Abstract

This bottom door closing mechanism includes: the top connection component is used for being hinged to a bottom door of the hopper car; the rotating part is hinged to the bottom frame of the hopper car; the transmission assembly comprises a first crank, a connecting piece, a second crank and a lower crank which are sequentially hinged from top to bottom, wherein the first crank is hinged to the rotating piece, and the lower crank is hinged to the jacking assembly; and the output end of the linear driving component is hinged to the rotating component so as to drive the first crank to move when the linear driving component stretches. The hopper car comprises a side wall, a hopper ridge, a bottom frame, a bottom door covering the space between the side wall and the hopper ridge, and the hopper car further comprises the bottom door opening and closing mechanism. Technical Field

Background
The hopper wagon is a railway wagon with end walls inclined inwards or end surfaces in a large arc shape and a hopper arranged at the lower part of a wagon body. The bottom door of the hopper is opened manually or by wind power during unloading, and the goods can be automatically unloaded by the gravity of the goods, and are mainly used for loading and transporting ore, cement, coal and other bulk goods.
Along with the increasing of coal transportation demand, bottom door closing mechanism realizes the transmission part of unloading as coal hopper car, also increasingly has high to bottom door closing mechanism's technical performance parameter, structural performance and the requirement of unloading efficiency.
Currently, the bottom door opening and closing mechanisms are commonly used in the following types: 1. a 'big knife type' bottom door opening and closing mechanism; 2. a top lock type bottom door opening and closing mechanism; 3. a bottom door opening and closing mechanism for the longitudinal door; 4. a quick-release bottom door opening and closing mechanism. Although the selectable types are more, the space under the vehicle body cannot be effectively utilized due to the complex structure and the larger self weight of the mechanisms, and the improvement of the performance parameter of the vehicle per linear meter of the weight is limited. And the transmission efficiency of the current mechanism is lower, the self-locking performance is poorer, and the coal unloading efficiency is low.
Therefore, the existing structure of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism has the problem of poor self-locking performance, a more reasonable technical scheme needs to be provided, and the technical problem existing in the prior art is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a bottom door opening and closing mechanism and a 30-ton axle load side dumping type coal hopper car with the same, and aims to solve the problem that the self structure of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism in the prior art is poor in self-locking performance.

