Abstract
The invention discloses a shaft sleeve and box type oil seal, comprising: a straight tube having a shoulder on an outer surface; the annular frame is sleeved on the outer side of the straight pipe, and the end face of the annular frame is abutted to the shoulder; the first rubber body is provided with a first rubber part attached to the inner surface of the straight pipe, a second rubber part attached to one side, close to the shoulder, of the annular frame, and a third rubber part attached to the outer surface of the straight pipe and connecting the first rubber part and the second rubber part. The shaft sleeve and the box-type oil seal can improve the strength of the shaft sleeve, reduce deformation and ensure the sealing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil seal structure, in particular to a shaft sleeve and a box-type oil seal.
Background
Agricultural machinery is equipment specially used for agricultural production. Due to the wide variety of geographical environments, agricultural machinery is complex and harsh to work and is susceptible to impact loads, such as accidental impacts, stone touch, and the like.
In order to protect the bearings of agricultural machinery, cassette type oil seals have been designed.
Structurally, the box-type oil seal is provided with a shaft sleeve, a first ring and a second ring which are oppositely arranged.

Meanwhile, the first ring and the second ring of the box-type oil seal can still be manufactured by adopting a sheet metal stamping process, the influence of a shaft sleeve manufacturing process is avoided, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Structurally, the cartridge type oil seal is composed of a first ring 190, a second ring 200, and a bushing.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the first ring 190 is a ring-shaped metal shell, and the outer layer is wrapped with the second rubber body 250, so that the metal shell provides support and the second rubber body 250 is elastically sealed to satisfy the sealing effect.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the second rubber body 250 has two second radial lips 210, a second end lip 220, and a positioning rib 230.
Wherein the two second radial lips 210 abut against the radially outer surface of the sleeve, whereby the sealing effect can be ensured in a rotating state.

Wherein the outer surface of the straight pipe 100 is provided with a shoulder 110, so that the annular frame 120 abuts against the shoulder 110, positioning the annular frame 120 and ensuring the relative position of the annular frame 120 and the straight pipe 100.
The annular frame 120 and the straight pipe 100 may be an interference fit, so that the annular frame 120 and the straight pipe 100 rotate together to reduce friction.
In addition, the ring frame 120 and the straight pipe 100 may be welded, thereby improving the coupling strength.
Furthermore, the ring frame 120 and the straight pipe 100 can be heat treated together, further improving the strength and reducing the risk of deformation under impact load.
With respect to the first rubber body 130, referring to fig. 2, the first rubber body 130 has a first rubber portion 140 that conforms to the inner surface of the straight pipe 100, a second rubber portion 150 that conforms to the side of the annular frame 120 near the shoulder 110, and a third rubber portion 160 that conforms to the outer surface of the straight pipe 100 and connects the first rubber portion 140 and the second rubber portion 150.
The first rubber portion 140 ensures sealing inside the straight pipe 100, the second rubber portion 150 is fitted and sealed with the second ring 200, and the third rubber portion 160 ensures sealing between the ring frame 120 and the straight pipe 100.
Therefore, the supporting framework is formed by the straight metal pipe 100 and the annular frame 120, and the elasticity of the first rubber body 130 is utilized to realize sealing and simplify the structure.
Referring to fig. 2, the second rubber part 150 is provided with two first end face lips 170, and the first end face lips 170 are obliquely provided toward the direction of approaching the straight pipe 100.
Thereby, the first end face lip 170 is brought into elastic contact with the second ring 200, and thus, a sealing effect is secured under a rotating condition.
In addition, a first radial lip 180 is arranged at the joint of the second rubber part 150 and the third rubber part 160, the first radial lip 180 is arranged in an inclined manner towards the direction away from the straight pipe 100, and the first radial lip 180 is used for abutting against the second ring 200 of the box type oil seal.
Thus, the second ring 200 and the first ring 190 are positioned to achieve coaxial rotation fit, and eccentric wear is avoided.
Meanwhile, a lubrication chamber is also formed between the first end face lip 170 and the first radial lip 180, thereby storing lubricating grease required for rotation, making the cartridge type oil seal durable.
For the fixation of the first rubber body 130 to the straight pipe 100 and the annular frame 120 and the fixation of the second rubber body 250 to the second ring 200, a vulcanization molding process can be adopted, so that firm adhesion fixation is realized, and the dimension is ensured to meet the requirement.
Thus, the present embodiment has the following effects: the straight pipe 100, the annular frame 120 and the first rubber body 130 form a shaft sleeve, so that the shaft sleeve does not need to be manufactured by a sheet metal stamping process, and further, the straight pipe 100 and the annular frame 120 can be manufactured by high-strength materials, so that the strength is improved, the first rubber body 130 is powerfully supported, the deformation is reduced, and the sealing effect is ensured.
Meanwhile, the straight pipe 100 and the annular frame 120 can be assembled by hot pressing, so that the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Meanwhile, the shaft sleeve is not manufactured by adopting a sheet metal stamping process, so that the thickness of the straight pipe 100 is not limited, and the end face of the straight pipe 100 can be used for bearing, and the axial load bearing capacity is improved.

A box type oil seal, characterized by comprising a first ring (190), a second ring (200) and a shaft sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first ring (190) and the second ring (200) are sleeved on the straight pipe (100), the annular frame (120) is accommodated between the first ring (190) and the second ring (200), the first ring (190) is positioned on the side of the annular frame (120) back to the shoulder (110), and the second ring (200) is positioned on the side of the annular frame (120) close to the shoulder (110).
