Abstract
The invention relates to a method for improving the weighing precision of a stock tower in a farm, wherein when the stock tower needs to input/output materials (such as material receiving or feeding), a control system firstly closes an electric gate valve, then starts a conveyor to run for a period of time until the conveyor is automatically stopped after emptying feed in a flexible connection range, so that the flexible connection is in a free state, the dragging effect of the conveyor on the stock tower is eliminated, and the weighing data at the moment is automatically recorded by the system. After the material feeding/discharging is completed, the system again records the weighing data in the above manner. The difference between the two is the weight of the material in/out. By the method, the accurate weighing value of the starting point of the material feeding/discharging can be obtained, so that the accuracy of the material feeding/discharging amount in the material tower weighing system is ensured, and the calculation precision is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of weighing of breeding industry, in particular to material tower weighing and feeding management of large-scale farms, and particularly relates to a method for improving weighing precision of material towers of the farms.
Background
Along with the development of aquaculture, the intensive livestock farm all adopted the higher automatic feed system of degree of automation at present, set up the material tower outside the house, carry out automatic feed as required to the interior stockline of house through the conveyer (adopt flexible screw conveyer or pipe chain conveyer usually). When a certain amount of feed is left in the feed tower, a feed tank truck needs to be arranged to feed and supplement the feed into the feed tower.
More and more farms are beginning to pay attention to the weighing of material towers, and some material tower weighing systems are also introduced. The feeding tower is additionally provided with the weighing system, so that the storage amount of the feed in the feeding tower can be monitored in real time, and the dynamic consumption rate of a feed line in a shed can be measured and calculated. On one hand, the feed can be reasonably fed by the feed tanker, on the other hand, the feed conversion ratio can be calculated in an auxiliary manner, and accurate feeding can be carried out under the condition of limited feeding.
However, in practical application, the weighing precision of the material tower is not high, and the application effect of the material tower is seriously influenced. Factors influencing the weighing of the material tower are many, but the influence of the conveyor at the outlet of the material tower is undoubtedly the largest. And referring to application experiences of other industries, the flexible connection is adopted at the joint of the bottom of the material tower and the conveyor, so that the influence of the symmetrical weight of the conveyor is reduced as much as possible, but the effect is very little.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the measurement of a material tower weighing system is inaccurate in the practical application process, the invention provides an electromechanical method for improving the weighing precision of a material tower.
In order to achieve the above object, the method for improving the weighing precision of the stock tower in the farm is specifically adopted as follows:
the method comprises a material tower material receiving step or a material tower feeding step,
the material tower material receiving step comprises the following steps:
(1-1) the controller sends out an instruction for closing the electric gate valve, and the electric gate valve is closed;
(1-2) the controller sends an instruction for starting the conveyor, the conveyor is operated until materials in a flexible connecting piece between the electric gate valve and the conveyor are emptied, and the conveyor is stopped to operate;
(1-3) according to a weighing sensor at the bottom of the material tower, recording weighing data A by a controller;
(1-4) carrying out material tower material receiving, and recording weighing data B by the controller after the material tower material receiving is finished;
(1-5) calculating the difference value of the weighing data A and the weighing data B, namely the weight of the material received by the material tower;
the material tower feeding step comprises the following steps:
(2-1) the controller sends out an instruction for closing the electric gate valve, and the electric gate valve is closed;
(2-2) the controller sends an instruction for starting the conveyor, the conveyor is operated until materials in a flexible connecting piece between the electric gate valve and the conveyor are emptied, and the conveyor is stopped to operate;
(2-3) according to the weighing sensor at the bottom of the material tower, the controller records weighing data C;
(2-4) the controller sends out an instruction for opening the electric flashboard valve, and the electric flashboard valve is opened; simultaneously sending an instruction for operating the conveyor to operate the conveyor;
(2-5) feeding the material tower, repeating (2-1) - (2-3) after the feeding of the material tower is finished, and obtaining weighing data D;
and (2-6) calculating the difference value of the weighing data C and D, namely the weight of the material fed by the material tower.
When the material tower needs to enter/exit materials (such as material receiving or feeding), the control system firstly closes the electric gate valve, then starts the conveyor to run for a period of time until the conveyor is automatically stopped after the feed in the flexible connection range is emptied, so that the flexible connection is in a free state, the dragging effect of the conveyor on the material tower is eliminated, and the weighing data at the moment is automatically recorded by the system.
