It should be noted that, the authentication center CA in the present invention issues the private key to the user in a quantum key distribution manner, and if the private key is eavesdropped or intercepted during the key distribution process, based on the characteristics of the quantum key distribution manner, the eavesdropping behavior will be perceived by both communicating parties, and the authentication center CA will invalidate the eavesdropped or intercepted private key and additionally issue a new private key until the issuing process is safe.
In the scheme, when a user initiates an electronic medical record request through a client, a block chain network verifies the operation authority of the user through an intelligent contract; the operation authority of the patient comprises viewing of the personal electronic medical record, uploading of the personal electronic medical record and setting of an access control strategy of the personal electronic medical record, and the operation authority of the medical institution comprises viewing of the patient electronic medical record shared by other medical institutions.
It should be noted that the setting of the access control policy for the personal electronic medical record by the patient in the present invention specifically includes: the patient can realize decisive control on the personal electronic medical record by formulating access control conditions; the access control condition comprises an access intention and an access time; the patient can set the use direction of the personal electronic medical record, the access intention needs to be verified when the information requester initiates a request, and if the use direction does not accord with the use direction preset by the patient, the access is failed; the patient may set an accessible time period and access may fail when the access time point of the information requester is not within a preset time period.
In the scheme, when the electronic medical record of the patient is requested to be shared, the intelligent contract of the block chain is triggered: pushing a personal electronic medical record sharing request to a patient through a client; and if the patient agrees to the request, the signature is carried out by using the personal private key, and the personal electronic medical record is authorized to be uploaded and shared to the block chain network.
It should be noted that, the client in the present invention is bound with the mobile phone number of the user, and when the first sharing request is overtime and is not processed, the client sends the second sharing request; when the second sharing request is overtime and is not processed, the client reminds the patient to log in the client to process the request by sending a short message, actively dialing and the like.
In the scheme, the electronic medical record sharing system based on the block chain comprises a medical record information input module, a medical record information processing module, a medical record data transmission module, an electronic medical record storage module, a block chain management module, a block chain connection module, a block chain storage module and a communication protocol module.
The third aspect of the present invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium, which is characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium includes a program of a block chain-based electronic medical record sharing method of a machine, and when the program of the block chain-based electronic medical record sharing method is executed by a processor, the steps of the block chain-based electronic medical record sharing method are implemented.
According to the electronic medical record sharing method and system based on the block chain and the readable storage medium, the electronic medical record sharing is realized by utilizing the block chain technology, the safety of electronic medical record sharing is improved, and the individual privacy of patients is guaranteed.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units; can be located in one place or distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based electronic medical record sharing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
creating block chain nodes for medical units participating in electronic medical record sharing to form an initial block chain alliance chain network;
creating an electronic medical record file of a patient and inputting related medical information to generate a unique identification code;
the medical institution classifies the electronic medical records according to medical characteristics in a grading way and stores the electronic medical records into different databases, and the database related to electronic medical record sharing is connected with the block link points;
the medical institutions participating in electronic medical record sharing are provided with uniform client sides, users register basic information through the client sides, and the client sides initiate electronic medical record requests to the main nodes of the alliance chain through a p2p network;
after receiving the electronic medical record request, the main node broadcasts the request to all nodes in the alliance chain, after receiving the node response achieving consensus, initiates a retrieval request to a database outside the chain, and obtains the electronic medical record data requested by the user according to the unique identification code of the electronic medical record of the patient;
the block chain node server sorts and summarizes the electronic medical record data requested in the current time period, creates a block and writes the block into a block chain;
the user comprises a patient and a medical unit, and obtains the operation authority after passing the identity authentication.

The method for sharing electronic medical records based on the blockchain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific method for performing the hierarchical classification according to the medical characteristics is as follows: classifying the electronic medical records according to specific treatment departments and disease details of the patient, and classifying the electronic medical records with the same treatment department and the similar disease details into one class; the same category can be classified according to the physical condition of the patient at the present stage, including four grades of disease, severe, mild and healthy.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the hash value of each electronic medical record file in the database shared by the medical institution related to the electronic medical record is calculated when the file is stored in the database, and the calculated hash value is stored in a blockchain alliance-chain network; after the electronic medical record is successfully retrieved and synchronously stored in the blockchain network, the hash value of the electronic medical record is calculated and compared with the hash value of the electronic medical record stored in the blockchain alliance network.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electronic medical record needs to be encrypted by a public key before being uploaded and written into the blockchain network.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user registers basic information through a client to obtain an identity ID and a user attribute set, and further sends the identity ID and the user attribute set to a certificate authority CA for verification, and after verification, the certificate authority CA generates a private key for the user and sends the private key to the user.

The method for sharing an electronic medical record based on a blockchain as claimed in claim 1, wherein when a user initiates an electronic medical record request through a client, the blockchain network verifies the operation authority of the user through an intelligent contract; the operation authority of the patient comprises viewing of the personal electronic medical record, uploading of the personal electronic medical record and setting of an access control strategy of the personal electronic medical record, and the operation authority of the medical institution comprises viewing of the patient electronic medical record shared by other medical institutions.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the electronic medical record of the patient is requested to be shared, the intelligent contract triggering the blockchain: pushing a personal electronic medical record sharing request to a patient through a client; and if the patient agrees to the request, the signature is carried out by using the personal private key, and the personal electronic medical record is authorized to be uploaded and shared to the block chain network.

The electronic medical record sharing system based on the block chain is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory comprises an electronic medical record sharing method program based on the block chain, and when the electronic medical record sharing method program based on the block chain is executed by the processor, the following steps are realized:
creating block chain nodes for medical units participating in electronic medical record sharing to form an initial block chain alliance chain network;
creating an electronic medical record file of a patient and inputting related medical information to generate a unique identification code;
the medical institution classifies the electronic medical records according to medical characteristics in a grading way and stores the electronic medical records into different databases, and the database related to electronic medical record sharing is connected with the block link points;
the medical institutions participating in electronic medical record sharing are provided with uniform client sides, users register basic information through the client sides, and the client sides initiate electronic medical record requests to the main nodes of the alliance chain through a p2p network;
after receiving the electronic medical record request, the main node broadcasts the request to all nodes in the alliance chain, after receiving the node response achieving consensus, initiates a retrieval request to a database outside the chain, and obtains the electronic medical record data requested by the user according to the unique identification code of the electronic medical record of the patient;
the block chain node server sorts and summarizes the electronic medical record data requested in the current time period, creates a block and writes the block into a block chain;
the user comprises a patient and a medical unit, and obtains the operation authority after passing the identity authentication.

The system according to claim 8, wherein the system comprises a medical record information input module, a medical record information processing module, a medical record data transmission module, an electronic medical record storage module, a block chain management module, a block chain connection module, a block chain storage module, and a communication protocol module.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a program of a blockchain-based electronic medical record sharing method of a machine, wherein when the program of the blockchain-based electronic medical record sharing method is executed by a processor, the steps of the blockchain-based electronic medical record sharing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 are implemented.
