As shown in fig. 20 to 28, the reinforcing plate 33 is installed under the base 32 of the laundry treating unit, and a cooling fan installation chamber for installing a cooling fan, a heat pump installation chamber 323 for installing a heat pump system, and a fan installation chamber 322 for installing a fan are provided in the base 32.
Wherein air holes are arranged at the bottoms of the heat pump mounting cavity 323 and the fan mounting cavity 322, and correspondingly, air holes are arranged at corresponding positions of the reinforcing plate 33, and the air holes are communicated with the air holes, which is certainly favorable for rapidly leading out heat generated by the components. In particular, in order to reduce the opening of the air intake holes in the front panel and the side panels, in this embodiment, the position of the reinforcing plate 33 corresponding to the cooling fan mounting chamber does not extend to the front panel, so that the reinforcing plate 33 has a relief notch 336 between the vicinity of the position of the cooling fan mounting chamber and the front panel, and in this embodiment, a gap (not shown in the drawings) is formed between the base 32 and the front panel, so that the cooling fan can suck air upward from the relief notch 336 via the gap between the base 32 and the front panel for cooling the heat pump system in operation.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating unit is a clothes drying unit, the reinforcing plate 33 is arranged below the base of the clothes drying unit to form a clothes drying module, and the clothes drying module sucks external fresh air through the lower part for cooling the heat pump assembly and the like; moreover, the mode of sucking fresh air from the lower part is adopted, so that holes do not need to be formed in the front panel, the side plates and the like, the influence on the strength of the structures is avoided, the structure is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
The reinforcing plate 33 has passages (for example, a first ventilation hole 3311 and a second ventilation hole 3321 described below) penetrating in the thickness direction thereof, and the passages are adapted to pass air therethrough for introducing outside air into the chassis 32 or discharging air in the chassis 32.
The reinforcing plate 33 of this application is installed in the base 32 below of drying clothes unit, not only can improve the structural strength of drying clothes unit, need not moreover to carry out great adjustment to the original structure of drying clothes unit, only need with reinforcing plate 33 pre-installation at the base of original drying clothes unit, assemble original drying clothes unit to braced frame through reinforcing plate 33 to reduce cost. In addition, by providing the channel on the reinforcing plate 33, external air may be introduced into the laundry drying unit through the channel, or air in the laundry drying unit may be discharged to the outside through the channel, thereby improving the working efficiency of the laundry drying unit.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the base 32 includes an air suction area 321, and the reinforcing plate 33 is formed with an avoidance gap 336 near a position corresponding to the air suction area 321, so that air under the reinforcing plate 33 can be sucked into the base 32 from the avoidance gap 336; the channel includes an avoidance gap 336 such that the cooling fan may draw air up from the avoidance gap 336 for cooling the heat pump system when in operation.
In some embodiments, the suction area 321 is formed as a cooling fan mounting area.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the channel further comprises a vent hole penetrating in the thickness direction of the reinforcing plate 33, the vent hole communicating with the vent hole on the base 32 of the clothes drying unit for introducing external air into the clothes drying module or exhausting air in the clothes drying module.
Wherein the reinforcing plate 33 includes a first plate portion 331 at a central portion and a second plate portion 332 surrounding the first plate portion 331, at least one of the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332 being provided with a vent hole. For example, one of the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332 is provided with a vent hole; alternatively, each of the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332 may be provided with a vent hole, and the specific position of the vent hole may be adjusted according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 22 and 25, in some embodiments, the vent holes include a plurality of first vent holes 3311 and a plurality of second vent holes 3321, the plurality of first vent holes 3311 being spaced apart from the first plate portion 331, and the plurality of second vent holes 3321 being spaced apart from the second plate portion 332. By providing a plurality of ventilation holes on the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332, respectively, the distribution range of the ventilation holes can be increased, thereby improving the ventilation amount of the clothes drying unit and further improving the clothes drying efficiency of the clothes drying unit.
