Background
At present, when a dental hospital diagnoses, each dental chair needs to be provided with a negative pressure system. The number of the using points of the chair side negative pressure can continuously change from 0 to the maximum number of the set points, but the thickness of the pipeline is not changed. When the number of the simultaneously used point positions is small, the wind speed of the main pipeline can be reduced, and the conveying capacity of the negative pressure equipment in the mechanical room is reduced. Can cause residual dirt in the pipeline and also be the root cause of bacterial reproduction and pipeline blockage.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows: when the negative pressure wind speed in the central calandria is reduced, the residual dirt in the pipeline can be caused, and the bacterial reproduction and the pipeline blockage can be easily caused.
The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is: in a common central calandria design, the end of the pipe is connected to the chair point farthest from the machine room.
The significance for solving the problems and the defects is as follows: dirt is slowly accumulated in the pipeline and is solidified, so that the negative pressure attraction force at the dental chair side is slowly reduced, and the diagnosis and treatment efficiency is prevented from being reduced. Prevent the bacterium from breeding and producing odor, which affects the indoor environment.

The invention can prevent sewage from flowing back to the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment by adding the counter-flow prevention calandria design.

The invention provides a control method of a central pipe arrangement automatic cleaning system, which comprises the following steps:
the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment senses the air pressure in the main pipeline automatically, adjusts the inflow amount of the air from the outside, and keeps the suction force of all the dental chair point positions constant by keeping the air pressure in the pipeline constant.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic cleaning system for a central pipe bank, including: the negative pressure system 1, the dental chair 2, the main pipeline 3, the auxiliary pipeline 4, the anti-reflux calandria structure 5 and the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment 6.
An anti-backflow calandria structure 5 is arranged between the main pipeline 3 and the auxiliary pipeline 4. Through the design of the counter-flow prevention calandria, the counter-flow of sewage into the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment can be prevented.
The automatic pipeline cleaning equipment 6 is arranged in a diagnosis and treatment room or a mechanical room. The automatic pipeline cleaning equipment 6 is provided with a second silencing barrel 6-5, the front end of the second silencing barrel 6-5 is provided with an external air inlet 6-6, the rear end of the second silencing barrel 6-5 is communicated with an air pressure sensing part 6-3 through an air inflow device 6-4, the rear end of the air pressure sensing part 6-3 is communicated with a first silencing barrel 6-2, and an auxiliary pipeline connecting device 6-1 is arranged on the first silencing barrel 6-2.
The auxiliary pipeline connecting device 6-1 is connected with an auxiliary pipeline, external air enters the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment 6 from an external air inlet 6-6, and the air pressure sensing part 6-3 is communicated with the auxiliary pipeline connecting device 6-1, the auxiliary pipeline and the main pipeline and can sense the air pressure in the pipeline. The inflow air quantity device 6-4 can adjust the size of the inflow air port through the air pressure in the pipeline sensed by the air pressure sensing part 6-3 so as to adjust the inflow air quantity. The air pressure sensing part 6-3 has two working modes: one is a spring-balanced mode (requiring no power supply), and an electrodynamic-balanced mode (requiring power supply). The first silencing pot 6-2 and the second silencing pot 6-5 can reduce the noise generated by the air flow
When the automatic chair cleaning device is used, when the negative pressure device of the mechanical room is started, the automatic pipeline cleaning device is also started at the same time, the air pressure in the main pipeline is sensed automatically, the inflow amount of the air from the outside is adjusted, and the attraction force of all the chair point positions is kept constant by keeping the air pressure in the pipeline constant. Meanwhile, when the number of the using points is small, the air quantity flowing into the main pipeline from the outside can be increased by the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment, and when the number of the using points is large, the air quantity flowing into the main pipeline from the outside is reduced, so that the air flow in the pipeline is always ensured, the constant air pressure in the pipeline is maintained, and the sucked dirt is completely sent to the negative pressure equipment of the mechanical room. The counter-flow prevention calandria design is added, so that the sewage can be prevented from flowing back to the automatic pipeline cleaning equipment.
