Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a scaffold auxiliary part with an assembly alarm function, so that whether the whole scaffold exceeds the bearing limit is detected while the scaffold is reinforced in an auxiliary mode, and an alarm is given when the scaffold exceeds the bearing limit to remind constructors.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a scaffold auxiliary part with an assembly alarm function comprises a reinforcing component and a detection component arranged on the reinforcing component, wherein the reinforcing component is used for reinforcing a scaffold, and the detection component is arranged in a dustproof box and used for detecting the load bearing condition of the reinforcing component, judging whether the reinforcing component is overweight or not and giving an alarm; the detection component comprises a pressure sensor, a controller, an alarm and a power supply, the power supply supplies power to the pressure sensor, the controller and the alarm, the pressure sensor is coupled with the controller and is positioned between the reinforcing component and the scaffold so as to detect the pressure borne by the reinforcing component and provide measured pressure data for the controller, and the controller is coupled with the alarm so as to control the alarm to give an alarm when the reinforcing component bears overweight.
As a further improvement of the invention, the reinforcing component comprises a connecting piece, a vertical rod, a cross rod and a bottom support which are connected with the scaffold, the vertical rod and the cross rod are connected through a fastener, the other end of the vertical rod, which is opposite to the cross rod, is fixedly connected with the bottom support, the other end of the cross rod, which is opposite to the vertical rod, is connected with the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is used for being lapped with the scaffold.
As a further improvement of the invention, the connecting piece comprises a lapping part and an inserting part, the lapping part and the inserting part are fixedly connected or integrally arranged, the lapping part is lapped on the scaffold and used for supporting the scaffold, and the inserting part is connected with the cross rod.

As a further improvement of the invention, the upper end and the lower end of the screw rod are both matched with nuts, one of the nuts is provided with a handle for a worker to rotate the nut, the handle is L-shaped, the tail end of the shorter end of the handle is fixedly connected with the nut, and the longer end of the handle is operated by the hand of the worker.
