Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 1 is a perspective view of the packaging bag. Fig. 2 is a view showing two modes of use of the packaging bag shown in fig. 1, specifically showing a first mode of use X1 and a second mode of use X2, the first mode of use X1 being used as a carrier bag, and the second mode of use X2 being used as a packaging bag. In the process of distribution of products, in order to promote sales, the products are often wrapped in delicate packaging, for example, the second usage form X2 in fig. 2. After people buy the product, when taking out the product, the packaging bag is often destroyed or thrown away, which not only causes waste, but also pollutes the environment, and is not beneficial to energy conservation and environmental protection. The packaging bag in the application is exquisite in package and small in occupied space by wrapping products in a second use form X2 in fig. 2 when the products are sold, and can be unfolded into a first use form X1 in fig. 2 after the products are taken out to be used as a hand bag for people to use in scenes such as buying vegetables, so that the packaging bag can be recycled, and energy conservation and environmental protection are facilitated.
For example, when some products with smaller volume are sold, for example, mobile phones, mobile phone shells, smartwatches, and the like, since the products themselves have smaller volume and the packaging bags thereof are correspondingly designed to be smaller, the conventional packaging bags for the products are not suitable for being reused in scenes of buying vegetables and the like due to the smaller volume. In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the product is packaged in the second usage form X2, which is a packaged state of the product during sale, and the packaged state not only has a fine appearance, but also does not occupy storage and transportation space. After the user purchased the product and the dismouting, the wrapping bag can expand the first use form X1 in figure 2, increased the volume of wrapping bag, can be used for holding more things, be convenient for repeatedly accomodate article in the life.
The packaging bag is described in detail below, and as shown in fig. 2, has two use forms, namely a first use form X1 and a second use form X2, and can be converted between the two use forms.
As shown in fig. 1, the packaging bag includes a bag body 100 having an opening 110, the bag body 100 further having a bottom 120, and a cover body 200 provided at the opening 110 of the bag body 100, the cover body 200 being capable of being unfolded from the opening 110 to the outside of the bag body 100, the cover body 200 also being capable of being folded into the bag body 100 from the opening 110, the cover body 200 abutting against the inside of the second main surface 100D when the cover body 200 is folded into the bag body 100. Bag body 100 includes a first major face 100B, a second major face 100D, a first side face 100A, a second side face 100C, and a bottom face 100E (see fig. 4F, bottom 120 is in a face structure, i.e., bottom face 100E), bottom face 100E in fig. 1 is not numbered, and bottom face 100E is the lower bag face in fig. 1. Specifically, the first side surface 100A, the first main surface 100B, the second side surface 100C, and the second main surface 100D are connected in this order, and the bottom surface 100E connects the first side surface 100A, the first main surface 100B, the second side surface 100C, and the second main surface 100D. As shown in fig. 1, opening 110 is located above bag 100 in fig. 1, and bottom surface 100E is located below bag 100 in fig. 1.
Further, the package also includes a first handle member 310 and a second handle member 320. The carrying member is not limited to the elongated cord shown in the drawings and may be, for example, a spring or other conventional carrying member. The second handle member 320 is attached to the second main surface 100D, and the first handle member 310 is detachably attached to the first main surface 100B or the lid body 200. Specifically, the first main surface 100B is provided with a first mounting hole 410, the cover 200 is provided with a second mounting hole 420, the first handle member 310 can be mounted in the first mounting hole 410, and the first handle member 310 can be taken out of the first mounting hole 410 and then mounted in the second mounting hole 420.
As shown in fig. 2, when the packaging bag is in the first use configuration X1, the first handle member 310 is attached to the first attachment hole 410 of the first main surface 100B, and the lid body 200 is folded into the bag body 100. When the packaging bag is in the second use configuration X2, the first handle member 310 is attached to the second attachment hole 420 of the lid member 200, and the lid member 200 is unfolded from the bag body 100. Specifically, when the first use form X1 and the second use form X2 of the packaging bag are converted from the first use form X1 to the second use form X2, the first main surface 100B and the second main surface 100D of the packaging bag are folded around the bottom surface 100E, and then the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 are knotted. In the second usage pattern X2, the lid body 200 is placed on the outer surface of the bag body 100, the first main surface 100B is folded inside, and the second main surface 100D is exposed outside. Since the cover 200 is connected to the second main surface 100D, it can be understood that the cover 200 and the second main surface 100D are integrated, and therefore, in the second usage form X2, the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 are both connected to one surface, and the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 are both exposed to the outside, so that the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 can be tied to bind the bag body 100.