In some examples, a portion of the plurality of first vent holes 3311 form an elongated hole and another portion of the plurality of first vent holes 3311 form a circular hole.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 22, the first plate portion 331 of the reinforcing plate 33 is provided with a plurality of elongated vent holes arranged at intervals and a circular vent hole arranged at intervals from the elongated vent holes, and the peripheral edge of each vent hole has a convex ring 3301 protruding upward, so that not only can the structural strength of the peripheral edge of the vent hole be increased, but also the surface of the peripheral edge of the vent hole can be optimized, and the peripheral edge of the vent hole can be prevented from scratching parts or users.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the first plate portion 331 protrudes from the upper surface of the second plate portion 332, and the upper surface of the first plate portion 331 has a reinforcing recess 3313 provided to be recessed downward. By providing the upper surface of the first plate portion 331 to protrude from the upper surface of the second plate portion 332 and providing the reinforcing recess 3313 recessed downward on the upper surface of the first plate portion 331, the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 33 can be improved, and the supporting strength of the reinforcing plate 33 to the original clothes drying unit can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the reinforcing concave portion 3313 includes a plurality of reinforcing concave portions 3313, and the plurality of reinforcing concave portions 3313 are arranged at intervals along the first preset direction, each reinforcing concave portion 3313 extends along the second preset direction, and the first preset direction is different from the second preset direction, so that the distribution range of the reinforcing concave portions 3313 in the first plate portion 331 can be improved, and the structural strength of the first plate portion 331 of the reinforcing plate 33 can be further improved.
In some examples, the first preset direction and the second preset direction are perpendicular to each other. Specifically, as shown in fig. 25, the reinforcement plate 33 is formed substantially as a square plate member, the first preset direction extending in the front-rear direction, the second preset direction extending in the left-right direction, a plurality of reinforcement recesses 3313 being arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction, each reinforcement recess 3313 extending in the left-right direction.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the second plate portion 332 has reinforcing protrusions 3323 provided protruding upward. By providing the reinforcing protrusions 3323 protruding upward on the upper surface of the second plate portion 332, the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 33 can be improved, and the supporting strength of the reinforcing plate 33 to the original laundry drying unit can be further improved.
In some examples, the reinforcing protrusion 3323 includes a plurality of reinforcing protrusions 3323 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first plate portion 331, which may increase the distribution range of the reinforcing recesses 3313 on the second plate portion 332, further increasing the structural strength of the second plate portion 332 of the reinforcing plate 33.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer periphery of the reinforcing plate 33 is provided with an upwardly bent fixing flange 333, and the fixing flange 333 is provided with a fixing hole 3331 for mounting the connector. For example, the securing flange 333 may be secured to the base 32 of the clothes drying unit by means of a connecting piece.
In some embodiments, the fixing flange 333 has a through hole 3332 along the thickness direction thereof, a mounting boss 3324 is disposed at a position of the reinforcing plate 33 adjacent to the through hole 3332, and a mounting hole 3325 is disposed at the top of the mounting boss 3324.
Further, the supporting frame 11 may be provided with an inwardly extending insertion portion (not shown) extending from the insertion hole 3332 into the upper side of the mounting boss 3324, thereby fixing the insertion portion on the mounting boss 3324 to connect the supporting frame 11 with the reinforcing plate 33.
A specific embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 44.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a cabinet 10, a door assembly 15, a first laundry treating module 20, and a second laundry treating module 30.
The cabinet 10 is a frame structure of the laundry treating apparatus 100, the cabinet 10 includes a support frame 11, the support frame 11 includes a square base 111, a plurality of connection beams 117, a top connection frame 118, four vertical beams, i.e., a first vertical beam 115, a second vertical beam 114, a third vertical beam 112, and a fourth vertical beam 113, which extend upward from four corners of the square base 111, respectively, the first vertical beam 115 and the second vertical beam 114 are provided at two corners of the square base 111 at the rear, and the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are provided at two corners of the square base 111 at the front.
