Description
Technical Field
One embodiment of the present invention relates to an electrical device in which a hose is housed in a case.
Background
Electrical equipment such as a bedding dryer is provided with a hose for guiding the flow of air. When the electric device is not used, the hose is preferably concentrated compactly because the hose is not required.
In addition, electrical devices that are used only in a specific season, such as a bedding dryer, are often stored in a storage space such as a closet during periods of non-use.
In general, since the storage space is limited, it is preferable to reduce the volume occupied by the electrical equipment in the storage space as much as possible. Accordingly, as disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open publication 2016-182322, a structure is devised in which the volume of a hose and a member related to the hose is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems
However, in the storage structure of the hose disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open publication 2016-182322, the hose cannot be separated from the nozzle attached to the distal end of the hose. Therefore, it is necessary to bend the hose in the main body case in the direction of the nozzle. The bent portion increases the volume of the receiving portion of the hose. Thus, the whole of the quilt dryer becomes large.
An object of one embodiment of the present invention is to miniaturize an electrical device.
Solution to the problem
In order to solve the above-described problems, an electrical device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a case; a hose which is provided so as to be able to be led out from the case and forms an air passage; a nozzle connected to an opening end of the hose; a rotating member that is supported at one end side by the opening end portion of the hose so as to be rotatable between a position where the nozzle is disposed inside the case in a state of being separated from the hose and a position where the nozzle is disposed outside the case; and a connection mechanism for connecting the nozzle to the opening end of the hose in a state where the nozzle is disposed outside the case.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electric device can be miniaturized.

Detailed Description
[ first embodiment ]
The first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3, as follows.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of a bedding dryer 1 according to first to third embodiments. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure of the quilt dryer 1 in a state of closing the cover 3. Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure in a state where the cover 3 of the quilt dryer 1 is opened to extend the hose 7 and the extension hose 8.
As shown in fig. 1, a bedding dryer 1 (electric apparatus) has an external appearance formed by a casing 2 and a cover 3 (rotary member). The case 2 is formed in a box shape, and has an opening 21 formed at an upper end thereof as shown in fig. 3. The cover 3 is provided to open and close the opening 21.
As shown in fig. 2, the bedding dryer 1 further includes a blower fan 4, a heater 5, a blower duct 6, a hose 7, an extension hose 8 (connection mechanism), and a nozzle 9.
The blower fan 4 is disposed in the casing 2, and sucks in and discharges air from an air suction port (not shown) provided in a side surface of the casing 2, thereby generating a flow of air. The heater 5 is disposed at an air outlet of the blower fan 4 so as to heat the air blown from the blower fan 4. The air duct 6 forms an air passage extending upward from the heater 5 so as to guide the air passing through the heater 5 upward.
The hose 7 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and forms an air passage for guiding air passing through the air supply duct 6. The hose 7 is provided so that a part thereof is housed in the air supply duct 6 in the housed state shown in fig. 2, and is drawn out from the air supply duct 6 in the operating state shown in fig. 3.
The extension hose 8 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and forms an air passage for guiding air passing through the hose 7 to the nozzle 9. The extension hose 8 is provided so as to be housed almost entirely in the hose 7 except for the open end portion of the distal end in the housed state shown in fig. 2, and is drawn out from the hose 7 in the operating state shown in fig. 3.
The cover 3 is formed in a rectangular plate shape, and opens and closes an opening 21 provided at the upper end of the case 2. The cap 3 holds the nozzle 9, and has a rotation support portion 32 at one end side thereof for opening and closing the opening 21. The rotation support portion 32 is a protruding piece provided at both side end portions of the cover 3 so as to face each other in the width direction of the cover 3. The rotation support portion 32 is rotatably supported by the shaft 31 around the opening end portion 71 of the hose 7.
The cover 3 has a moving mechanism 33. The moving mechanism 33 holds the nozzle 9 so as to be movable between a rotation support portion 32 side (support end portion side) of the cover 3 and a rotation end portion side that rotates in the cover 3. The moving mechanism 33 is constituted by a combination of a groove-shaped rail (not shown) extending in the longitudinal direction of the cover 3 and a protrusion (not shown) provided on the nozzle 9 and slidably fitted in the rail, for example, but is not limited to this example.
For example, the structure for holding the nozzle 9 may be provided inside the case 2, may be provided as a connection relationship between the case 2 and the nozzle 9, or may be provided on the nozzle 9 side. In addition, as a specific holding structure, a structure in which the nozzle 9 is hooked to a portion to be held, a structure in which the nozzle 9 is fitted to a portion to be held, or a attraction based on magnets provided to the nozzle 9 and the portion to be held, respectively, is adopted.
