Description

Fitness system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to fitness systems, and more particularly to fitness systems for throwing, kicking and launching type sports.
Background
A plurality of existing ball games such as football, basketball and volleyball can effectively achieve comprehensive body building effects, for example, the football comprises various actions such as shooting, carrying, passing, intercepting, heading and the like. These pitching kicks are more attractive than the monotonous track and field sports.
However, these comprehensive interesting projection-type sports can be performed by grouping and cooperating with each other. If not team-formed, it is very dull and boring when practicing pitching and kicking motions separately, so that people lose the interest in practicing pitching and kicking motions.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve at least one of the above problems, the present invention provides an exercise system comprising:
a target surface having at least one target portion;
a throwing body adapted to be thrown toward the target portion;
a detection unit for detecting additional information thrown by the throwing body toward the target portion, and further adapted to detect first position matching information of the throwing body and the target portion;
a control unit that performs achievement evaluation according to the additional information and the first position matching information. For example, the additional information refers to throwing behavior related information that is related to a predetermined rule of performance evaluation and is not related to a drop point position of the throwing body on the target surface.
The first position matching information referred to in the present invention may include whether the final impact position of the projectile coincides with the position of the target portion and/or the degree of coincidence, for example, the first position matching information includes both cases where the final impact position of the projectile on the target surface coincides with the position of the target portion or does not coincide with the position of the target portion (i.e., both cases where the projectile hits the target portion and where the projectile misses the target portion); or, the first position matching information includes the distance information of the final impact position of the throwing body from the center of the target part, for example, the vicinity of the target part is divided into a target center, a ring, two rings and three rings from near to far, and the first position matching information includes the number of hitting rings of the throwing body.
Optionally, the target surface is an electronic imaging display surface, and the target portion is an electronic imaging and has a variable position. The electronic imaging display surface comprises an active display device, such as a light emitting module array or an electronic display screen, and a passive display device, such as a projection screen. Obviously, the virtual two-dimensional picture can conveniently realize the display of a plurality of target parts and can also conveniently and dynamically change the positions of the target parts. The display information of the target portion includes size, shape, and character information in addition to the position information.
In some cases, the target portion is not circular, such as square, or includes character information, such as a pet character, and the first position matching information includes whether the projectile falls within the character outline of the target portion.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a user throws a throwing body (such as a basketball) towards a target part (such as a projected virtual basket), the detection unit detects that the user throws additional information, such as throwing posture of the user, color of the throwing body and other data, and the control unit performs performance evaluation according to the additional information and first position matching information of the throwing body and the target part (such as information whether the throwing body hits the target part or not), so that the additional information in the throwing action is further considered on the basis of a traditional single rule (such as a rule whether the throwing body hits the target part or not), the interest of the fitness activity is greatly improved, the capability of training multi-part matching of the body and hand-eye matching is also facilitated, and the attraction of the fitness activity is improved.
Optionally, the throwing body is multiple, the body information of the throwing body is different, and the additional information includes the body information of the throwing body and/or first matching information between the body information of the throwing body and the target portion. For example, the size of the projectile used is different, and the score after hitting the target portion is different. The first matching information referred to in the present invention may include whether or not the body information of the projectile is matched with the display information of the target portion. For example, according to a preset rule, the shape (or color) of the throwing body needs to be the same as the shape (or color) displayed by the target part, or the banana (throwing body) must be thrown to the monkey (target part).
So, the user need at first throw the body and choose, later with throwing the body towards target portion throw again, this interest that can promote body-building activity greatly has tempered hand eye complex ability.
The invention is primarily intended for use in connection with hand-thrown exercise, but is also applicable to foot-kicks, strokes with rackets, clubs or the like or similar movements ejected with a bow or gun. The throwing body comprises all objects which can move in the air, and comprises a plurality of articles such as a flying disc, a sandbag, a dart, a shuttlecock, a BB bullet and an arrow besides common basketball, tennis, golf, football and the like.
Preferably, the throwing body comprises a ball.
Optionally, the body information of the projectile body includes external visual information of the ball body, and the external visual information includes shape information and/or size information and/or surface pattern information and/or rotation information. The shape information includes, for example, a circle, a hexahedron, a tetrahedron, a cartoon figure with ears, and the like. The surface pattern is, for example, a solid color or stripes or squares or speckles, and further includes text information. When the surface of the sphere is provided with certain pattern information, the rotation information of the sphere, such as the speed or the number of turns of the rotation, can also be detected accordingly.