The square base 111 comprises a bottom plate 1111 and four side walls 1112 which are arranged on the side part of the base 32 in a surrounding manner, the lower ends of two adjacent vertical beams are connected through the side walls 1112, the middle parts of the two adjacent vertical beams are connected through a connecting cross beam 117, and the upper end of each vertical beam is connected with four corners of a top connecting frame 118.
The top connection frame 118, the plurality of connection beams 117, and the lower portions of the four vertical beams define a first receiving space 1101 in which the first laundry treating module 20 is assembled, and the top connection frame 118, the plurality of connection beams 117, and the upper portions of the four vertical beams define a second receiving space 1102 in which the second laundry treating module 30 is assembled.
As shown in fig. 7 to 11, in some alternative examples, the first vertical beam 115 includes two short vertical beams, that is, a first lower vertical beam 1151 extending upward from the square base 111 and a first upper vertical beam 1152 extending upward from the first lower vertical beam 1151, wherein the first upper vertical beam 1152 is integrally formed with one beam of the top connection frame 118 extending in the front-rear direction and located on the right side by a bending process using the same plate, that is, in this embodiment, the first upper vertical beam 1152 is integrally formed with a portion of the top connection frame 118, which are not connected by a connection structure, and the lower end of the first upper vertical beam 1152 is detachably connected to the upper end of the first lower vertical beam 1151 and is connected to the connection beam 117, and the second vertical beam 114, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are long beams.
Before the second laundry treating module 30 is assembled, the first lower vertical beam 1151, the second vertical beam 114, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are assembled through the square base 111 and the plurality of connecting beams 117, so that the upper parts of the second vertical beam 114, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 define a large installation space without shielding, the assembly of the second laundry treating module 30 is facilitated, and the first upper vertical beam 1152 connected with the top connecting frame 118 is connected with the first lower vertical beam 1151 after the assembly is completed.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, in other alternative examples, the first vertical beam 115 and the second vertical beam 114 respectively include two short vertical beams, that is, the first vertical beam 115 includes a first lower vertical beam 1151 extending upward from the square base 111 and a first upper vertical beam 1152 extending upward from the first lower vertical beam 1151, and the second vertical beam 114 includes a second lower vertical beam 1141 extending upward from the square base 111 and a second upper vertical beam 1142 extending upward from the second lower vertical beam 1141.
One cross beam extending along the front-rear direction and located on the right side of the top connecting frame 118 is integrally formed with the first upper vertical beam 1152 by adopting a bending forming process, one cross beam extending along the front-rear direction and located on the left side of the top connecting frame 118 is integrally formed with the second upper vertical beam 1142 by adopting a bending forming process, that is, in this embodiment, the first upper vertical beam 1152 is integrally formed with a part of the top connecting frame 118, the second upper vertical beam 1142 is integrally formed with another part of the top connecting frame 118, the two are not required to be connected by adopting a connecting structure, the lower end of the first upper vertical beam 1152 is detachably connected with the upper end of the first lower vertical beam 1151 and respectively connected with the connecting cross beam 117, the lower end of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is detachably connected with the upper end of the second lower vertical beam 1141 and respectively connected with the connecting cross beam 117, and the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are long vertical beams.
Before the second laundry treating module 30 is assembled, the first lower vertical beam 1151, the second lower vertical beam 1141, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are assembled through the square base 111 and the plurality of connecting beams 117, then the second laundry treating module 30 is assembled with the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 and the connecting beams 117, and finally the first upper vertical beam 1152 and the second upper vertical beam 1142 with the top connecting frame 118 are connected with the first lower vertical beam 1151 and the second lower vertical beam 1141, respectively.
The connection between the upper vertical beam and the lower vertical beam will be described below by taking the second upper vertical beam 1142 and the second lower vertical beam 1141 as examples. As shown in fig. 13 and 15, the lower end of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is provided with a vertical beam connecting piece 11421 extending downward, and the vertical beam connecting piece 11421 of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is bent outwards relative to the second upper vertical beam 1142 and then extends downward, so that at least a part of the outer side of the upper end of the second lower vertical beam 1141 is covered by the vertical beam connecting piece 11421, and the vertical beam connecting piece 11421 of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is connected with the upper end of the second lower vertical beam 1141 through a fastener, so that connection is convenient, and connection reliability and stability of the two are ensured.
