Example two
The following takes a refrigerator as an example, and describes a prompting scheme in the present application in conjunction with fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, a prompting method according to another embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 202, detecting whether a door closing action is detected after the refrigerator is opened, entering step 204 when the detection result is yes, and entering step 206 when the detection result is no;
step 204, detecting that articles are put into the processing chamber;
step 206, alarming overtime;
step 208, further detecting whether the article has an outer package, if the detection result is yes, entering step 210, and if the detection result is no, entering step 212;
step 210, prompting for removing an outer package;
step 212, determining the type information of the article;
step 214, determining the working mode of the electromagnetic wave equipment according to the category information;
and step 216, controlling the electromagnetic wave device to operate in the mode so as to sterilize the articles.
In this embodiment, when the electrical appliance is a refrigerator, the sterilization operation mainly includes three stages: the method includes the steps of placing the article into an identification stage, alerting a user to remove an outer package stage, and performing a photolysis stage.
1. Food or article identification stage:
after the refrigerator door is opened, whether the door is closed or not can be automatically detected, an alarm program can be provided if the door is not closed for a long time, and if the refrigerator door is normally closed after being opened, a user can possibly place food or articles in the pesticide residue degradation space.
Wherein, whether food/articles are put in the pesticide residue space can be firstly identified, and the identification method can be image identification, RIFD identification, weight sensor identification or infrared sensor (sensing that hot articles are put in the chamber) and other identification technologies.
2. Reminding the user to remove the outer package stage:
when food or articles are put in the pesticide residue space, whether the articles put in by a user are wrapped by the outer packaging piece is judged by utilizing image recognition, RFID technology and the like, specifically, an outer packaging piece image library is loaded in the system, the image library is compared with the images acquired by the camera, if the images are consistent with the images acquired by the camera, the put articles are judged to contain the outer packaging piece, and the outer packaging piece image library comprises but not limited to plastic films, plastic bottles, barrels, cans, flexible tube containers, cups, boxes, trays, boxes and other containers, shock-proof buffering plastic foams, composite flexible packaging materials and the like.
If yes, whether to remind or not can be judged according to different scenes:
scene 1: and (4) not executing a reminding program: a user places an article in the degradation space, the article being identified as an unwrapped outer package; the user puts the article in the degradation space, and the article does not need to perform the degradation/sterilization process through further article type identification.
Scene 2: and (3) placing the article in the degradation space by a user, and executing a degradation/sterilization program on the article through further article type identification, and executing a reminding program at the moment.
And 3, putting an article into the degradation space by the user, wherein the article wraps the outer packaging member and cannot identify the type of the article after being identified, and executing a reminding program at the moment.
The reminder includes an image, sound, animation, etc.
3. Performing a photolysis/sterilization phase:
when the door of the farming residual degradation space is closed, photolysis may be performed. The photolysis may be performed according to the type of the article, for example: as shown in table 1, when the kind of the article is fruit and vegetable, the pesticide residue reducing program is executed; when the type of the articles is tableware or meat, executing a sterilization program; when the object type is identified as other types, the ultraviolet lamp does not work. Such other classes include cosmetics, dairy products, and the like.
TABLE 1 UV PROGRAM FOR DIFFERENT ARTICLE TYPES
Figure BDA0002025598220000171
The pesticide residue degradation space is provided with 1 or more ultraviolet degradation modules, the ultraviolet modules above the pesticide residue degradation space are opened according to the positions of the objects, and the ultraviolet modules at the positions where other objects are not placed are closed. The position of the object is obtained by using an image recognition and weight sensor device, and the position comprises various subareas, as shown in the second figure, one or more subareas can be arranged, and the position is not limited to the four subareas shown in the second figure. The uv lamp parameters for the two procedures are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 UV lamp parameters for pesticide residue reduction and sterilization procedure
Parameters of ultraviolet lamp Pesticide residue reducing program Sterilization procedure
Optical power/mW 0~300 0~100
Time/h 0~48 0~2
The optical power and the ultraviolet turn-on time of the pesticide residue reducing program are related to the type and the quality of food materials, and the optical power of the sterilizing program is related to the type and the quality of placed articles. Generally, the treatment intensity of the sterilization procedure is lower than that of the pesticide residue reduction procedure.
When the photolysis/sterilization program is started and new food materials/articles are put in a new position, the ultraviolet module is closed when the refrigerator is opened, so that the harm of ultraviolet to human bodies is avoided. At this time, the system records the pre-stage program, which requires the starting time T1, and the already starting time is T2. When the refrigerator door is closed, the photolysis/sterilization process is still performed, the newly-inserted articles are subjected to the normal degradation/sterilization process, and the previous articles are subjected to the remaining T1-T2 duration.
When the photolysis/sterilization program is started and new food materials/articles are put into the partition space in which the program is being executed, the system reminds the user through means such as images, sounds and animations that the previous degradation program is influenced by the new food materials/articles, and the new food materials/articles can be put into other partition spaces.
The overall idea of the control is as follows: firstly, detecting whether an article placed in the packaging box wraps an outer packaging piece or not, and secondly, reminding a user to remove the outer packaging piece according to different scenes of placing the article in the packaging box; finally, a photolysis process is performed.