The body information of the throwing body can also comprise hand feeling information such as weight information, elasticity information, inclusion types and the like, and the hand feeling information can be marked through different surface patterns. Obviously, training a user to throw with multiple balls with different hand feelings is also a training for the limb reaction ability. For example: according to the preset rule, the score of the ball thrown lightly is low, and the score of the ball thrown heavily is high.
Besides selecting the ball, the user can also decide whether to make the ball spin when throwing. In some preset rules of the invention, the faster the spin speed, the higher the score.
Optionally, the projectile is adapted to be thrown by a throwing portion towards the target portion. It can be understood that the richness of the fitness activity can be greatly enriched by adding the concept of the throwing part.
Preferably, the throwing part is provided in plurality, and the body information of the throwing parts is different; the additional information includes body information of the throwing part, and/or second matching information between the body information of the throwing part and the target part, and/or third matching information between the body information of the throwing part and the body information of the throwing body.
Preferably, the body information of the projecting section includes shape information, posture information, and/or sound information of the projecting section. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the throwing body may be thrown by the throwing apparatus or the throwing body may be thrown by the user, and therefore, the body information of the throwing portion includes the above-mentioned information of the throwing portion (such as the throwing apparatus or the user).
Preferably, the shape information includes facial biological feature information and/or body type feature information and/or clothing feature information. These shape information cannot be changed instantly by the user. Thus, the shape information is the most direct information for identifying different users. By collecting the shape information of the user in advance, different users can be quickly identified from one fitness system. In some exercise systems of the present invention, multiple users may be simultaneously throwing at the same target portion without affecting each other, or may throw in concert with each other. Here, it can be set by a predetermined activity rule. At this time, by comparing the facial biological feature information and/or body type feature information and/or clothing feature information of the user collected in advance, the user ID can be determined, the evaluation result of the control unit on each throwing behavior corresponds to the user ID one by one, and further, the evaluation result can be sent to wearable display equipment worn by each user, for example, a smart watch or a mobile phone account registered by each person in advance, so that each user can check the throwing score of the user in time.
The apparel characteristic information includes the user's clothing, pants, shoes, hats, accessories including, for example, gloves, glasses, belts, wristbands, armbands, badge, headband, etc. In some embodiments of the invention, the user's apparel characterization information determines the meaning of the ball that he or she casts. For example, a ball thrown by a user worn by a devil may eliminate a devil-shaped target portion, and a ball thrown by a user worn by a warrior may eliminate a wild-shaped target portion.
When the throwing body is thrown by the throwing device, the information of the throwing part body comprises the size of the racket, the length of the ball rod, the color information of the front and the back of the racket (for example, the front is red, and the back is white) and the like.
The human body sound information includes whether or not the user has called a specific keyword during throwing, including verbs, nouns, numbers, and the like, such as a number of one of a plurality of target parts or a character name (No. 1, No. 2, monkey, rabbit, tom, jerry, and the like).
Preferably, the gesture information comprises facial motion information and/or throwing motion information and/or non-throwing motion information. These posture information is instantly changeable by the user during the throwing process.
The facial motion information comprises laughing/crying/tongue opening/closing of one or two eyes and the like;
the throwing motion information refers to a throwing-related motion made by a user, such as whether the head pushes against a ball, whether the ball is thrown by the left hand or the right hand, whether the palm is upward and the bottom is upward or the top of the head is high and the ball is downward, whether the ball is thrown by the single hand or the two hands (two balls are thrown by the two hands simultaneously in some rules), whether the ball is swung by the left hand or the left and the right, whether the ball is swung by the forehand or the backhand, which part of the ball is caught to be thrown (for example, some balls are gourd-shaped), whether the ball is kicked by the left foot or the right foot, whether the ball is kicked by the outside of the foot or by the inside of the foot, and the like;
the non-throwing motion information includes: whether stand or jump or crouch or lie prone or lie during the throw, whether single leg is stood or both legs is stood during the throw, whether open leg or leg and leg, whether open leg or left and right legs around, whether left leg is stood or right leg is stood etc. still include the hand action of non-throw hand, for example: if the user throws with the right hand or kicks or tops, the user's throwing left hand may also make movements (the left hand opens the five fingers or closes the fist) etc. and also include sequences of limb movements before or after the throw, such as dribbling, martial arts, dance movements etc.
