Description

Essence filling device and process of facial mask
Technical Field
The invention relates to an essence filling device and a process of a facial mask.
Background
Many face masks are used for beauty and makeup that adhere to the face to prevent wrinkles and the like of the skin. The facial mask contains substances, wherein the essence is a core material. The essence comprises whitening essence, aging preventing essence, sebum normalizing essence, water supplying essence, etc.
In mask manufacturing, the essence filling or dipping process is performed in various orders. For example, in patent No. 10-1708156, a sheet of biological cellulose is sliced, compressed, and cut, and then impregnated with essence in the final step. Another patent No. 10-1799842 discloses a method of injecting essence into a pack bag in a pack sheet packaging step after coating a hydrogel and a non-woven fabric sheet on a pack sheet. The mask sheet is thick and soft, and therefore, it is difficult to maintain its original shape, and the nonwoven fabric sheet is one of the supports as a film laminated for the convenience of manufacturing and transporting the mask sheet. Another korean patent No. 10-1704720 discloses a method for directly filling essence into an envelope using an envelope rotating means.
In the mask manufacturing process, a plurality of thinly sliced masks are generally transported and compressed by a tray or a belt, for example, in units of 30 to 50 sheets, cut into a face pattern, and then transferred to an essence filling process. In the essence filling step, about 500g of essence is sprayed on the top of a plurality of laminated sheets, for example, 36 sheets to impregnate the sheets, and at this time, the essence does not sufficiently permeate into the sheets on the bottom, so that the mask sheet is manually taken out and turned over and the essence is sprayed again, resulting in a disadvantage that the labor and material waste is serious and the process is complicated.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an essence filling apparatus and process for a facial mask, which can ensure and uniformly absorb essence in a relatively highly layered facial mask.
In order to achieve the above object, an essence filling device for a facial mask according to the present invention includes a first nozzle unit attached to an upper portion of a turntable rotatable by 360 degrees at a first position, and a second nozzle unit having a pressure lever, which is attached to the upper portion and is configured to spray essence into a container containing the facial mask and press the facial mask, at a third position opposite to the first position.
In addition, the essence filling method of the mask of the invention comprises the following steps: additionally arranging a container to be filled with the facial mask at a first position; in the first position, spraying essence into the container by using the first nozzle assembly to carry out first filling; rotating the container by 90 degrees to be positioned at a second position, and carrying in the facial mask and soaking the facial mask in the container; rotating the container in the same direction by 90 degrees to a third position, compressing the facial mask by pressing down the facial mask with a pressurizing rod of a second nozzle assembly, and spraying essence into the container to perform second filling; and rotating the container containing the facial mask containing the essence in the same direction by 90 degrees, carrying out a film attaching process and carrying out.
The invention automatically and continuously fills essence into a large amount of carried facial masks, is beneficial to the operation efficiency and rapidity, and ensures that the essence filled for the first time in the container permeates into the facial masks and is filled for the second time while pressurizing the facial masks, thereby ensuring that the facial masks can reliably and uniformly absorb sufficient amount of the essence.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily carry out the present invention. However, the present invention may be embodied in various forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
The essence filling device and the process of the invention are characterized in that the essence filling process is divided into two steps, and a pressurizing process for pressurizing the facial mask and a second filling process are simultaneously carried out in parallel.
Fig. 1 is a top view of a serum filling apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. For convenience of explanation, the illustration of the essence spray nozzle assembly is omitted. In the figure, the horizontal direction is denoted as x-axis, and the vertical direction orthogonal thereto is denoted as y-axis. The serum filling apparatus 100 is symmetrical to the left and right if some components such as the serum spray nozzle are excluded, and the same reference numerals are used for the same components.
A large frame 70 having a quadrangular shape is mounted, and a circular turntable 10 covering almost the entire area of the frame 70 is positioned on the frame 70. The center of the turn table 10 is an origin at which the x and y axes intersect, and as shown with the origin as the center, the turn table 10 rotates 360 degrees in the needle insertion direction. The positions at which the member placed on the turntable 10 is rotated and stopped are a first position P1 and a third position P3 on the x-axis, and a second position P2 and a fourth position P4 on the Y-axis. If the first position P1 is the start position, the turn table 10 rotates to pass through the first position P1, the second position P2, the third position P3 and the fourth position P4. Such that the container 12, illustrated as a quadrilateral, is centered in the first position P1. After the first filling by spraying the essence into the container 12, the container 12 is rotated to the second position P2. In the second position P2, a plurality of masks are automatically or manually placed into the container 12. The container 12 rotates to move to a third position P3 where the serum is sprayed again and filled a second time. The container 12 having completed the filling operation is rotated to the fourth position P4, and after the mask film is separated from the container 12, the film, which is a support (not shown) wound between a rewinder 80 and an unwinder 82, is attached to the upper and/or lower surface of the mask film. The step of applying a film to the film is well known, and thus, detailed description thereof is omitted.