After the feeding/discharging is finished, the system records the weighing data again, and opens the electric gate valve to ensure the feeding of the material tower.
By adopting the method for improving the weighing precision of the material tower in the farm, the accurate weighing value of the starting point of the material feeding/discharging can be obtained, so that the accuracy of calculating the material feeding/discharging quantity by a material tower weighing system is ensured, and the calculation precision is improved.

As shown in fig. 2, the device involved in the method for improving the weighing accuracy of the material tower in the farm provided by the invention is specifically installed between the outlet at the bottom of the material tower 1 and the conveyor 2, and comprises an electric gate valve 4, a flexible connecting piece 5 and a fixing support 6 for fixing the conveyor 2, wherein the electric gate valve 4 is connected with the controller 8, the conveyor 2 is connected with the controller 8, a plurality of (depending on the number of the support legs) weighing sensors 3 are installed at the bottoms of the support legs of the material tower 1, the weighing sensors 3 are connected with the weighing instrument 7, and the weighing instrument 7 is connected with the controller 8.
When the material tower receives material (the material is beaten into the material tower from the tank car), the method comprises the following steps:
(1-2) the controller 8 gives a command to said electric gate valve 4 to close, as shown in fig. 3.
(1-2) the controller 8 gives a command to the conveyor 2 to run for a certain period of time until it stops automatically after the feed in the flexible connecting element 5 is emptied, as shown in fig. 4.
(1-3) at this time, the controller 8 automatically records the weighing data A.
And (1-4) after the material tower finishes receiving the material, the controller 8 automatically records the weighing data B again.
(1-5) finally calculating the difference value of A and B to obtain the weight of the material received at this time.
When the material tower is fed (the material is beaten from the material tower to a material line in the shed), the method comprises the following steps:
(2-1) the controller 8 gives a command to said electric gate valve 4 to close, as shown in fig. 3.
(2-2) the controller 8 gives a command to the conveyor 2 to run for a certain period of time until it stops automatically after the feed in the flexible connection 5 has been emptied, fig. 4.
(2-3) at this time, the controller 8 automatically records the weighing data C.
(2-4) the controller 8 sends an instruction to the electric gate valve 4 to open; at the same time, a command is given to start the conveyor 2, fig. 5, which is now in the feeding mode.
(2-5) after feeding is finished, repeating the steps (2-1) - (2-3), and automatically recording the weighing data D by the controller 8.
(2-6) finally calculating the difference value of C and D to obtain the weight of the fed material.
The method for improving the weighing precision of the stock tower in the farm has the beneficial effects that:
1. simple structure, small occupied space and convenient modification.
2. The maximum external force interference on the material tower is eliminated, and the weighing precision of the material tower is greatly improved.

the material tower material receiving step comprises the following steps:
(1-1) the controller sends out an instruction for closing the electric gate valve, and the electric gate valve is closed;
(1-2) the controller sends an instruction for starting the conveyor, the conveyor is operated until materials in a flexible connecting piece between the electric gate valve and the conveyor are emptied, and the conveyor is stopped to operate;
(1-3) according to a weighing sensor at the bottom of the material tower, recording weighing data A by a controller;
(1-4) carrying out material tower material receiving, and recording weighing data B by the controller after the material tower material receiving is finished;
(1-5) calculating the difference value of the weighing data A and the weighing data B, namely the weight of the material received by the material tower;
the material tower feeding step comprises the following steps:
(2-1) the controller sends out an instruction for closing the electric gate valve, and the electric gate valve is closed;
(2-2) the controller sends an instruction for starting the conveyor, the conveyor is operated until materials in a flexible connecting piece between the electric gate valve and the conveyor are emptied, and the conveyor is stopped to operate;
(2-3) according to the weighing sensor at the bottom of the material tower, the controller records weighing data C;
(2-4) the controller sends out an instruction for opening the electric flashboard valve, and the electric flashboard valve is opened; simultaneously sending an instruction for operating the conveyor to operate the conveyor;
(2-5) feeding the material tower, repeating (2-1) - (2-3) after the feeding of the material tower is finished, and obtaining weighing data D;
and (2-6) calculating the difference value of the weighing data C and D, namely the weight of the material fed by the material tower.