The body information of these throws may be hooked with the scoring rules, for example, some actions score high and some actions score low, or some expressions score low and some expressions score high.
The second matching information between the body information of the throwing portion and the target portion includes, for example: the projected target portion of the pet image must be hit by throwing with the left hand to score.
The third matching information between the body information of the projecting section and the body information of the projecting body includes, for example, that a red ball must be hit with a red racket surface to score and a white ball must be hit with a white racket surface to score.
Optionally, the device further comprises a rebounding surface, the rebounding surface has at least one rebounding portion, the throwing body is adapted to be rebounded by the rebounding portion and then be ejected toward the target portion, and the additional information further comprises second position matching information between the throwing body and the rebounding portion. The second position matching information of the present invention, similar to the first position matching information, may include whether and/or how much the impact position of the projectile body on the bounce surface coincides with the position of the bounce portion, for example, the second position matching information includes both cases where the impact position of the projectile body on the bounce surface coincides with the position of the bounce portion or does not coincide with the position of the bounce portion (i.e., both cases where the projectile body hits the bounce portion or does not hit the bounce portion); or the second position matching information comprises the distance information of the impact position of the throwing body on the rebound surface from the center of the rebound part, for example, the vicinity of the rebound part is divided into a target, a ring, two rings and three rings from near to far, and the second position matching information comprises the number of hitting rings of the throwing body.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the throwing body can hit the target part after rebounding, so that the body coordination and the interestingness of the body building exercise can be further improved.
Optionally, the additional information further includes fourth matching information between the rebounding portion and the target portion, and/or fifth matching information between the rebounding portion and the body information of the throwing portion, and/or sixth matching information between the rebounding portion and the body information of the throwing body.
Optionally, the reflecting surface is an electronic imaging display surface, and the reflecting portion is an electronic imaging and position-variable. Obviously, the virtual two-dimensional picture can conveniently realize the display of a plurality of rebounding parts and also can conveniently and dynamically change the positions of the rebounding parts. The display information of the bounce portion includes size, shape, and character information in addition to the position information.
In some cases, the bounce portion is not circular, such as square, or it includes character information, such as the image of a banana, in which case the second position matching information includes whether the projectile falls within the banana-shaped outline.
The fourth matching information includes, for example: scoring can be performed only when the ball rebounded by the banana image (rebounding part) hits the monkey (target part);
the fifth matching information includes, for example: a ball thrown by the left hand must bounce through a bouncing part on the left side (for example, two bouncing parts on the left and right sides) and then hit a target part;
the sixth matching information includes, for example: it is effective that the red ball hits the target portion after having bounced by the red bounce portion (for example, two bounce portions of red and blue).
Optionally, the device further comprises a starting surface, the starting surface has at least one starting part, the throwing part is suitable for throwing at the starting part, and the additional information further comprises third position matching information between the throwing part and the starting part. The third position matching information of the present invention, similar to the first position matching information, may include whether the position of the throwing portion on the starting surface coincides with the position of the starting portion and/or the degree of coincidence, for example, the third position matching information includes both cases where the standing position of one or both feet of the throwing person coincides with the position of the starting portion or does not coincide with the position of the starting portion; or, the third position matching information includes the distance information from the single foot or double feet standing position of the throwing object to the center of the starting part, for example, the vicinity of the starting part is divided into a target center, a ring, two rings and three rings from near to far, and the third position matching information includes the number of rings of the position where the throwing object is thrown by the throwing object.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the thrower must be in a predetermined position to perform effective throwing, so that physical coordination and interest in the body-building exercise can be further improved.
Optionally, the additional information further includes seventh matching information between the start part and the body information of the projectile body, and/or eighth matching information between the start part and the body information of the projectile body, and/or ninth matching information between the start part and the target part.
Optionally, the starting surface is an electronic imaging display surface, and the starting portion is an electronic imaging and position-variable. It is obvious that a virtual two-dimensional screen can easily realize the display of a plurality of start portions, and can also easily and dynamically change the positions of the start portions. The display information of the start portion includes size, shape, and character information in addition to the position information.
