when the water temperature presetting device is used, hot water passes through the inner cavity of the adjusting pipe (81) and forms pressure difference on two sides of the one-way valve (94) and is opened, cold water is continuously mixed with the hot water in the adjusting pipe (81) through the middle partition plate (93) and the water through groove (95), the temperature is kept within an allowable error of a preset value all the time, the backflow hole I (104) and the backflow hole II (108) correspond to each other, water in the adjusting pipe (81) flows through the water outlet (82) and enters the inside of the backflow pipe II (103), and flows back to the hot water tank (1) through the backflow hole I (104), the backflow hole II (108) and the backflow pipe I (11), and the water in the adjusting pipe (81) is ensured to be in a flowing state at the preset temperature;
