An electric furnace EBT adjusting and positioning auxiliary device comprises a workbench (100) and is characterized by also comprising a height adjusting bracket (200) for supporting the workbench (100), wherein the workbench comprises a base (110), and the base (110) is positioned at the bottom of the workbench and is connected with the height adjusting bracket (200); a first workbench (120) is arranged on the base (110), a first screw rod assembly (111) is arranged between the base (110) and the first workbench (120), a screw rod of the first screw rod assembly (111) is arranged on the base (110) along the length direction of the workbench, and a nut of the first screw rod assembly (111) is connected with the lower end face of the first workbench (120); a second workbench (130) is arranged on the first workbench (120), a second screw rod assembly (121) is arranged between the first workbench (120) and the second workbench (130), the second screw rod assembly (121) is arranged on the first workbench (120) along the width direction of the workbench, and a nut of the second screw rod assembly is connected with the lower end face of the second workbench (130); the second workbench (130) is also provided with a bearing table (140), the center of the second workbench (130) is provided with a groove (141), the center of the lower end face of the bearing table (140) is provided with a bulge (132) matched with the groove (141), the second workbench (130) is provided with a third screw rod assembly (131), and a nut of the third screw rod assembly (131) is connected with the lower end face of the bearing table (140); an avoiding groove (150) is further formed in one end of the workbench along the length direction.

The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace according to claim 1, characterized in that: the height adjusting support (200) comprises four adjusting support legs (210) respectively located at four end corners of the workbench (100), the adjusting support legs (210) are provided with upper support legs (211), lower support legs (212) and worm gear structures (220), the worm gear structures (220) are arranged between the upper support legs (211) and the lower support legs (212), and screw rods (222) connecting the upper support legs and the lower support legs penetrate through worm gears in the worm gear structures (220).

The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace according to claim 1, characterized in that: and a transmission rod (230) is arranged between the vortex rods of the height adjusting bracket (200) opposite to each other along the length direction of the workbench (100).

The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace according to claim 1, characterized in that: the lower end of the height adjusting support (200) is provided with an operation platform (300), the operation platforms (300) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the workbench (100) along the width direction of the workbench (100), the operation platform (300) extends towards the direction departing from the workbench (100), and the ratio of the width of the operation platform (300) to the width of the workbench (100) is 4: 1-6: 1.

The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace according to claim 1, characterized in that: a first guide mechanism is further arranged between the first workbench (120) and the base (110), and a second guide mechanism is further arranged between the second workbench (130) and the first workbench (120); the first guide mechanism comprises a first sliding rail (112) which is fixed on the base (110) and arranged along the length direction of the workbench (100) and a first sliding block (113) which is connected with the lower end face of the first workbench (120); the second guide mechanism comprises a second sliding rail (122) which is fixed on the first workbench (120) and arranged along the width direction of the workbench (100) and a second sliding block (123) which is connected with the lower end face of the second workbench (130).

The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace, as claimed in claim 5, wherein four first sliding rails (112) of the first guiding structure are arranged at four corners of the base (110), respectively, and corresponding first sliding blocks (113) are fixedly arranged at four corners of the first worktable (120); two sliding rails II (122) of the second guide structure are arranged on two sides of the first workbench (120) respectively, and two corresponding sliding blocks II (123) are arranged at four end corners of the second workbench (130).

The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace according to claim 1, wherein the upper end surface of the base (110) is respectively provided with a first limiting groove (114) for accommodating the first screw rod assembly (111) and the first guide rail structure, and the upper end surface of the first workbench (120) is provided with a second limiting groove (124) for accommodating the second screw rod assembly (121) and the second guide rail structure.
8. The auxiliary device for adjusting and positioning the EBT of the electric furnace according to claim 7, characterized in that the worktable (100) is detachably connected with the adjusting bracket.
9. A three-axis adjusting, positioning and mounting method of an electric furnace EBT, using the adjusting, positioning and assisting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the lifting platform (400) is installed on the ladle trolley (410), and the electric furnace EBT adjusting and positioning auxiliary device is placed on the lifting platform (400);
s2, placing the electric furnace EBT device (430) to be installed on the EBT three-axis adjusting and positioning auxiliary device, and fixing;
s3, moving the ladle trolley (410) to transport the EBT three-axis adjusting device and the electric furnace EBT device (430) on the EBT three-axis adjusting device to the position right below the electric furnace body;
s4, adjusting the ladle trolley (410) and the lifting platform (400) to lift the electric furnace EBT spare part to an approximate installation position, namely within the adjustment range of the EBT auxiliary positioning device;
s5, operating the EBT adjusting, positioning and installing auxiliary device to position and adjust the electric furnace EBT device (430) on the receiving platform (140), and installing the electric furnace EBT device (430) at a preset position.