In some cases, the start is not circular, e.g., square, or it includes character information, e.g., a banana character, in which case the third location match information includes whether the dice is standing within the banana-shaped outline.
The seventh matching information includes, for example: the banana-shaped throwing body can only be effectively thrown when standing in a banana pattern area;
the eighth matching information includes, for example: when standing in a smiling face area (for example, two starting parts of a crying face and a smiling face) to throw, the user needs to smile to be effective;
the ninth matching information includes, for example: standing in the banana area and throwing the hit banana works well (e.g. with two starts of banana and orange and two targets of banana and orange).
Preferably, the throwing device further comprises a receiving part, the throwing body is suitable for rebounding after impacting the target surface and is received by the receiving part, and the receiving means that the ball is caught or fixed before falling to the ground.
Preferably, the storage unit includes a plurality of storage units, and the plurality of storage units have different body information; the additional information includes body information of the housing portion, and/or tenth matching information between the body information of the housing portion and the target portion, and/or eleventh matching information between the body information of the housing portion and the body information of the projectile body, and/or twelfth matching information between the body information of the housing portion and the body information of the projectile body.
Some exercises of fitness activity also require the user to receive the ball bouncing off the target surface, either freehand or foot or using a special device. In one embodiment, there is no score without catch; in another embodiment, there is no catch or score on a predetermined basis.
Similarly to the throwing unit, it is preferable that the body information of the housing unit includes shape information and/or posture information of the housing unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the projectile may be housed by the housing apparatus or housed by the user with limbs, and therefore, the body information of the housing section includes the above-mentioned information of the housing section (such as the housing apparatus or the user).
Tenth matching information between the body information of the housing portion and the target portion includes, for example: the ball thrown to the target part of the pet image must be held by the left hand after rebounding to score.
The eleventh matching information between the body information of the storage section and the body information of the projectile includes, for example, that the user wearing red clothes must catch the rebounded red ball to get a score, and the user wearing white clothes must catch the rebounded white ball to get a score.
The twelfth matching information between the body information of the storage part and the body information of the throwing part includes, for example: the ball thrown by the left hand must be caught by the right hand to score, and the ball thrown by the right hand must be caught by the left hand to score.
Preferably, the detection unit comprises at least one audio/video data acquisition component and at least one comparison component, the audio/video data acquisition component is suitable for acquiring the audio/video signals of the throwing body and/or the throwing part and transmitting the audio/video signals to the comparison component, and the comparison component carries out quantitative detection on the audio/video signals or carries out comparison identification on the audio/video signals and preset characteristic information.
Preferably, the device further comprises a recording unit and a decoration unit, wherein the recording unit records a process video of the throwing behavior, and the decoration unit performs picture decoration on the image of the throwing body and/or the user in the process video according to the additional information.
For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, after a user completes a fitness game, the user may view his or her action video via the fitness system of the present invention and download or distribute it. In these motion recordings, the ball is replaced by the image of a banana or bomb, or the user's image is replaced by a french or warrior image, depending on the different motions made by the user, or different stations, etc.
The invention provides a fitness system for directly or indirectly throwing towards a target part for a user, and the fitness system detects various additional information of throwing behaviors and evaluates scores together with the first position matching information of a throwing body and the target part, thereby improving the difficulty and diversity of fitness sports, avoiding monotony and improving the interest of the user in the fitness activities.
The first to eleventh matching relations in the additional information may be custom rules outside the fitness activity (e.g. shuttlecock should be kicked with feet and basketball is thrown with hands), or prompts may be provided in the fitness field, or rules displayed by voice or graphics during the fitness process (e.g. displayed pet should use small balls as food and displayed monster should use big balls to fry), or some consistency relations in visual appearance (e.g. displayed yellow circle should be hit with yellow balls and displayed green circle should be hit with green balls). In summary, the user should be assumed to be able to understand the meaning of these ontology information and the matching relationships between two or even more at the time of throwing, and to implement throwing behaviour that fits these matching relationships.