The connection between the vertical beam and the connecting beam 117 will be described below by taking the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 as examples. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the middle parts of the front side surfaces of the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are respectively provided with first accommodation concave parts 1131 which are concave, the bottom wall of each first accommodation concave part 1131 is provided with a clamping hole 11311, two ends of the connecting beam 117 are respectively provided with a clamping tongue 1171 which is bent downwards, two ends of the connecting beam 117 are respectively arranged in the first accommodation concave parts 1131 on the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113, and the clamping tongues 1171 are downwards inserted into the clamping holes 11311, so that the connecting beam 117 is mounted on the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113.
The connection between the vertical beam and the top connection frame 118 will be described below by taking the fourth vertical beam 113 as an example. As shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, the upper end of the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a first connecting piece 1133 and a second connecting piece 1134 which are arranged at 90 degrees, a notch 11331 and a first through hole 11332 are formed in the first connecting piece 1133, a second through hole 11341 is formed in the second connecting piece 1134, a first connecting flange 1182 and a second connecting flange 1183 which extend downwards are arranged at one corner of the top connecting frame 118 corresponding to the position of the fourth vertical beam 113, the first connecting flange 1182 and the second connecting flange 1183 are arranged at intervals, an outward bent inserting piece 11821 and a first through hole 11822 are formed in the first connecting flange 1182, and a second through hole 11831 is formed in the second connecting flange 1183.
During assembly, the first connecting piece 1133 is arranged on the outer side of the first connecting flange 1182, the second connecting piece 1134 is inserted from a gap between the first connecting flange 1182 and the second connecting flange 1183, then the inserting piece 11821 is matched with the notch 11331, the first connecting piece 1133 and the first connecting flange 1182 are connected through the fastener penetrating through the first through hole 11332 and the first through hole 11822, the second connecting piece 1134 and the second connecting flange 1183 are connected through the fastener penetrating through the second through hole 11341 and the second through hole 11831, and accordingly connection reliability and stability of the top connecting frame 118 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 34 to 44, the frame structure further includes a plurality of panels, namely, a front panel 12, two side panels 13, a rear back panel, and a top panel 14. The front panel 12 covers a front region of the support frame 11, and the front panel 12 has two openings 1201 spaced apart in the up-down direction, the positions of the two openings 1201 corresponding to the laundry access openings 311 of the first laundry treating module 20 and the second laundry treating module 30, the rear panel covers a rear region of the support frame 11, and the two side panels 13 cover left and right regions of the support frame 11.
The connection mode of the front panel 12, the side panel 13 located at the left side and the supporting frame 11 will be described in detail below, wherein the third vertical beam 112 is disposed at one corner of the square base 111 located at the left front portion, the front side surface of the third vertical beam 112 is provided with a frame connection hole 1104, a frame positioning hole 1106 and a frame perforation 1105, the left side of the front panel 12 is provided with a panel mounting portion 121 concavely disposed with respect to the outer surface of the front panel 12, the panel mounting portion 121 is provided with a panel connection hole 1211 corresponding to the position of the frame connection hole 1104, a panel positioning hole 1213 corresponding to the position of the frame positioning hole 1106 and a panel perforation 1212 corresponding to the position of the frame perforation 1105, the front side of the side panel 13 located at the left side is provided with a panel covering portion 131 bent toward the front panel 12, and the inner side of the panel covering portion 131 is provided with a clamping groove 1311.
The panel mounting portion 121 is connected to the third vertical beam 112 by the panel connecting member 122 penetrating the panel connecting hole 1211 and the frame connecting hole 1104. Wherein, the panel connecting piece 122 comprises a panel connecting part 1221, a positioning column 1223 and a connecting column 1222, wherein, the panel connecting part 1221 is provided with a connecting protrusion 1224 to define a concave groove 1225 arranged downward, and the connecting column 1222 comprises two stand-offs 12221 arranged at intervals.
