The user side comprises a service demand information uploading page, a service information searching page, a subscription payment page and a settlement page. The invention also discloses a service business e-commerce transaction method, which comprises the processes of registration and login, information uploading, information inquiry, online communication, deposit of fixed money, service completion, settlement and the like. The invention adopts the e-commerce transaction platform and method aiming at the service industry, and has the characteristic of being suitable for the transaction activities of the service industry.
