The invention provides a notebook computer anti-theft system which comprises a basic user information identification module, a system abnormal operation module, a processor, a controller, an alarm module, an anti-theft module, a communication module and mobile equipment, wherein the basic user information identification module comprises a user face identification unit, a user voice identification unit and a user fingerprint identification unit, the anti-theft module comprises a GPS (global positioning system) positioning unit, a shooting unit and a keyboard locking unit, the basic user information identification module and the system abnormal operation module are respectively connected with the processor, the processor is connected with the controller, the controller is respectively connected with the alarm module, the anti-theft module and the communication module, and the communication module is connected with the mobile equipment. The invention can safely and effectively carry out anti-theft protection on the notebook computer of the user.
