The digital address generating module is used for calling an address-digital corresponding relation query database to convert the recipient character address information received by the man-machine interaction device into a corresponding digital code and sending the digital code to the bill information output device.

The method is very friendly to automatic identification of the machine, greatly reduces the identification difficulty, and greatly improves the identification speed and accuracy. The express bill can also be an electronic tag bound on a mail. Therefore, the bill information code can be directly written into the data storage area of the electronic tag only by the special read-write equipment, and the automatic sorting equipment is more favorable for reading information more directly and accurately.
In one embodiment, the waybill information code generator can install any terminal in the form of a software package, and the software package can comprise a recording interface, a pre-stored administrative area code library, an express waybill number generator, a special algorithm for converting waybill information codes into two-dimensional codes or bar codes, a sender address information code, a notification information code and other databases for binding waybill information and waybill numbers. In addition, a computer program corresponding to all functions of the bill information code generator can be made into a web interface, a sender can log in a bill information entry interface at a mobile phone end or a computer end, and address information, a contact way, item description and remark information of the sender are filled according to prompts. In the web page, the Chinese character expression of the filled administrative regions can be directly translated into corresponding numbers according to a prestored administrative region code library. The detailed address code and the mobile phone number need to be provided by the receiver. If the receiver directly provides the complete address information code, the address information code can be directly filled in. The sender address information code and the telephone are filled in the same way. After the article description and remark information are confirmed, the single number generator can automatically generate a unique single number code. The system converts the single number and the recipient address information code notification information code into a two-dimensional code or a bar code according to a special algorithm and outputs the two-dimensional code or the bar code. Meanwhile, the information of the sending part, the article description, the remark and the like is bound with the single number and stored in a database for future reference.
The foregoing embodiment does not limit the automatic sorting apparatus 2, and as an alternative implementation, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an implementation of the automatic sorting apparatus 2, which may include the following:
the automatic sorting apparatus 2 may include an information reading device, a controller, and a sorting performing device; the information reading device is used for reading the bill data information in the current logistics package and sending the bill data information to the controller so that the controller can identify the address information of the receiver in the bill data information; the controller is used for matching a corresponding target sorting rule according to the current sorting stage, reading a target digital code at a corresponding position from the address information of the receiver based on the target sorting rule, and generating a sorting instruction of the logistics packages at the current sorting stage based on the target digital code and the target sorting rule; the sorting executing device is used for executing the sorting instruction to convey the current logistics packages to the corresponding sorting grids.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the express waybill of the logistics package is a paper waybill, the automatic sorting equipment 2 can photograph the waybill to identify the bar code or the two-dimensional code in the waybill through the prior art, output the bar code or the two-dimensional code to the controller, and the controller restores the short code into the complete code according to a special algorithm. Different sorting rules can be set in different sorting stages, the sorting rules are compared with corresponding digits of the bill information codes, and sorting instructions are given after the sorting rules are consistent with the corresponding digits of the bill information codes. And after receiving the sorting instruction, the sorting execution equipment conveys the mails to corresponding sorting grids for sorting.

