一生理参数;一用户接口,用来接收该用户的至少一生理信息;以及一处理单元,耦接于该生理量测装置和该用户接口,用来根据该至少一生理信息,判断该用户的该至少一生理参数的至少一正常门坎值和至少一异常门坎值;以及根据该至少一生理参数、该至少一正常门坎值和该至少一异常门坎值,判断该用户的生理状态为正常或异常。
本发明的生理状态判断系统可因应用户的生理信息(医疗病史、用药纪录、酒精饮用量和疲劳指数),经由处理单元调控生理参数(心律、心律变异、脸部表情特征、血压、呼吸速率和血氧浓度)的正常门坎值和异常门坎值的算法方法论,以准确判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常。

图1为本发明实施例一生理状态判断系统1的功能方块图。生理状态判断系统1包含一处理单元10、一用户接口11、一生理量测装置12、一通信装置13、一云端数据库14和一用户辨识装置15。
生理量测装置12耦接于处理单元10,用来量测该用户的至少一生理参数,其中至少一生理参数包含一心律(heart rate)、一心律变异(heart rate variance)、一脸部表情特征、一血压、一呼吸速率和一血氧浓度中的至少一者。用户接口11耦接于处理单元10,用来接收该用户的至少一生理信息,其中至少一生理信息包含一医疗病史、一用药纪录、一酒精饮用量和一疲劳指数中的至少一者。
处理单元10耦接于生理量测装置12和用户接口11,用来根据至少一生理参数和至少一生理信息,判断用户的生理参数的正常门坎值和异常门坎值。处理单元10还用来根据至少一生理参数、正常门坎值和异常门坎值,判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常。
于一实施例中,处理单元10可以是一服务器或一计算机,其包含一系统单元(包含一控制单元、一算数逻辑单元和一主存储器)、一外部存储器、一输入单元和一输出单元。控制单元用来控制算数逻辑单元对主存储器和外部存储器进行存取及运算,输入单元用来接收生理参数和生理信息,而输出单元用来输出生理状态。
详细来说,若用户具有医疗病史,例如罹患高血压、心脏病、贫血、睡眠呼吸中止症、肺病、糖尿病、精神疾病、痛风、癫痫症、中风等疾病,可能在服用相关药物之后,会导致心律不整、心跳区间、血压、呼吸速率、血氧浓度等生理参数的改变。经由处理单元10分析医疗病史及用药纪录之后,可判断生理参数的正常门坎值和异常门坎值。例如,未罹患高血压的血压正常门坎值是收缩压小于120毫米汞柱和舒张压小于80毫米汞柱;罹患高血压的血压正常门坎值是收缩压为120~139毫米汞柱和舒张压为80~89毫米汞柱。因此,对于罹患高血压的用户来说,当生理量测装置12量测到用户的收缩压为120~139毫米汞柱和舒张压为80~89毫米汞柱时,判断用户的生理状态为正常;当生理量测装置12量测到用户的收缩压大于139毫米汞柱和舒张压大于89毫米汞柱时,判断用户的生理状态为异常。
换一角度而言,由于患有不同疾病的用户所对应的“正常”血压值不同,本发明的生理状态判断系统1可避免误将所有用户的血压值对应到单一正常门坎值,以适应多种实施样态。
如此一来,本发明的生理状态判断系统1可因应用户的生理信息(医疗病史、用药纪录、酒精饮用量和疲劳指数),经由处理单元10调控生理参数(心律、心律变异、脸部表情特征、血压、呼吸速率和血氧浓度)的正常门坎值和异常门坎值的算法方法论,以准确判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常。
图2为本发明实施例生理量测装置12的示意图。于一实施例中,生理量测装置12是一心电图仪(Electrocardiograph,ECG),用来经过受测者的胸腔,以时间为单位记录受测者的心脏的电生理活动,并通过皮肤上的电极捕捉并记录电生理活动,以产生心电图。于一实施例中,生理量测装置是一光体积变化描记(Photoplethysmography,PPG)、一远程光体积变化描记(RemotePhotoplethysmography,rPPG)或一影像式光体积变化描记(RemotePhotoplethysmography,iPPG)讯号转换模块,用来根据受测者的目标分区图像,转换出一光体积变化描记讯号,其中光体积变化描记讯号可用来预测血压(例如脉压、舒张压、收缩压等)。
在生理量测装置12进行量测前,可经由多重用户接口11输入用户的生理信息,例如用户可通过个人计算机(手写或键盘输入、鼠标点选选单输入)、平板计算机、智能型手机、穿戴式装置、生物芯片或是健保卡卡片阅读机等装置,将用户的生理信息汇入到处理单元10。处理单元10可内建或外接一存储器,用来存储生理信息、生理参数及对应的生理判断结果。