During assembly, the panel mounting part 121 of the front panel 12 can be fixed on the third vertical beam 112 through screws, then the two support legs 12221 of the panel connecting piece 122 are pressed, the connecting posts 1222 sequentially penetrate through the panel connecting hole 1211 and the frame connecting hole 1104, then the two support legs 12221 are loosened to achieve the anti-falling effect, the positioning posts 1223 penetrate through the frame positioning holes 1106 and the panel positioning holes 1213, and the fastening pieces penetrate through the connecting through holes 12211, the panel through holes 1212 and the frame through holes 1105, so that the connection reliability of the panel connecting piece 122 with the panel mounting part 121 and the third vertical beam 112 is further ensured; finally, the side panel 13 is mounted, the panel covering portion 131 of the side panel 13 covers the panel mounting portion 121 of the front panel 12, then the side panel 13 is pushed down, or the upper edge of the clamping groove 1311 on the panel covering portion 131 is clamped into the groove 1225 of the panel connecting piece 122 by utilizing the gravity action of the side panel 13, so that the panel covering portion 131 of the side panel 13 shields the panel mounting portion 121 of the front panel 12 and the screws and the panel connecting piece 122 on the panel mounting portion 121, and the appearance of the frame structure is not affected.
As shown in fig. 11 and 35, the front surface of the connecting beam 117 between the third and fourth vertical beams 112 and 113 is provided with a first hinge mount 1172, the front surface of the side gusset 1112 between the third and fourth vertical beams 112 and 113 is provided with a second hinge mount 1113, and the upper surface of the top connecting frame 118 is provided with a second hinge mount 1184. The front panel 12 has a mounting recess 1202 in the middle, the bottom wall of the mounting recess 1202 has a mounting hole 3325 corresponding to the position of the perforation on the first hinge mount 1172, and one mounting recess 1202 is also provided in the lower part of the front panel 12, and the bottom wall of the mounting recess 1202 has a mounting hole 3325 corresponding to the position of the perforation on the second hinge mount 1113 (1184).
As shown in fig. 15 to 19, the door assembly 15 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a first door 151 and a second door 152, the first door 151 is positioned under the second door 152, an upper end of the first door 151 and a lower end of the second door 152 are respectively connected to the support frame 11 through an intermediate hinge 153, and in particular, the intermediate hinge 153 includes an intermediate mounting portion 1531 and an intermediate connection portion 1532, the intermediate mounting portion 1531 is provided in the mounting recess 1202 and is connected to the first hinge mounting seat 1172 through a fastener, thereby being fixed to a front portion of the mounting support frame 11, the intermediate connection portion 1532 is connected to the intermediate mounting portion 1531, an upper surface of the intermediate connection portion 1532 has an upper fixing shaft 1533 extending upward, the upper fixing shaft 1533 is engaged with the second door 152, a lower surface of the intermediate connection portion 1532 has a lower fixing shaft 1534 extending downward, and the lower fixing shaft 1534 is engaged with the first door 151.
The lower end of the first door body 151 is connected to the lower end of the support frame 11 by a first end hinge 154, the first end hinge 154 includes a first end surface mounting portion 1541 and a first end surface connecting portion 1542, the first end surface mounting portion 1541 is disposed in the mounting recess 1202 and is connected to the second hinge mounting seat 1113 by a fastener, so as to be fixed to the lower portion of the support frame 11, the first end surface connecting portion 1542 is connected to the first end surface mounting portion 1541, the first end surface connecting portion 1542 has a lower connecting shaft 1543 extending upward, and the lower connecting shaft 1543 is engaged with the lower end surface of the first door body 151.
The upper end of the second door body 152 is connected to the upper end of the support frame 11 through a second end hinge 155, the second end hinge 155 includes a second end surface mounting portion 1551 and a second end surface connecting portion 1552, the second end surface mounting portion 1551 is connected to a second hinge mounting seat 1184 on the upper surface of the top connecting frame 118 through a fastener, and thus the second door body 152 is fixed to the upper portion of the support frame 11, the second end surface connecting portion 1552 is connected to the second end surface mounting portion 1551, the second end surface connecting portion 1552 includes an upper connecting shaft 1553 extending downward, and the upper connecting shaft 1553 is matched with the upper end surface of the second door body 152.
