The apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first folding wheel set comprises two first rotating shafts and a first bending wheel disposed on the first rotating shafts, the first rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, two ends of the first rotating shaft respectively penetrate through the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, one of the first rotating shafts is disposed on one end of the outer side of the first fixing plate and provided with a first sprocket, and the two first rotating shafts are connected by gear engagement.