The nozzle 9 is a member for blowing out air sent out from the hose 7. The nozzle 9 is formed in a shape that enables connection between an air inlet connected to the open end 71 of the hose 7 and the open end 71. The nozzle 9 is formed in a flat shape having a wide air outlet width. With such a structure, the nozzle 9 can accelerate the flow rate of the blown air and blow the air in a wide fan-like range.
The difference between the operating state and the storage state of the bedding dryer 1 configured as described above will be described.
In the operating state of the quilt dryer 1, as shown in fig. 3, the cover 3 is opened by 90 ° with respect to the closed state shown in fig. 2, a part of the hose 7 is led out from the air supply duct 6, and the extension hose 8 is led out from the hose 7. In the operating state, the nozzle 9 is moved by the moving mechanism 33 and is disposed on the rotating end side of the cover 3. The inlet of the nozzle 9 is connected to the open end of the extension hose 8.
Thereby, the air from the blower fan 4 is blown out through the blower duct 6, the hose 7, the extension hose 8, and the nozzle 9. Further, the hose 7 and the extension hose 8 can form a long air passage in a straight line.
On the other hand, in the storage state in which the bedding dryer 1 is not used, as shown in fig. 2, the extension hose 8 is stored in the hose 7, a part of the hose 7 is stored in the air supply duct 6, and the cover 3 is closed. In the stored state, the nozzle 9 is disposed near the hose 7 by the moving mechanism 33 so as to be in contact with the opening end 71.
In this stored state, the nozzle 9 is separated from the hose 7 (extension hose 8), and the air passage formed by the hose 7 and the extension hose 8 is shortened, so that it is unnecessary to bend the air passage formed by the hose 7, the extension hose 8, and the nozzle 9. This can reduce the volume of the housing air passage in the case 2. Thus, miniaturization of the quilt dryer 1 can be achieved.
Further, by moving the nozzle 9 by the moving mechanism 33, as shown in fig. 2, a space is ensured in front of the outlet of the nozzle 9 in the case 2. This space can be utilized for configuring certain components and the like.
The cover 3 also serves as a rotating member for changing the arrangement position of the nozzles 9 between the inside and the outside of the casing 2. This can reduce the number of components constituting the quilt dryer 1.
In addition, the cover 3 also functions to support the nozzle 9 in the operating state. This can prevent the air passage from tilting and collapsing in the operating state.
In the present embodiment, an example in which the electric device is the bedding dryer 1 is described. However, the present invention is not limited to the bedding dryer 1, and can be applied to a device that generates a flow of air using a hose, such as a blower or a vacuum cleaner. The same applies to the second and third embodiments and 3 described later.
[ second embodiment ]
The second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4 and 5, as follows. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, a portion different from the first embodiment will be described.
Fig. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure of the quilt dryer 1A according to the present embodiment in a state where the cover 3 is closed. Fig. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure of the quilt dryer 1A according to the embodiment in a state where the cover 3 is opened and the hose 7 is extended.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the bedding dryer 1A according to the present embodiment has an external appearance structure formed by the case 2 and the cover 3, and includes a blower fan 4, a heater 5, a blower duct 6, and a hose 7, as in the bedding dryer 1 according to the first embodiment. In addition, unlike the quilt dryer 1, the quilt dryer 1A does not include the extension hose 8.
The difference between the operating state and the storage state of the bedding dryer 1A configured as described above will be described.
In the operating state of the quilt dryer 1A, as shown in fig. 5, the cover 3 is snapped 90 ° to the closed state shown in fig. 4, and a part of the hose 7 is led out from the air supply duct 6. In the operating state, the nozzle 9 is moved by the moving mechanism 33 (connecting mechanism) and is disposed on the support end side of the cover 3. The inlet of the nozzle 9 is connected to the open end 71 of the hose 7.
Thereby, the air from the blower fan 4 is blown out through the blower duct 6, the hose 7, and the nozzle 9.
On the other hand, in the stored state in which the bedding dryer 1A is not in use, as shown in fig. 4, a part of the hose 7 is stored in the air supply duct 6, and the cover 3 is closed. In the stored state, the nozzle 9 is disposed on the rotating end side of the cover 3 by the moving mechanism 33.