Optionally, the top connection assembly includes a first bearing and a transmission shaft, wherein the transmission shaft is rotatably connected to the lower crank, and both ends of the transmission shaft are connected to the bottom door of the hopper car through the first bearing.
Optionally, the transmission shaft is disposed below the bottom frame and near the middle of the bottom frame.
Optionally, the transmission shaft comprises a short shaft section hinged to the lower crank throw and a long shaft section located at two ends of the short shaft section, one end of the long shaft section is connected to the bottom door of the hopper car through the first bearing, and the other end of the long shaft section is connected to the short shaft section through a coupler.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
through the technical scheme, when the door opening movement is needed to be realized, the output end of the linear driving assembly extends, and the first crank throw is pushed to rotate around the rotating center of the rotating part. When the bottom door is rotated for a certain angle, the connecting piece moves towards the lower part of the middle beam of the bottom frame and drives the lower crank throw to rotate anticlockwise around the axis of the hinge fulcrum, so that the lower abutting component is driven to rotate, and the bottom door is opened. When the door closing motion is needed to be achieved, the output end of the linear driving assembly retracts to drive the first crank throw and the connecting piece to rotate towards one side close to the linear driving assembly, so that the lower crank throw is driven to rotate clockwise around the axis, the lower abutting assembly is driven to rotate, and the bottom door is closed.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, the present embodiment provides a bottom door opening and closing mechanism for a 30 ton axle load side dumping coal hopper car. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the bottom door opening and closing mechanism includes a butting unit, a rotating unit, a transmission unit, and a linear driving unit.
The top connection component is used for being hinged to a bottom door of the hopper car. The rotating part is used for being hinged to the bottom frame of the hopper car. The transmission assembly comprises a first crank throw 31, a connecting piece 32, a second crank throw 33 and a lower crank throw 34 which are sequentially hinged from top to bottom, wherein the first crank throw 31 is hinged to the rotating piece, and the lower crank throw 34 is hinged to the abutting assembly, so that when the first crank throw 31 moves, the displacement can be transmitted to the lower crank throw 34. The output end of the linear driving component is hinged to the rotating component, so that when the linear driving component stretches, the first crank throw 31 can be driven to act.
In one embodiment, the transmission assembly may further include a dual link 41, wherein the lower crank 34 is connected to the abutting assembly through the dual link 35, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
In an embodiment provided by the present invention, the butting assembly may include a first bearing 11 and a transmission shaft 12, wherein the transmission shaft 12 is rotatably connected to the lower crank 34, and both ends of the transmission shaft 12 are connected to the bottom door of the hopper car through the first bearing 11, thereby reducing wear of the transmission shaft 12 and ensuring a service life. In addition, the impact of the bottom door in the opening and closing process can be reduced.
In the present invention, the transmission shaft 12 is disposed below the bottom frame and near the middle of the bottom frame. In this way, not only can torsion and failure of the transmission shaft 12 be effectively avoided, but also the bottom door can be made to respond quickly.
In an exemplary embodiment, the transmission shaft 12 includes a short shaft segment hinged to the lower bell crank 34 and a long shaft segment at both ends of the short shaft segment, and the long shaft segment is connected to the bottom door of the hopper car through the first bearing 11 at one end and connected to the short shaft segment through a coupling 13 at the other end. Through this minor axis section, can effectively avoid whole transmission shaft 12 to twist reverse and the inefficacy for the switching work of bottom door can normally go on.
It should be noted that, in the case that the linear actuators 42 are configured in multiple sets, the corresponding transmission shafts 12 may be coaxially disposed through the coupling 13, for example, the intermediate shaft 5 shown in fig. 3 and 4 is indirectly a short shaft section through the coupling 13, thereby enabling the motion to be efficiently transmitted.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the linear driving assembly includes a connecting rod 41 and a driver 42, wherein one end of the connecting rod 41 is hinged to the rotating member, and the other end is hinged to the output end of the driver 42. In this way, the position of the actuator 42 can be easily arranged, so that the space under the vehicle body can be effectively utilized, and the vehicle performance parameter per linear meter of weight can be improved.
Wherein the actuator 42 may be configured as a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or a linear module. In the present invention, the actuator 42 is configured as a cylinder, and specifically, a heavy standard cylinder of the SC125/160 cylinder diameter series is selected. With respect to the kind and specification of the driver 42, those skilled in the art can apply the environment flexible setting without limitation.
In the present invention, the rotating member includes a support 21 fixed on the bottom frame of the hopper car and a movable arm 22 hinged to the support 21, and the movable arm 22 is hinged to the first crank 31 and the output end respectively. Therefore, the first crank throw 31 and the output end can keep a certain distance from the frame, and the interference between the first crank throw 31 and the output end and other components in the movement process is avoided, so that the normal opening and closing operation of the bottom door can be ensured. Furthermore, such an arrangement may also facilitate maintenance of the various components. The support 21 may be welded to the chassis, or may be fixed to the chassis by a fastener (e.g., a screw, a bolt, a nut), which is not limited in the present invention.
In the embodiment provided by the present invention, the movable arm 22 may be hinged to the first crank throw 31 through a pin, or may be connected to the first crank throw 31 through any other suitable component, such as a universal shaft coupler 13, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the connecting member 32 are respectively connected to the first crank throw 31 and the second crank throw 33 through second bearings, so that the impact generated during the movement can be reduced by the rotation of the connecting member 32. As for the type of the second bearing, a deep groove ball bearing and a self-aligning roller bearing can be adopted, and the type can be flexibly selected by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present invention, the output end of the linear driving assembly is horizontally disposed, so that the generated thrust can be accurately transmitted to the first bell crank 31 in the horizontal direction, and the transmission efficiency can be ensured.
According to a first aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a 30-ton axle-weight side-dumping coal hopper car, which comprises side walls, a hopper ridge, an underframe and a bottom door covering between the side walls and the hopper ridge. The hopper car further comprises a bottom door opening and closing mechanism according to the first aspect. Therefore, the reliability of the position of the bottom door in the opening and closing states can be ensured, and the loading and unloading work of the materials can be carried out orderly. The hopper car comprises a bottom door opening and closing mechanism, so that the hopper car has the same technical effect as the bottom door opening and closing mechanism, and the detailed description is omitted.