于一实施例中,用户个人输入数据均须经由本人签名同意后,才可转入生理状态判断系统1中,经由加密及解密功能对用户个人数据进行保护。据此,用户辨识装置15可用来对用户的个人数据及账户进行加密与解密,以保护用户个人数据,其中用户辨识装置15用来通过指纹、人脸、数字密码、图形密码等锁码技术,控制处理单元10对用户接口11进行读取。于一实施例中,用户接口11可内建或外接一输出装置,用来输出生理判断结果给用户,其中输出装置可以是一显示器、一喇叭、一警示灯或一蜂鸣器等装置。
通信装置13耦接于用户接口11及处理单元10,用来通过因特网、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)、WiFi、第三代(Third generation,3G)/第四代(Fourthgeneration,4G)/第五代(Fifth generation,5G)行动通信系统、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、近场通信(Near field communication,NFC)等通信技术或类似网络通信功能产品,将处理单元10联机到云端数据库14。云端数据库14可以是保险公司数据库或个人云端数据库等。
综上所述,本发明的生理状态判断系统可因应用户的生理信息(医疗病史、用药纪录、酒精饮用量和疲劳指数),经由处理单元调控生理参数(心律、心律变异、脸部表情特征、血压、呼吸速率和血氧浓度)的正常门坎值和异常门坎值的算法方法论,以准确判断用户的生理状态为正常或异常。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (7)
1.一种生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,包含:
一生理量测装置,用来量测一用户的至少一生理参数,其中该至少一生理参数包含一心律、一心律变异、一脸部表情特征、一血压、一呼吸速率和一血氧浓度中的至少一者;
一用户接口,用来接收该用户的至少一生理信息,其中该至少一生理信息包含一医疗病史、一用药纪录、一酒精饮用量和一疲劳指数中的至少一者;以及
一处理单元,耦接于该生理量测装置和该用户接口,用来根据该至少一生理信息,判断该用户的该至少一生理参数的至少一正常门坎值和至少一异常门坎值;以及根据该至少一生理参数、该至少一正常门坎值和该至少一异常门坎值,判断该用户的生理状态为正常或异常。
2.如权利要求1所述的生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,该生理量测装置是一心电图仪,用来经过该用户的胸腔,以时间为单位记录该用户的心脏的电生理活动,并通过皮肤上的电极捕捉并记录该电生理活动,以产生该至少一生理参数。
3.如权利要求1所述的生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,该生理量测装置是一光体积变化描记(Photoplethysmography,PPG)、一远程光体积变化描记(RemotePhotoplethysmography,rPPG)或一影像式光体积变化描记(RemotePhotoplethysmography,iPPG)讯号转换模块,用来根据该用户的目标分区图像,转换出一光体积变化描记讯号。
4.如权利要求1所述的生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,还包含一云端数据库,耦接于该用户接口及该处理单元,用来存储该至少一生理参数、该至少一生理信息、该至少一正常门坎值和该至少一异常门坎值。
5.如权利要求4所述的生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,还包含一通信装置,耦接于该处理单元,用来通过因特网、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)、WiFi、第三代(Third generation,3G)/第四代(Fourth generation,4G)/第五代(Fifth generation,5G)行动通信系统、蓝牙、近场通信(Near field communication,NFC)等通信技术或类似网络通信功能产品,将该处理单元联机到该云端数据库。
6.如权利要求1所述的生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,还包含一用户辨识装置,耦接于该用户接口及该处理单元,用来通过指纹、人脸、数字密码、图形密码等锁码技术,以控制该处理单元对该用户接口进行读取。
7.如权利要求1所述的生理状态判断系统,其特征在于,当该至少一生理参数属于该至少一正常门坎值时,该处理单元判断该用户的生理状态为正常;以及当该至少一生理参数属于该至少一异常门坎值时,该处理单元判断该用户的生理状态为异常。
