Referring to fig. 9, the speed control member 2353 includes a wave guide sleeve b1, a rubber guard block b2 and a movable cavity b3, the wave guide sleeve b1 is installed at the left and right sides of the movable cavity b3, the rubber guard block b2 is installed outside the wave guide sleeve b1, and the rubber guard block b2 is embedded and engaged with the wave guide sleeve b 1.
