Abstract
The invention provides a confocal endoscope probe with a replaceable lens component, which comprises a pipeline component and a probe body, wherein the pipeline component comprises an outer sleeve, the end part of the outer sleeve is provided with a first connecting part, the first connecting part comprises a fixed ring seat and an inserted pipe fitting, one end surface of the fixed ring seat is coaxially fixed with the end surface of the outer sleeve, and one end of the inserted pipe fitting is coaxially fixed with the other end surface of the fixed ring seat; the lens assembly comprises a lens, a lens shell and a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion comprises a first connecting pipe fitting and a second connecting pipe fitting, one end of the first connecting pipe fitting and one end of the second connecting pipe fitting are coaxially arranged on the end face of the lens shell, and an annular groove for accommodating the pipe fitting to insert is formed between the first connecting pipe fitting and the second connecting pipe fitting. Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a confocal endoscope probe with a replaceable lens assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: pipeline subassembly 1, lens subassembly 2 with pipeline subassembly 1 can dismantle the connection. When the endoscope is used, the pipeline component 1 and the lens component 2 form a whole and extend into the body of a patient, and a camera in the pipeline component 1 collects images of a focus through the lens component 2; helping doctors to know the focus of the patient.
The pipeline assembly 1 comprises an outer sleeve 11, and a first connecting part 12 is arranged at the end part of the outer sleeve 11.
The first connecting portion 12 is connected to the lens assembly 2, so that the pipeline assembly 1 and the lens assembly 2 are integrated.
The first connecting portion 12 includes a fixing ring seat 121 and an inserting pipe 122, wherein one end surface of the fixing ring seat 121 is coaxially fixed with the end surface of the outer sleeve 11, and one end of the inserting pipe 122 is coaxially fixed with the other end surface of the fixing ring seat 121. The connection between the inserted pipe 122 and the fixed ring seat 121 divides the end surface of the fixed ring seat 121 into an inner annular surface 123 and an outer annular surface 124.
The lens assembly 2 comprises a lens 21, a lens shell 22 and a second connecting portion 23, the lens 21 is embedded in the lens shell 22, and the second connecting portion 23 is arranged on the end face of the lens shell 22. When in use, the second connecting portion 23 is connected with the first connecting portion 12, so that the pipeline assembly 1 and the lens assembly 2 are integrated.
The lens housing 22 is annular, and the lens 21 is embedded on the inner wall of one end of the lens housing 22.
The second connecting portion 23 includes a first connecting tube 231 and a second connecting tube 232, one end of the first connecting tube 231 and one end of the second connecting tube 232 are coaxially disposed on the end surface of the lens housing 22, and an annular groove 233 for accommodating the inserting tube 122 is formed between the first connecting tube 231 and the second connecting tube 232. When in use, the inserting pipe 122 is inserted into the annular groove 233, and is tightly contacted with the first connecting pipe 231 and the second connecting pipe 232, and the second connecting portion 23 is connected with the first connecting portion 12, so that the pipeline assembly 1 and the lens assembly 2 are integrated. The first connecting pipe 231, the second connecting pipe 232 and the inserting pipe 122 form a sandwich-like structure, so that external liquid can be further isolated to protect internal components, and the strength of the joint of the pipeline assembly 1 and the lens assembly 2 is enhanced; avoiding damage.
The inserting pipe 122 can be stably combined with the first and second connecting pipes 231 and 232 in many ways; in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of rubber points 3 for increasing friction force are disposed on the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the inserting pipe 122, the rubber points 3 are also disposed on the surface of the first connecting pipe 231 close to the second connecting pipe 232 and the surface of the second connecting pipe 232 close to the first connecting pipe 231, and when the inserting pipe 122 is inserted into the annular groove 233, the rubber points 3 increase the friction force between the inserting pipe 122 and the first connecting pipe 231 and the second connecting pipe 232, so that the inserting pipe 122 can be stably combined with the first connecting pipe 231 and the second connecting pipe 232.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the inner sidewall of the inserting pipe 122 is provided with a first external thread 1221, and the outer sidewall of the inserting pipe 122 is provided with a second external thread 1222; a first internal thread 2311 matched with the first external thread 1221 is arranged on the surface, close to the second connecting pipe fitting 232, of the first connecting pipe fitting 231; the second connecting pipe 232 has a second internal thread 2321 matching the second external thread 1222 on a surface thereof adjacent to the first connecting pipe 231.
When the inserting pipe 122 is inserted into the annular groove 233, the inserting pipe 122 is simultaneously screwed with the first connecting pipe 231 and the second connecting pipe 232, so as to achieve a stable connection effect.

A third waterproof annular groove 237 for accommodating the end part of the second connecting pipe 232 is formed in the outer annular surface 124, and a waterproof rubber ring is arranged in the third waterproof annular groove 237; when inserting the pipe fitting 122 with first connecting tube 231, the stable combination of second connecting tube 232, second connecting tube 232 tip stretches into in the third prevention water annular groove 237, with third prevention water annular groove 237 inner wall interference fit, and in waterproof rubber ring butt makes insert establish pipe fitting 122 with first connecting tube 231, second connecting tube 232 connects when more firm, realizes sealed waterproof.