The invention has the advantages that:
in addition to judging the throwing accuracy of the user, the additional information corresponding to the throwing motion is also detected at the same time, so that the multi-dimensional detection and comprehensive judgment functions which are not provided in the prior art are provided. The detection unit is very critical to timely collect and quantize/identify the real-time body information of the throwing body and the throwing part in real time, and is usually implemented by adopting the existing artificial intelligence algorithm with a self-learning function.

the user 3 is positioned above the starting surface 5 and can move back and forth thereon, with the aim of throwing the throwing body 2 against the target surface 1 to hit the target portions 11, the target portions 11 being plural and adopting cartoon patterns including monsters or pets.
According to the preset rule, the user is required to throw the food-shaped throwing body 2 to the pet-shaped target portion 11, or throw the bomb-shaped throwing body 2 to the monster-shaped target portion 11. There are two kinds of the throwing bodies 2, one of which 2 is black to represent a bomb and the other 2 is yellow to represent food. Here, the matching information (first matching information) of the color of the projectile 2 (projectile body information) and the target portion 11 is additional information; therefore, the user needs to select the correct throwing body 2 first, and then hit the throwing body 2 on the matched target part 11, so that the exercise of the hand-eye coordination of the user is added on the basis of the exercise of the throwing accuracy. At this time, the achievement evaluation criteria of the control unit are: giving an additional point if the black throwing body 2 hits the monster-shaped target part 11; giving a bonus if the yellow projectile 2 hits the pet-like target portion 11; if the black projectile 2 hits the pet-like target portion 11 with a ball, it is regarded as a miss, and if the yellow projectile 2 hits the monster-like target portion 11, it is regarded as a miss, and it is given a minus.
Application example 2:
the user 3 is positioned above the starting surface 5 and can move back and forth thereon, with the aim of throwing the throwing body 2 against the target surface 1 to hit the target portion 11, the target portion 11 being a basket; the projectile body 2 is a basketball. According to preset rules, the user is asked to throw a basketball in the correct throwing position to hit the basket. At this time, the shooting posture information (for example, shooting with both hands in jumping) of the user is the additional information, and the score evaluation criteria of the control unit are as follows: a plus 2 points is given if the user throws the basketball in the correct posture and hits the basket, a plus 1 points is given if the user hits the basket in the wrong posture, a plus 1 points is given if the user misses the basket in the correct posture, and a minus 1 points is given if the user misses the basket in the wrong posture.
Application example 3:
the user 3 is positioned above the start surface 5 and can move back and forth thereon, and projects the throwing body 2 to the reflecting surface 6 and hits the target portion 11 after being reflected by the reflecting portion 61. In this case, the information (second position matching information) indicating the position of the impact on the projectile body 2 and the position of the rebounding portion 61 is the additional information. The performance evaluation criteria of the control unit at this time are: the throwing body 2 is rebounded by the rebounding part 61 and then hits the target part 11, and the power is given for 2 minutes; the projectile body 2 hits the target portion 11 without being rebounded by the rebounding portion 61 for 1 point, the projectile body 2 misses the target portion 11 after being rebounded by the rebounding portion 61 for 1 point, and the projectile body 2 misses the target portion 11 without being rebounded by the rebounding portion 61 for 1 point, and 1 point is given less.
Application example 4:
the user 3 is positioned above the starting surface 5 and can move back and forth thereon, with the aim of throwing the throwing body 2 against the target surface 1 to hit the target portions 11, the target portions 11 being plural and adopting cartoon patterns including monsters or pets.
According to preset rules, the user is asked to throw food to the pet, or a bomb to the monster. The throwing body 2 includes only one kind, but if left-handed throwing means throwing to the pet-like object part 11, if right-handed throwing means throwing to the monster-like object part 11. Here, the left hand or the right hand is additional information, thereby increasing the exercise of the both-hand coordination of the user on the basis of the exercise of the throwing accuracy. At this time, the achievement evaluation criteria of the control unit are: if the throwing body 2 thrown by the right hand hits the monster-shaped target part 11, the hitting is regarded as a hit, and the hit is given and divided; if the left hand throws the throwing body 2 to hit the pet-shaped target part 11, the throwing body is regarded as a hit, and bonus is given; if the right-hand throwing body 2 hits the pet-like target portion 11, a point is given as a miss, and if the left-hand throwing body 2 hits the monster-like target portion 11, a point is given as a miss.