As shown in fig. 15, the second door 152 has a mounting opening 1521 at an inward side thereof, the control panel 1523 is mounted into the mounting cavity 1520 of the second door 152 through the mounting opening 1521, and the cover plate 1522 is adapted to detachably close the mounting opening 1521, thereby closing the control panel 1523 in the mounting cavity 1520 of the second door 152.
The first laundry treating module 20 includes a first laundry treating drum 21, the first laundry treating module 20 may be a laundry washing module and mounted in a first receiving space 1101 located below, the second laundry treating module 30 includes a second laundry treating drum 31, and the second laundry treating module 30 may be a drying module and mounted in a second receiving space 1102 located above. The control panel which communicates with the control panel 1523 is arranged in the clothes drying module, so that the water content of the working environment of the clothes drying module is relatively low, and the control panel cannot be damaged.
As shown in fig. 20 to 28, the laundry drying module includes a laundry drying unit and a reinforcing plate 33 provided under a base 32 of the laundry drying unit, and is coupled to the support frame 11 through the reinforcing plate 33 pre-installed on the laundry drying unit.
Wherein, including the district 321 that induced drafts that is used for installing cooling fan, fan installation cavity 322 and heat pump installation cavity 323 in the base 32 of dry clothing unit, reinforcing plate 33 has a plurality of first ventilation holes 3311 that switch on with fan installation cavity 322, a plurality of second ventilation holes 3321 and dodges breach 336 that correspond with the district 321 position of induced drafts, the periphery edge of reinforcing plate 33 is equipped with the first installation turn-ups 334 of buckling up for be connected with connecting crossbeam 117, the periphery edge of reinforcing plate 33 still is equipped with the second installation turn-ups 335 that buckle up and be located the inboard of first installation turn-ups 334 for connect the base 32 of dry clothing unit.
The reinforcing plate 33 is formed substantially as a square plate member and includes a first plate portion 331 and a second plate portion 332 concavely disposed with respect to the first plate portion 331 and surrounding the first plate portion 331, the front portion of the second plate portion 332 forms an extending portion beyond the outer peripheral edge of the base 32, a plurality of second ventilation holes 3321 are provided in the extending portion, a plurality of reinforcing concave portions 3313 are provided in the first plate portion 331 and are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction, each reinforcing concave portion 3313 extends in the left-right direction, a plurality of reinforcing convex portions 3323 are provided in the second plate portion 332 and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first plate portion 331, an upwardly bent fixing flange 333 is further provided at the outer peripheral edge of the reinforcing plate 33, a fixing hole 3331 is provided on the fixing flange 333, an insertion hole 3332 penetrating in the thickness direction thereof is further provided, a mounting boss 3324 is provided at a position of the reinforcing plate 33 adjacent to the insertion hole 3332, and a mounting hole 3325 is provided at the top of the mounting boss 3324, for example, the support structure 312 has an insertion portion adapted to be inserted from the insertion hole 3332 to be connected to the mounting boss 3324.
When the clothes drying module works, a part of air positioned in the clothes washing module flows upwards from the avoidance notch 336 through a gap between the air suction area 321 and the front panel 12 under the action of the cooling fan, finally flows into the air suction area 321 for cooling the heat pump system, and the air between the clothes drying module and the clothes washing module can circulate through a plurality of second ventilation holes 3321.
As shown in fig. 29 to 33, the laundry drying unit includes a laundry drying drum and support structures 312 provided at front and rear ends of the laundry drying drum, wherein the support structures 312 at the front end of the laundry drying drum are connected to the third and fourth vertical beams 112 and 113 through two frame connectors 313.