If the sorting capacity of the Suzhou sorting center is improved, the method can be applied to all or part of counties without tin, and the administrative area code of the county is added to the sorting rule. Rule modification is very convenient. When the mail reaches the sorting transfer center and is unpacked and sorted, if the mail is only required to be sorted to a county level administrative division, the 18 th and 19 th bits are only required to be read and compared, and then a sorting instruction can be accurately given. For example, "82" to hong Kong and "02" to Gusu district. After arriving at hong Kong, the 20 th and 21 st village and town encoding data can be used to establish a sorting rule, and one village and town can be set as a sorting grid or a plurality of villages and towns can be set as a sorting grid according to requirements. After subdivision into towns, the courier may be sorted based on the first 7 bits of the detailed address code. Taking the above-mentioned bill information code as an example: 03012050031304030 for roads and 1205 for delivery points. If the whole road is delivered by a deliverer, the sorting instruction can be directly given by comparing the serial numbers of the first 3 roads when the sorting rule is established. If the road does not belong to a courier, delivery points may be added to establish sort rules. Due to the accuracy of digital representation, the establishment, maintenance and modification of the sorting rules are very convenient. The numerical comparison can bring about great improvements in sorting efficiency and accuracy. And further, equipment can be used for arranging sections according to the number of the delivery point, so that preparation is made for future unmanned delivery.
Therefore, under the condition of utilizing the same string of single information codes, the automatic sorting equipment 2 can automatically establish sorting rules according to the requirements of classification sorting, efficiently and accurately give sorting instructions by comparing the address information codes with different digits, and sorting of each level is completed by the sorting execution equipment until the last section arrangement of a deliverer.
It can be understood that after the logistics packages are sorted, the logistics packages can be manually picked up from the sorting opening and delivered, the logistics packages can be directly locked in a space of an area where a receiver is located through an automatic process, the logistics packages can be automatically delivered to a large transfer station and delivered manually, and a person skilled in the art can select a proper end delivery mode based on actual needs.
As an alternative embodiment, please refer to fig. 7, the system for automatically sorting and dispatching logistics packages may further include a terminal delivery device 3, where the terminal delivery device 3 includes a function of automatically reading a bill information code in a logistics package express bill, and then independently locks the logistics package in a separated independent space, and after the logistics package is locked, a pick-up notice may be automatically sent to a recipient through the read recipient notice information code. That is, the end dispensing device 3 may include a code reading means, an operation terminal, and a plurality of independent spaces with a locker. The code reading device is used for reading the receiving address digital codes and the receiving person notification information codes on the express bill of the current logistics package and sending the receiving address digital codes and the receiving person notification information codes to the operation terminal. For the paper express waybill, the code reading device can be provided with image acquisition equipment for acquiring data of the paper express waybill, then the number in the express waybill is identified based on an image algorithm, and translation is carried out based on a coding rule; for the electronic tag, the code reading device is a special reading and writing device which can be the electronic tag. For the bill data displayed in the form of bar code or two-dimensional code, the code reader may also be set with special algorithm for identifying two-dimensional code and bar code.
The operation terminal is used for distributing and unlocking the independent latching space for the current logistics packages, and when the fact that the current logistics packages enter the independent latching space to be latched is detected, the independent latching space is used for latching and sending the receiver notification information codes to the receiver terminal. In order to further improve the accuracy of parcel delivery and improve the user experience, the operation terminal can be further used for reporting an error and sending feedback information of re-delivery to the system if the address information corresponding to the recipient address digital code is judged not to be in the pre-stored delivery address range.
The end-dispatch apparatus 3 may be installed at a delivery point where centralized dispatch is possible, such as a cell or a commercial centralized district. After obtaining the agreement of the addressee, the postman stores the express into a certain division space for independently latching the express through the operation terminal. The operation steps are as follows: and placing the mail in a reading area of code reading equipment, automatically unlocking a certain independent space by a built-in program of an operation terminal, and after a delivery person latches the express delivery, sending the pickup password to a mobile phone number represented by a notification information code in the bill information code by the operation terminal. And the pickup person picks up the parts from the tail end dispatching equipment according to the pickup password. And unlocking the express delivery by inputting the delivery password to finish delivery. The completion information is stored in the operation terminal. And sending the data to the database for future reference in batches at set time every day.
As another alternative, in parallel with the above-described embodiment, the end delivery device 3 may comprise only a hand-held terminal. The handheld terminal is used for reading the receiving address digital codes and the receiving person notification information codes on the current logistics package express bill, and converting the receiving address digital codes into character address information for displaying based on a preset address-digital coding rule. The express delivery person can directly contact with the addressee by using the handheld terminal and directly deliver the express to the home according to the address information converted into the characters. After the dispatch is finished, the receiver can finish signing on the handheld terminal.
Certainly, for the paper express waybill, the delivery information generation device and the handheld terminal can be provided with image acquisition equipment for acquiring data of the paper express waybill, then the numbers in the express waybill are identified based on an image algorithm, and then translation is carried out based on a coding rule; for the electronic tag, the dispatching information generating device and the handheld terminal can also be provided with special reading and writing equipment of the electronic tag. For the bill data displayed in the form of bar code or two-dimensional code, the code reader may also be set with special algorithm for identifying two-dimensional code and bar code.
In order to make the technical solution of the present application more clear to those skilled in the art, the present application further provides a workflow of the automatic sorting and dispatching system for logistics packages of the present application, which may include the following contents:
establishing a compiling rule based on address information codes related to addresses, including an incoming address digital code, a mail address digital code and the like: firstly, the formulation rule of the administrative region code needs to be formulated, and a nationwide uniform coding system is completed. The detailed address code part needs local post or professional company to complete the code maintenance and promotion of local road and delivery point. The building number and the house number do not need to be compiled, and the existing building number and the house number can be used.
The information entry needs to be done using dedicated software. The sender can directly fill in the address information code provided by the receiver. The conversion can also be completed by filling Chinese characters in the code rules of the administrative area codes prestored by software. And converting the bill information code into a bar code or two-dimensional code form through a special algorithm and printing out a paper bill, or writing in an information storage area of the electronic tag through special reading and writing equipment.

