s3: placing the soaked cultural relics on a supporting plate in a placing seat, starting a hydraulic cylinder, pushing a first sealing cover to cover the placing seat, wherein a sealing lug on the side of the placing seat is correspondingly inserted into an annular sealing groove at the bottom of the first sealing cover for sealing;
s4: starting a vacuum pump, pumping the interior of the first sealing cover into negative pressure through an exhaust pipe by the vacuum pump, so that the impregnant in the liquid storage tank enters the liquid inlet tank through the liquid guide pipe, then gradually slowly enters the interior of the first sealing cover through the flow guide holes on the buffer piece, gradually submerging the cultural relic, enabling the impregnant to be located below the groove, closing a valve on the liquid guide pipe, keeping the air pressure in the first sealing cover at 60-6Pa, and keeping for 1-3 hours;
s5: then controlling the air pressure in the first sealing cover by the vacuum pump again, and keeping the air pressure for 1-2 hours after the air pressure reaches 1-3 atmospheric pressures;
s6: after the flooding is finished, emit the inside impregnant of first sealed cowling, then make first sealed cowling upwards lift up a little through the pneumatic cylinder, then through anticlockwise rotation annular draft tube, annular draft tube moves down, makes venthole and exhaust hole correspond, opens axial fan, produces the air current and increases the air current on historical relic surface for historical relic surface impregnant solidification, and when the impregnant material is the semi-solid state, removes the gauze of wrapping.