As shown in fig. 1, the second main surface 100D is provided with a third mounting hole 430, and the second handle member 320 is detachably mounted to the third mounting hole 430. In the packaging bag according to both the first usage form X1 and the second usage form X2, the second handle member 320 is attached to the second main surface 100D, that is, the third attachment hole 430 attached to the second main surface 100D, and therefore, in some embodiments, it is not necessary that the second handle member 320 be detachably attached to the third attachment hole 430 of the second main surface 100D. The second handle member 320 is designed to be detachably mounted in the third mounting hole 430 of the second main surface 100D, so that the mounting structure is designed to be the same as the mounting structure of the first handle member 310, thereby facilitating production, that is, during production and manufacturing, the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 are not distinguished, and the shape and structure thereof can be the same, thereby facilitating mass production and improving production efficiency.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 have the same structure, and each of the first handle member and the second handle member includes a rope 301 and a fixing member 302 disposed at two ends of the rope 301, the rope 301 is of a soft structure, the fixing member 302 is of a hard structure, and the fixing member 302 may be made of a hard plastic material or a metal material. The fixing member 302 may have a long strip shape, and the fixing member 302 may axially pass through the mounting hole (the first mounting hole 410, the second mounting hole 420, or the third mounting hole 430), and then the circumferential direction of the fixing member 302 may abut against the surface of the bag body 100, so as to be lifted and mounted on the bag body 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the bag body 100 of the packaging bag is made of a flexible material because the packaging bag can be mutually converted between the first use form X1 and the second use form X2. In some embodiments, the bag body 100 can be made of a paper material, and in some embodiments, the bag body 100 can be made of a cloth material for better strength of the bag body 100. When the bag body 100 is made of cloth, the bag body 100 can be cleaned after the bag body 100 becomes dirty in use, and the bag body 100 is convenient to recycle.
As shown in fig. 2, the bag body 100 of the packaging bag is made of a flexible material because the packaging bag can be mutually converted between the first use form X1 and the second use form X2. However, the protection performance of the bag body 100 made of flexible material is low, and when the packaging bag is used for packaging products such as mobile phones, mobile phone shells, smart watches, and the like, the compression resistance and bending resistance of the packaging bag are weak, so that in order to improve the compression resistance and bending resistance of the packaging bag, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging bag further includes an inner support plate 600 disposed in the bag body 100, and the inner support plate 600 has an inner cavity 610 for accommodating the products. The inner support plate 600 is typically made of a hard material, such as a plastic material. In order to improve the protection and buffering performance of the inner supporting plate 600, the inner supporting plate 600 may be made of corrugated paper, pearl wool, or foam plastic.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exploded view of the packaging bag shown in fig. 1, and the inner support plate 600 can be taken out from the bag body 100. As shown in fig. 2, in the first usage form X1 of the packaging bag, the inner support plate 600 may be placed in the bag body 100, or the inner support plate 600 may be removed. When the inner supporting plate 600 is taken out from the bag body 100, the bag body 100 can be conveniently rubbed and cleaned.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the product is generally placed in the inner cavity 610 of the inner support plate 600, and when the product is small, the area of the bottom surface 100E of the packing bag is not generally large. In order to increase the volume of the packaging bag, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging bag has a substantially elongated structure, that is, when the packaging bag is in the first usage form X1, the bag body 100 has an elongated structure, that is, the length direction of the elongated structure (i.e., the height direction in fig. 1, or the length extending direction of the elongated structure) extends along a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface 100E. Since the length direction (i.e., the height direction in fig. 1) of the elongated structure is folded around the bottom surface 100E of the packaging bag when the packaging bag is in the second usage configuration X2, even if the length (i.e., the height in fig. 1) of the elongated structure is lengthened, the volume of the packaging bag in the second usage configuration X2 is not changed significantly.
Fig. 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H and 4I are schematic views showing different states of the folding process of the packaging bag.
The process of folding the packaging bag from the first configuration of use X1 to the second configuration of use X2 is described below.
As shown in fig. 4A, the cover 200 is first unfolded from the bag 100 through the opening 110 so that the cover 200 is positioned outside the bag 100.
As shown in fig. 4B, the first handle member 310 is detached from the first mounting hole 410 in the direction of the arrow. Since the first handle member 310 includes the string 301 and the fixing member 302, since the string 301 is flexible, the fixing member 302 can swing freely with respect to the string 301, so that the fixing member 302 is detached from the first mounting hole 410 along the axial direction of the fixing member 302.