The frame connector 313 includes a connection body 3134 and two connection arms 3135, the connection body 3134 extending in a length direction of the third vertical beam 112 or the fourth vertical beam 113, the two connection arms 3135 being connected at both ends of the connection body 3134 and extending toward the support structure 312, the connection arms 3135 being recessed toward the second accommodation space 1102 with respect to the connection body 3134. Wherein each of the connection arms 3135 is provided with a first connection hole 3131, and the connection body 3134 is provided with a first fixing protrusion 3132 and a second fixing protrusion 3133 bent toward the third vertical beam 112 or the fourth vertical beam 113.
The support structure 312 has a second coupling hole 3121 corresponding to the position of the first coupling hole 3131, and the frame coupler 313 is coupled to the support structure 312 by a fastener penetrating the first coupling hole 3131 and the second coupling hole 3121.
The front side surface of each of the third and fourth vertical beams 112 and 113 is provided with a second receiving recess 1132 concaved inward, the bottom wall of the second receiving recess 1132 on the third vertical beam 112 is provided with a first fixing hole 11321, the bottom wall of the second receiving recess 1132 on the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a first fixing hole 11321, the frame connector 313 is provided in the second receiving recess 1132, the first fixing protrusion 3132 of the frame connector 313 provided on the third vertical beam 112 is fitted into the first fixing hole 11321 and the second fixing protrusion 3133 is fitted into the second fixing hole 11322, thereby achieving connection of the third vertical beam 112 with the frame connector 313, the first fixing protrusion 3132 of the frame connector 313 provided on the fourth vertical beam 113 is fitted into the first fixing hole 11321 and the second fixing protrusion 3133 is fitted into the second fixing hole 11322, thereby achieving connection of the fourth vertical beam 113 with the frame connector 313.

Claims (8)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
the box body comprises a supporting frame, and the supporting frame is provided with an accommodating space;
at least one laundry treating module fitted to the accommodation space;
the bottom of the box body is provided with an emergency water outlet, the emergency water outlet is connected with the clothes treatment module, and a plugging cover is arranged at the emergency water outlet and used for opening and closing the emergency water outlet;
the support frame includes: the emergency water outlet is positioned below the base;
the bottom of the supporting frame is provided with a plurality of supporting feet which are arranged at intervals, wherein the emergency water outlet is positioned between the lower surface of the supporting frame and the lower surface of the supporting feet;
The door body is pivotally arranged on the supporting frame between an opening position and a closing position and is used for opening and closing a clothes taking and putting opening of the clothes treatment module;
the door lock is arranged on the supporting frame and used for locking the door body at the closing position;
the door lock has a manual pull strap for unlocking the door lock, the manual pull strap extending to the bottom of the support frame;
the bottom of the supporting frame is provided with a preformed hole, the manual pull belt is arranged in the preformed hole in a penetrating mode, and one end of the manual pull belt, penetrating out of the preformed hole, is connected with a pull buckle;
the bottom of the box body is provided with a drainage bracket, and the emergency water outlet and the reserved hole are formed on the drainage bracket.
2. The laundry treating device according to claim 1, wherein a drain bracket is provided at a bottom of the support frame, and the emergency drain port is formed at a side of the drain bracket.
3. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the emergency drain is connected to the laundry treatment module via an emergency drain.
4. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising:
The clothes treating device comprises a main drain pipe, wherein one end of the main drain pipe is connected with a drain outlet of the clothes treating module, one end of the emergency drain pipe is communicated with the main drain pipe, and the other end of the emergency drain pipe is communicated with the emergency drain outlet.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising:
and the drainage pump is arranged on the support frame and positioned below the clothes treatment module, and the other end of the main drainage pipe is communicated with the inlet of the drainage pump.
6. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a drain valve is provided between one end of the main drain pipe and the drain opening of the laundry treatment module for controlling the on-off between the drain opening of the laundry treatment module and the main drain pipe.
7. The garment treatment device of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the manual pull strap extends to a position adjacent the emergency drain opening.
8. The laundry treatment apparatus of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the laundry treatment module comprises a laundry module and a drying module, the drying module being located above the laundry module, the emergency drain being connected to the laundry module.