A first space 60 is formed in the frame 70 at the right side of the first position P1, the first space 60 receiving the first nozzle assembly 30 (refer to fig. 2) performing the first injection of the essence, and a second space 62 is formed at the left side of the third position P3, the second space 62 receiving the second nozzle assembly 40 performing the second injection of the essence. In fig. 1, the front-rear shaft 16 is attached along the upper side surfaces of the first space 60 and the second space 62, and the front-rear movement cylinder 14 is attached to the front end of the front-rear shaft 16. The forward and rearward displacement cylinder 14 is operatively connected to the first and second nozzle assemblies 30, 40 as will be described. The forward-backward movement cylinder 14 moves along the forward-backward axis 16 due to operation of a drive source, not shown, and therefore the first and second nozzle assemblies 30 and 40 also linearly move along the x-axis. In a state where the front and rear movement cylinders 14 are advanced, the centers of the first and second nozzle assemblies 30 and 40 are aligned with the center of the container 12, and thus, the essence spraying work into the container 12 can be smoothly performed. In a state where the forward/backward movement cylinder 14 is retracted, the first and second nozzle assemblies 30 and 40 are respectively accommodated in the first and second spaces 60 and 62.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the essence filling device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The frame 70 and the first and second spaces 60, 62 are supported by a lower bracket 106. A servo motor 104 is incorporated in the holder 106, a rotary shaft of the servo motor 104 is coupled to the turntable 10, and the turntable 10 is rotated by driving of the servo motor 104.
In fig. 2, the container 12 is placed in a first position P1. An up-and-down moving cylinder 20 is additionally installed at an upper portion of an inner side of the first space 60, the up-and-down moving cylinder 20 is connected to the first nozzle assembly 30 through a horizontal plate 22, and the horizontal plate 22 is connected to the left-and-right moving cylinder 14 through a vertical plate 90. The up-and-down moving cylinder 20 is driven vertically, so that the first nozzle assembly 30 is linearly moved in the up-and-down direction as indicated by an arrow, and the left-and-right moving cylinder 14 is driven forward and backward, so that the first nozzle assembly 30 engaged therewith is linearly moved in the left-and-right direction as indicated by an arrow together with the moving cylinder 20. Accordingly, the operator can adjust the position of the first nozzle assembly 30 back and forth or up and down according to the position and size of the container 12, the stacked amount of the mask pack, and the volume of the essence. Fig. 2 illustrates a state in which the first nozzle assembly 30 is advanced inward in alignment with the center of the container 12 at the uppermost position. In this state, if the first nozzle assembly 30 sprays the essence, a predetermined amount of the essence is filled in the container 12.
The above-described structure is the same in the left second space 62 except for the second nozzle assembly 40. When the container 12 passes through the second position P2 to reach the third position P3, the second nozzle assembly 40 faces the container 12 by moving the second nozzle assembly 40 up and down and left and right, and in this state, the container 12 including the mask pack is filled with a predetermined amount of essence if the second nozzle assembly 40 sprays the essence.
The unexplained reference numeral 12' is a foreign matter collecting portion for collecting foreign matters such as essence flowing down from the mask or the container 12.
The first nozzle assembly 30 and the second nozzle assembly 40 according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
The first nozzle assembly 30 is shown with a plurality of nozzle openings 32 formed in a flat nozzle plate 300, for example, in 2 rows. The second nozzle assembly 40 is shown in the figure, and has a plurality of nozzle openings 42 formed in 2 rows on a flat nozzle plate 400, but is different in that a pressing bar 44 for pressing and pressing the mask is formed in a center of the nozzle plate 400 in a protruding manner. Since the mask is pressed by the pressure rod 44 and impregnated with the essence in the container 12 at the third position P3, the whole mask can sufficiently absorb the essence even if the mask is formed of 30 to 50 thick layers. If the height of the up-and-down moving cylinder 20 is lowered, the pressurizing rod 44 can sufficiently press the mask to be compressed.
Although it is clear from the above description, the mask filling process using the essence filling apparatus 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the flowchart of fig. 5.
First, the container 12, which is to contain the mask, is automatically or manually loaded at the first position P1S 12. In the first position P1, a predetermined amount S14 is filled by spraying essence into the container 12 using the first nozzle assembly 30. The amount of the essence may be about 100g, for example. Then, the turntable 10 is rotated by 90 degrees to position the container 12 at the second position P2, S16. The mask sheet S30 returned from the previous step is carried in and automatically or manually immersed in the container 12S 18. All layers of the mask were not impregnated with essence. Then, the turret 10 is rotated by another 90 degrees to position the container 12 at the third position P3, S16. In this state, the mask is pressed and compressed by the pressing rod 44 of the second nozzle assembly 40, and the essence is injected and filled into the container 12. The content of the essence may be, for example, about 200g to 300 g. Through the process, all the facial masks fully contain the essence.
The container 12 for containing the mask containing the essence is rotated to the fourth position P4, S24, and is carried out to the subsequent step S28 after the film-forming step S26.
When the first container 12 is rotated to the second position P2, the operator loads the next container 12 to the first position P1, and repeats this operation, whereby the operator can automatically and continuously fill a large amount of the facial mask with essence. The essence filled in the container 12 for the first time is impregnated into the mask, and the mask is pressurized by the pressurizing bar 44 to be filled with the essence for the second time again, so that the mask can surely absorb a sufficient amount of the essence.