As shown in fig. 4C, the first handle member 310 is mounted to the second mounting hole 420 in the direction of the arrow. In addition, two first mounting holes 410 are provided in the first main surface 100B of the bag body 100, and both ends of the first handle member 310 are respectively mounted to the first mounting holes 410, so that the packaging bag can be held by the first handle member 310 in the first usage mode X1. Since the first handle member 310 is not used for lifting the packaging bag but for bundling the packaging bag so that the packaging bag is maintained in the second use form X2 when the packaging bag is in the second use form X2, the cover 200 may be provided with the second mounting hole 420, and the first handle member 310 may be inserted into the second mounting hole 420.
As shown in fig. 4D, the state where the first handle member 310 is inserted into the second mounting hole 420 is shown in fig. 4D.
As shown in fig. 4E and 4F, the bag body 100 is folded around the bottom surface 100E so that the first main surface 100B of the bag body 100 is positioned inside, and then the bag body 100 is wound around the bottom surface 100E by a similar winding operation. As shown in fig. 4F, the bottom surface 100E is formed by folding and pasting a plurality of sub-surfaces, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4F and 4G, the bag body 100 at least bypasses the bottom surface 100E and wraps the bottom surface 100E inside. That is, as shown in the second usage form X2 of fig. 2, the bag body 100 completely covers the bottom surface 100E, so that the product can be effectively prevented from falling down due to the low connection strength of the bottom surface 100E.
As shown in fig. 4G, the bag body 100 wraps the bottom surface 100E at least once around the bottom surface 100E, and then the first handle member 310 and the second handle member 320 are tied to form the second usage form X2 shown in fig. 4I, as shown in fig. 4H.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the packaging bag in one embodiment includes a bag body 100 and an inner support panel 600 disposed within the bag body 100. The inner support plate 600 has an inner cavity 610 for receiving a product. The inner support plate 600 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole, and the inner chamber 610 of the inner support plate 600 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The inner support plate 600 may be an annular structure enclosing an inner cavity 610 for receiving a product. To facilitate removal of the product, a recess 620 is provided in one face of the cavity 610, the recess 620 being adapted to receive a finger to facilitate removal of the product from the cavity 610.
Since the inner supporting plate 600 is placed in the securing bag, the packing bag still has a space for accommodating the inner supporting plate 600 in the second use configuration X2. In order to easily switch the packaging bag between the first use form X1 and the second use form X2, crease lines are designed on the packaging bag in advance. As shown in fig. 2, the first side surface 100A of the packaging bag is provided with three intersecting crease lines, namely a first crease line 501, a second crease line 502 and a third crease line 503, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 1, the second side surface 100C of the packaging bag is also provided with three crease lines, namely a fourth crease line 504, a fifth crease line 505 and a sixth crease line 506.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner support plate 600 has a thickness substantially depending on the thickness of the product to be placed. In order to allow the bag body 100 to be still easily folded when the inner support plate 600 is placed in the bag body 100, the first side surface 100A is provided with a seventh crease line 507, the first main surface 100B is provided with an eighth crease line 508, the second side surface 100C is provided with a ninth crease line 509, and the second main surface 100D is provided with a tenth crease line 510. The seventh crease 507, the eighth crease 508, the ninth crease 509 and the tenth crease 510 are connected end to end and form a ring shape.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing an unfolded structure of the packing bag according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5. The dashed lines in the figure are folding lines (only some of which are shown in the figure) which divide the entire planar area into several areas, each of which is indicated in the figure.
Wherein the first side face 100A is formed after folding the a1, the a2, the a3, the a3 and the a 5.
c1, c2, and c3 fold to form the first major face 100B. The number of the first mounting holes 410 is actually four, and two first mounting holes 410 are formed when c1 and c3 are folded.
b1, b2, b3, b3 and b5 are folded to form a second side 100C.
The second major face 100D is formed after folding D1 and D2. Further, folding f2 and f3 also forms part of the second major face 100D. f2 and f3 are respectively provided with a third mounting hole 430, d1 is provided with two third mounting holes 430, and after being folded, the four third mounting holes 430 form two third mounting holes 430.
f1 is folded to form the cover 200. It should be understood that after f2 and f3 are folded, a portion forms the cover 200 and another portion forms the second major face 100D. f1, f2 and f3 are respectively provided with a second mounting hole 420, and when f1, f2 and f3 are folded, the three second mounting holes 420 are overlapped to form one second mounting hole 420.
