The invention belongs to the technical field of gantry welding machines, and particularly relates to a gantry welding machine.
Background
The gantry welding manipulator is divided into two types of a bridge type and a portal type, the bridge type welding manipulator consists of a beam and two trolleys which are supported and run, a welding head can transversely move along the beam, and the trolleys can longitudinally move along a track. The gantry welding manipulator is provided with one more gantry than the bridge type gantry, the welding head can move transversely on a gantry beam, or move transversely on a beam which is additionally arranged and can lift up and down along a gantry column, and the beam can be used for welding structures with different heights. The bridge type welding manipulator is suitable for splicing large-area flat plates or welding ship plate frame structures. The gantry type welding manipulator is mainly used for welding the outer longitudinal seam and the annular seam of the cylindrical workpiece in the manufacturing process of the pressure container.
The invention also discloses technical schemes related to gantry welding machines in the prior art, for example, a Chinese patent with application number 2012102754945 discloses a gantry type program control circumferential weld welding machine which comprises an automatic control system, a transmission system, a jacking mechanism and a welding gun motion control mechanism, wherein the automatic control system consists of a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a touch screen; in the jacking mechanism, a single-out rod of the air cylinder is adopted to push the jacking rod to flexibly compress a welding part, so that the anti-loosening purpose is achieved; in the longitudinal lifting device, a stepping motor drives a ball screw to rotate, so that the rigid precision in the lifting of the longitudinal guide rail frame is realized; in the swinging device, the stepping motor drives the swinging screw rod to rotate forward and backward to realize the reciprocating swinging of the connecting frame, and the swinging amplitude is set by a program, so that the technical defects of the existing gantry type program control circular seam welding machine are solved, but the invention can not perform circular seam welding on workpieces except for cylindrical workpieces and can only weld plane circular seams, thereby limiting the application range of the welding machine.
Therefore, the invention provides the gantry welding machine, the position between the butt joint and the workpiece is controlled through the cooperation of the infrared sensor and the push rod motor, so that the gantry welding machine can weld the circular seam with an irregular shape, and the application range of the welding machine is further enlarged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the gantry welding machine provided by the invention controls the position between the butt joint and the workpiece through the matching of the infrared sensor and the push rod motor, so that the gantry welding machine can weld the annular seam with an irregular shape, and further the application range of the welding machine is enlarged.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a gantry welding machine, which comprises a transverse guide rail, a transverse guide rail frame, a supporting plate, a traveling crane and a horizontal guide rail, wherein a connecting block is fixed on the transverse guide rail frame, a driving motor is arranged on one side of the connecting block, which is far away from the transverse guide rail frame, a circular ring is movably arranged at the bottom of the connecting block, a gear is fixed at the output shaft end of the driving motor, the gear is meshed with the outer ring of the circular ring, the driving motor is used for driving the circular ring to rotate, a guide roller is arranged between the circular ring and the connecting block, the guide roller is used for reducing friction between the circular ring and the connecting block, a welding module is arranged on the circular ring, the welding module comprises a push rod motor, a welding head is fixed at the output shaft end of the push rod motor, an infrared sensor is arranged on the circular ring, the infrared sensor is used for measuring the distance between a workpiece and the welding head, and a controller is arranged on the transverse guide rail, the controller is used for controlling the welding machine to work; when the welding machine works, the existing welding machine can not perform girth welding on workpieces except for cylindrical workpieces and can only weld plane girth, so that the application range of the welding machine is limited, and the problem is improved; by arranging the circular ring, the two ends of the workpiece are fixed after the workpiece is placed in the circular ring, so that the workpiece is positioned in the center of the circular ring; when welding is carried out, the driving motor drives the gear to rotate under the control of the controller, so that the circular rings synchronously rotate, and the welding modules on the circular rings synchronously rotate; the infrared sensor in the welding module measures the distance between the workpiece and the workpiece in the rotating process and transmits the obtained data to the controller, and the controller analyzes the data sent by the infrared sensor and sends a corresponding command to the push rod motor, so that the push rod motor makes a corresponding change; the distance between the welding head and the surface of the workpiece is changed in the process of stretching the output shaft end of the push rod motor, so that the welding head can reasonably weld the workpiece; according to the invention, the position between the butt joint and the workpiece is controlled by matching the infrared sensor and the push rod motor, so that the welding machine can weld irregular-shaped circular seams, and the application range of the welding machine is further enlarged; when the welding head is welded, the welding head can weld the circular seams which are not on the same plane and the three-dimensional circular seams on the workpiece by matching with the movement of the travelling crane, so that the application range of the welding head is further expanded.
