When the concrete structure is heavy and not easy to be transported to the bearing platform 36, the fifth hydraulic column is started, the fifth hydraulic column pushes the first hydraulic column 5 to move, and further drives the extruding mechanism 6 to move above the concrete mechanism, then the first hydraulic column 5 is started to drive the clamping mechanisms 45 to be positioned at two sides of the concrete mechanism, then the driving mechanism is started to drive the gear 40 to rotate, the gear 40 rotates to enable the two L-shaped rods 44 to move relatively, the clamping mechanisms 45 are driven to abut against the concrete structure, however, the L-shaped rods 44 continue to move, the extruding rods 48 contact with the surface of the concrete structure, the extruding rods 48 push the push rods 50 to move, so that the rotating rods 47 move inwards, the clamping blocks 46 are clamped and fixed with the surface of the concrete structure, then the first hydraulic column 5 is lifted to lift the concrete structure, then the fifth hydraulic column contracts to enable the concrete structure to be positioned above the bearing platform 36, the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is then lowered so that the concrete structure is placed on the load bearing table 36.
