s3, mounting a lower cushion block, and leveling by using a laser level meter;
s4, enclosing a layer of protective paper board outside the support frame, installing a lower backing plate and an end ring, and respectively sleeving a pressure regulating coil, a net side coil and a valve side coil outside the support frame;
s5, installing an upper pressure plate on the upper part of the coil group, installing a protective paper ring, installing an upper cushion block, and connecting the upper cross beam and the support frame by bolts;
s6, arranging a hydraulic cylinder at the intersection of the upper beam, pressing the coil group tightly, installing an adjusting sheet, and binding and fixing the upper cushion block and the adjusting sheet on the upper beam by using a polyester ribbon;
s7, mounting upper/lower side positioning pieces, compacting the gap by using a paper board, and binding the polyester silk ribbon by using the paper board and the side positioning pieces for fixing;
s8, enclosing a layer of 1mm thick paper board on the outer surface of the coil group, uniformly installing 8 laminated wood in the circumferential direction, binding and fixing by using a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) belt, bending the upper and lower outlet ends of the pressure regulating coil and the net side coil in advance to facilitate assembly, binding 2 layers by using crepe paper for protection, and temporarily fixing a lead before hoisting;
s9, mounting an upper positioning piece, and fixing the upper positioning piece on the upper cross beam by using a bolt; buckling the upper tank body of the transport tank, compacting a gap between the upper positioning piece and the top of the upper tank body of the transport tank by using a paperboard, and fastening a tank body fastening bolt of the upper tank body of the transport tank; a full-thread positioning screw rod penetrates through a square nut with a thread hole of a flange at the top of the upper tank body of the transport tank to tightly push against the upper positioning piece;
s10, vacuumizing to 30Pa, and keeping for more than 24 h; filling dry air to the dew point of less than or equal to minus 50 ℃ and the pressure of 35kPa, and performing leakage test for 24 hours;
and S11, installing an automatic air supply device and a nitrogen cylinder.