Preferably, a support is fixed at an output shaft end of the push rod motor, two idler wheels are rotatably mounted at one end, far away from the push rod motor, of the support, a first belt wheel is fixed at one side, close to each other, of each idler wheel, two fixing plates are fixed on the support, a connecting rod is rotatably mounted between the two fixing plates, a steel wire brush roller is fixed on the surface of the connecting rod, two second belt wheels are fixed on the surface of the connecting rod, and a belt is movably connected between each first belt wheel and the adjacent second belt wheel; during working, the problems of corrosion and the like at the welding seam can affect the welding, thereby affecting the welding quality; the roller is attached to the surface of a workpiece before welding by arranging the roller, and meanwhile, the driving motor drives the ring to rotate so that the roller rolls on the surface of the workpiece; the rolling roller drives the steel wire brush roll to rotate through a belt, so that the steel wire brush roll processes the welding seam of the workpiece; the cleaning degree of the welding seam of the workpiece is improved through the arrangement of the steel wire brush roller, so that the welding quality is improved.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the gantry welding machine, the position between the butt joint and the workpiece is controlled through the cooperation of the infrared sensor and the push rod motor, so that the gantry welding machine can weld irregular-shaped circular seams, and the application range of the welding machine is further enlarged.
2. According to the gantry welding machine, the welding seams are cleaned through the steel wire brush roller and the spray head, so that the welding seams are kept in a clean state, and the welding quality is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the gantry welding machine according to the present invention includes a transverse guide rail 1, a transverse guide rail frame 2, a support plate 3, a traveling crane 4, and a horizontal guide rail 5, wherein a connection block 6 is fixed on the transverse guide rail frame 2, a driving motor 7 is disposed on one side of the connection block 6 away from the transverse guide rail frame 2, a circular ring 8 is movably mounted at the bottom of the connection block 6, a gear 9 is fixed at an output shaft end of the driving motor 7, the gear 9 is engaged with an outer ring of the circular ring 8, the driving motor 7 is used for driving the circular ring 8 to rotate, a guide roller is disposed between the circular ring 8 and the connection block 6, the guide roller is used for reducing friction between the circular ring 8 and the connection block 6, a welding module is disposed on the circular ring 8, the welding module includes a push rod motor 10, a welding head 11 is fixed at the output shaft end of the push rod motor 10, and an infrared sensor 12 is disposed on the circular ring 8, the infrared sensor 12 is used for measuring the distance between a workpiece and the welding head 11, and the transverse guide rail 1 is provided with a controller which is used for controlling the welding machine to work; when the welding machine works, the existing welding machine can not perform girth welding on workpieces except for cylindrical workpieces and can only weld plane girth, so that the application range of the welding machine is limited, and the problem is improved; by arranging the circular ring 8, the two ends of the workpiece are fixed after the workpiece is placed in the circular ring 8, so that the workpiece is positioned at the center of the circular ring 8; when welding, the driving motor 7 drives the gear 9 to rotate under the control of the controller, so that the circular ring 8 synchronously rotates, and the welding modules on the circular ring 8 synchronously rotate; the infrared sensor in the welding module measures the distance between the workpiece and the workpiece in the rotating process and transmits the obtained data to the controller, and the controller analyzes the data sent by the infrared sensor and sends a corresponding command to the push rod motor 10, so that the push rod motor 10 makes a corresponding change; the distance between the welding head 11 and the surface of the workpiece is changed in the process of extending and retracting the output shaft end of the push rod motor 10, so that the welding head 11 can reasonably weld the workpiece; according to the invention, the position between the butt joint 11 and the workpiece is controlled by matching the infrared sensor and the push rod motor 10, so that the welding machine can weld the annular seam with an irregular shape, and the application range of the welding machine is further enlarged; when the welding head 11 is welded, the welding head 11 can weld the circular seams which are not on the same plane and the three-dimensional circular seams on the workpiece by matching with the movement of the travelling crane 4, so that the application range of the invention is further expanded.
As a specific embodiment of the invention, a bracket 13 is fixed at an output shaft end of the push rod motor 10, two rollers 14 are rotatably mounted at one end of the bracket 13 far away from the push rod motor 10, a first belt wheel 15 is fixed at one side of each roller 14 close to each other, two fixing plates 16 are fixed on the bracket 13, a connecting rod 17 is rotatably mounted between the two fixing plates 16, a steel wire brush roller 18 is fixed on the surface of the connecting rod 17, two second belt wheels 19 are fixed on the surface of the connecting rod 17, and a belt 20 is movably connected between the first belt wheel 15 and the adjacent second belt wheel 19; during working, the problems of corrosion and the like at the welding seam can affect the welding, thereby affecting the welding quality; by arranging the roller 14, the roller 14 is attached to the surface of a workpiece before welding, and meanwhile, the driving motor 7 drives the circular ring 8 to rotate, so that the roller 14 rolls on the surface of the workpiece; the rolling roller 14 drives the steel wire brush roller 18 to rotate through a belt 20, so that the steel wire brush roller 18 treats the welding seam of the workpiece; the cleaning degree of the welding seam of the workpiece is improved through the arrangement of the wire brush roll 18, so that the welding quality is improved.
