Abstract
The invention discloses a measuring and adjusting integrated tubular column for an offshore oilfield, which comprises a barrel body connected with a production oil pipe, wherein the barrel body comprises an outer barrel and an upper joint sleeved in the outer barrel and in threaded connection with the outer barrel, and the bottom of the outer barrel is in threaded connection with a cylindrical fixed rotating piece; the top of the upper joint extends out of the top end of the outer cylinder, and the bottom of the upper joint is provided with an adjusting shaft sleeve positioned in the outer cylinder; a water nozzle is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the joint of the fixed rotating piece and the outer barrel, and the bottom of the fixed rotating piece is in threaded connection with a lower joint; the adjusting shaft sleeve is in threaded fit with the inner wall of the bottom of the upper joint, and the bottom of the adjusting shaft sleeve seals the port of the water nozzle facing the inside of the barrel. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of offshore oilfield separate-layer water injection, in particular to an offshore oilfield testing and adjusting integrated tubular column.
Background
The layered water injection technology is that a packer is used for dividing an oil layer into a plurality of water injection layer sections, and the adjustment of the water injection amount of the layer sections is realized by means of water distributors corresponding to the layer sections so as to realize balanced water injection.
At present, the process commonly adopted by offshore oilfield separate layer water injection is that seal inspection and measurement and regulation are mutually independent and are implemented by descending a well for times. The process needs a plurality of operations of the well mouth, takes labor and time and increases the allocation cost. At present, the maximum outer diameter of a water injection working barrel adopted by concentric measurement and adjustment of a water injection well of an offshore oil field is 97mm or 114mm, and the water injection working barrel is not suitable for a 3.25 sand control section water injection well.
In order to reduce the cost and simplify the process, aiming at the offshore oilfield separate layer water injection process, a testing and adjusting integrated tubular column capable of injecting water and preventing sand is needed, and two functions of seal checking and testing and adjusting can be completed by one-time operation of lowering the well. Meanwhile, the sand control device is suitable for a 3.25 sand control section water injection well.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a testing and adjusting integrated tubular column capable of injecting water and preventing sand, so that two functions of seal checking and testing and adjusting can be completed by one-time operation of lowering a well.