In this stored state, the nozzle 9 is separated from the hose 7, and the air passage formed by the hose 7 is shortened, so that it is not necessary to bend the entire air passage formed by the hose 7 and the nozzle 9. This can reduce the volume of the housing air passage in the case 2. Therefore, the bedding dryer 1A can be miniaturized.
Further, the nozzle 9 is moved by the moving mechanism 33, so that a space is ensured between the nozzle 9 and the hose 7 in the case 2 as shown in fig. 4. The space can be used to form a portion such as a handle in the case 2 so as to protrude inward.
[ third embodiment ]
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1, 6 and 7, as follows. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, a portion different from the first embodiment will be described.
Fig. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure of the quilt dryer 1B according to the present embodiment in a state where the cover 3 is closed. Fig. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure of the quilt dryer 1B according to the embodiment in a state where the cover 3 is opened and the hose 7 is extended.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the bedding dryer 1B according to the present embodiment has an external appearance structure formed by the case 2 and the cover 3, and includes a blower fan 4, a heater 5, a blower duct 6, and a hose 7, as in the bedding dryer 1 according to the first embodiment. The quilt dryer 1A includes an extension hose 10 (connection mechanism) and a nozzle 11, unlike the quilt dryer 1.
The extension hose 10 is formed in a cylindrical shape like the extension hose 8 of the quilt dryer 1, and forms an air passage for guiding air passing through the hose 7 to the nozzle 9, but is formed shorter than the extension hose 8. The extension hose 10 is provided so as to be entirely housed in the hose 7 in the housed state shown in fig. 6, and to be drawn out from the hose 7 in the operating state shown in fig. 7.
The main body portion of the nozzle 11 is formed in almost the same configuration as the nozzle 9. The nozzle 11 further includes a telescopic tube member 112 (connection mechanism) provided on the air introduction side. As shown in fig. 7, the tube member 112 is composed of a plurality of (three in fig. 7) large-diameter tubes, medium-diameter tubes, and small-diameter tubes having different diameters. Inside the large diameter tube with the largest diameter, a middle diameter tube with a larger diameter subsequent to the large diameter tube is accommodated. Inside the middle diameter cylinder, a small diameter cylinder with the smallest diameter is accommodated.
As shown in fig. 7, in the state where the tube member 112 is extended, in order to prevent air leakage, each end of the large-diameter tube in contact with the middle-diameter tube is engaged in an airtight state, and each end of the middle-diameter tube in contact with the small-diameter tube is also engaged in an airtight state.
The difference between the operating state and the storage state of the bedding dryer 1B configured as described above will be described.
In the operation state of the bedding dryer 1B, as shown in fig. 7, the cover 3 is opened by 90 ° with respect to the closed state shown in fig. 6, a part of the hose 7 is drawn out from the air supply duct 6, and the extension hose 10 is drawn out from the hose 7. In addition, in the operating state, the nozzle 11 is disposed on the rotating end side of the cover 3. The tubular member 112 of the nozzle 11 is connected to the open end of the extension hose 10 in an extended state.
Thereby, the air from the blower fan 4 is blown out through the blower duct 6, the hose 7, the extension hose 10, and the nozzle 11. In addition, the hose 7 and the extension hose 10 can form a long air passage.
On the other hand, in the storage state in which the bedding dryer 1B is not in use, as shown in fig. 6, a part of the hose 7 is stored in the air supply duct 6, the extension hose 10 is stored in the hose 7, and the cover 3 is closed. In the housed state, the nozzle 11 is disposed on the rotating end side of the cover 3.
In this stored state, the nozzle 11 is separated from the hose 7, and the air passage formed by the hose 7 and the extension hose 10 is shortened, so that it is not necessary to bend the entire air passage formed by the hose 7, the extension hose 10, and the nozzle 11. This can reduce the volume of the housing air passage in the case 2. Therefore, the bedding dryer 1B can be miniaturized.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, in the housed state, the nozzle 11 is disposed on the rotating end side, whereby a space is ensured between the nozzle 11 and the hose 7 in the case 2. By using this space, a portion such as a handle can be formed in the case 2 so as to protrude inward.
In the bedding dryer 1B, the position of the nozzle 11 in the cover 3 is the same in the storage state shown in fig. 6 and the operation state shown in fig. 7, and therefore the moving mechanism 33 may not be provided. The bedding dryer 1B may be provided with a moving mechanism 33 to move the nozzle 11 toward the hose 7 in the same manner as the nozzle 9 of the bedding dryer 1.
In addition, in the quilt dryer 1B, the extension hose 10 may be omitted.