After the express packages are collected, the bill information codes are read by automatic sorting equipment, and sorting instructions are automatically sent out according to different digits of the address information codes in the bill information codes and matching with preset sorting rules. In the circulation process, all levels of sorting can customize the grading sorting rules required by each level according to different digits of the address information code.
After the express reaches the destination city, sorting can be continuously carried out to each postman according to the detailed address codes and the preset rules. The postmen can manually arrange the sections after reading the detailed address information by using the handheld device, and can also automatically arrange the sections according to the sequence of the delivery route by using special equipment.
At the tail end delivery point, if a tail end delivery device is arranged, delivery personnel can directly put the express into the tail end delivery device, and the device completes the last notice and the part of unmanned pickup. If no terminal delivery equipment is provided, the courier can scan the bill through the handheld terminal and read the last 11-bit notification information code after arriving at the delivery point. The recipient is contacted by direct dialing. If the parts are required to be sent to the door, the final location can be determined according to the last 7 bits of the detailed address code. the automatic sorting equipment is used for generating a multi-stage sorting instruction based on address information obtained by automatically identifying the receiving address digital codes according to a preset sorting rule, and conveying corresponding logistics packages to corresponding target sorting grids according to the sorting instructions at all stages.

The system for automatically sorting and dispatching logistics packages according to claim 1, wherein the waybill information code generator is used for converting the inputted recipient address information into recipient address digital codes comprising administrative division digital codes and detailed address digital codes based on the preset address-digital coding rules;

the display interface of the man-machine interaction device comprises an information input box, an information selection box and an information retrieval box; the information input box is used for providing an information input function for a user and displaying corresponding information, the information selection box is used for sequentially providing various levels of address information for the user through a pull-down interface form for the user to select, and the information retrieval box is used for calling the address-number corresponding relation query database according to the character address information input by the user to query corresponding digital codes and displaying the digital codes to the user;
the address-number corresponding relation query database is a corresponding relation between literal addresses and corresponding conversion numbers constructed on the basis of the preset address-number coding rules;
the digital address generating module is used for calling the address-digital corresponding relation query database to convert the recipient character address information received by the man-machine interaction device into corresponding digital codes and sending the digital codes to the bill information output device.

the paper bill printing device is used for printing the express bill number, the addressee digital code and the addressee notification information code on a paper bill in a bar code format through bar code reading and writing equipment or a two-dimensional code format through two-dimensional code reading and writing equipment;
the electronic bill generating device is used for directly writing the express bill number, the receiving address digital code and the receiver notification information code into an information storage area of an electronic tag.
