Along with the rapid development of military science and technology in China, the requirement on the overall sealing quality grade of military sealed electronic component products is higher and higher, and the precision of laser operation is directly determined by the positioning precision of a sealing device, so that the higher requirement is provided for the precision positioning of laser sealing of components. In particular, some special mounting arrangements of the sealing device, such as contactors with L-shaped mounts, are shown in fig. 1, and the L-shaped mounts are configured as shown in fig. 2.
At present, the mounting mode of a contactor mounting frame is mainly realized through a laser welding technology, and the specific method is that the mounting frame and a contactor are combined and then positioned through a positioning clamp, and then laser beams are used as energy sources to impact on contact points (namely welding points) of the mounting frame and a contactor cover shell, so that the purpose of welding is realized. The mounting frame and the contactor housing are usually formed in a resistance welding mode in the processing and manufacturing process, the mounting frame and the contactor housing receive the heat and force of resistance welding in the resistance welding process, and the mounting frame and the contactor housing are seriously deformed in the resistance welding process. If the deformation size and direction of the mounting frame of each device are infinitely enlarged under a microscope of 170 times according to the traditional gravity positioning method, the deviation of the coordinate of each device after being positioned relative to the zero position of the housing exceeds 0.3mm, the deviation of the positioning precision requirement of laser edge sealing is not more than 0.02mm, otherwise, the device sealing performance is unqualified due to the deviation of the laser track, and the precision positioning of the contactor in the laser welding technology cannot be met by using the traditional gravity positioning method.
The existing gravity positioning method is that the bottom surface of a contactor to be edge-sealed of an L-shaped mounting rack is supported by a clamp, and the deviation is large after positioning and locking due to the influence of resistance welding deformation of the L-shaped mounting rack.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a de-gravity positioning method for a contactor with an L-shaped mounting bracket, which can eliminate the influence of welding deformation of the mounting bracket and the contactor housing on the positioning accuracy and ensure the accurate positioning.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the de-gravity positioning method for the contactor with the L-shaped mounting frame is provided, wherein the bottom surface of the contactor with the L-shaped mounting frame to be edge-sealed is suspended when the contactor is positioned.
The bottom surface of the contactor to be edge sealed with the L-shaped mounting frame is positioned in a hanging mode, the welding surface of the housing matched with the base is directly positioned, and the precision of the laser focal length in the welding process is improved; the influence of welding deformation of the mounting frame and the contactor housing on the positioning precision is eliminated, and the precision positioning is ensured.
The invention also provides a positioning edge sealing fixture for realizing the gravity-removing positioning method, which comprises a positioning main body, a positioning block and a locking device, wherein the positioning main body is provided with an abdicating groove and a sliding table, and the locking device is fixed on the positioning main body and can fix a contactor to be edge sealed, which is arranged in the abdicating groove.
In some embodiments, the specific structure of the avoiding groove comprises a bottom surface, a first side surface and a second side surface, and the bottom surface, the first side surface and the second side surface are perpendicular in pairs.
In some embodiments, the positioning block comprises a positioning table and waist tables arranged on two sides of the positioning table, and the length of each waist table is greater than that of the sliding table but less than the sum of the length of the abdicating groove and the length of the sliding table.
